Análise quantitativa dos parâmetros físicos e radiométricos de procedimetnos radioterapicos em tumores de mama

The paper presents the radiometric parameters determined by the medical physicist during routine radiotherapy planning service in cases of breast cancer . The contours of the breast volume in patients undergoing radiation breast tumors at the Hospital das Clinicas, Faculty of Medicine , UNESP, Botucatu ( HCFMB ) during the year 2012 were analyzed . In order to analyze the influence of physical and radiometric parameters for the determination of the dose distribution of irradiated breast volume , four measurements of isodose curves were prepared in four different heights breast , and compared with the isodose curves plotted computationally . In the routine of planning , the medical physicist must determine the isodose curve that gives the best dose distribution homogeneity in the irradiated volume . The choice of the treatment plan can be done by dedicated computer systems , which require significantly costly investments available services having better financial support . In the Service of Medical Physics , Department of Radiotherapy , HC FMB , we use a two-dimensional software for determination of isodose curves , however , this software is out of date and frequently becomes inoperable due to the lack of maintenance and it is a closed system without feasibility of interference from computer professionals . This fact requires manual preparation of isodose curves , which are subject to uncertainties due to the subjectivity in the clinical interpretation of medical radiation oncologist and medical physicist responsible for planning , plus dispendiar significant calculation time . The choice of the optimal isodose curve depends on the energy of the radiation beam , the geometry and dimensions of the irradiated area . In this poem, the poetic person’s unquietness conducts him to very peculiar displacements: the one that concerns to the end of millennium, marked by the utopia’s collapse, by the subjectivity fragmentation, by the frontiers’ reconfiguration between people and places. Quando o lírico e o narrativo se encontram em Nuno Júdice

Nuno Judice’poetry has a peculiar discourse, whose devices of construction mixe poetry and prose in order to eliminate the borders between the two kinds of language. The Classical tradition is a constant reference in his poetry, by means of the imagery and the allegory in which some Greek myths are mentioned. Nevertheless, the context of modernity from which the poet Nuno Judice emerges put together the dimensions of space and time so as it is impossible to separate them. In this paper we analyse two poems extracted from the book As Regras da Perspectiva (1990) and our purpose is to discuss some literary questions as the metalanguage, the sensations, the lyric subjectivity, the narrative trends, the special meanings and the forms of the world.

A maldição das palavras e o sujeito dilacerado de Marcelo Mirisola (2009)

There is an area in the Brazilian Contemporary Literature which is articulated according to the first person narrator who presents the problematic of the own creational action, the expression of a conflictual subjectivity divided between the vertiginous dive into itself – what would imply in a renounce of the world and the reality, where the authors’ work are their only matter – and the social participation - not as an awareness, but as the recognition of the limits and impasses which the real representation imposes on the creative writing. Therefore, this article proposes a reading on the novel O Azul do Filho Morto (2002) by Marcelo Mirisola, to try to situate him into the recent Brazilian literary production, as well as to reflect on his narrative the complex notion of authorship which is called into question on his novels, since they produce an intrincate imbrication between the fictional subject and the empirical image of the writer himself, breaking and confusing the limits between the fictional discourse and the extralinguistic reality which is evoked, manipulated, distorted and made unstable on his representational process.

Writing about philosophical practice with children requires a memory of the body, a body that holds on to what is important to itself. My memory begins with my contact with the ideas of Matthew Lipman and the new ideas brought by his words, and continues with the need to change some of them and assign different meanings to others. Since my reading of the thinkers of the so called “Frankfurt School,” some words have taken new meanings to me, and have informed the way I now understand the practice of philosophy with children and its relationship to issues like educational “formation,” as well as others. Philosophical practice is unique, and needs to be thought, felt, and experienced; it has its own time and involves the construction and transformation of subjectivity itself. As such, to search for words in philosophy means to chose those words that can help us make sense and give meaning of what we do and think, allowing us to work with our thinking and with its forms of expression, beyond its technical dimension. In this sense, the usual emphasis of philosophy in its more technical dimension leads to an impoverishment of formation as experience, for the latter, which is a fundamental dimension of our lives, is rendered secondary. This has implications for the relationship between adults and children. When they reduce philosophy to a study of the formal capacity of thinking, teachers put students in the condition of a minority, and therefore in some way also put themselves in such a condition. In this paper, the activity of writing - as a way of expressing thought - allows me to conduct a tour my own subjectivity, and to encounter the words that express the meanings that inform what I think and do about my practice with philosophical novels, and about the value of generating texts related to philosophical practice, formation and assessment.
