O ensino de história e geografia nos anos iniciais numa rede municipal de ensino: um estudo de caso

The present research aims to identify conceptions that teachers and students of the early years have in relation to the disciplines of history and geography. The site chosen for the survey was a municipal school in the city of Lençóis Paulista, in São Paulo. The work's theme was chosen after observing a minimization of the teaching of the contents of the above-mentioned disciplines at the expense of mathematical content and mother tongue. In addition, there were difficulties arising from the standardization of education , such as teaching network uses material apostilled . The survey data , together with literature review was conducted with students and teachers in the early years who participated in a semistructured interview . Authors like Callai (1999 and 2005), Cavalcanti (2005 and 1998) and Burke (1992) theoretically supports the research . They have in common a new conception of education that values the small deeds that result in major events. The student, in this view, plays an important role as a subject of social transformation. The research has favored both the analysis of the conceptions of teachers and students, assisting in reflection on teaching practices, but also led to reflect on the training of teachers. The research shows us that the type of material used and the practice adopted may impair the access of students to the language of nature and society

Rede Manchete: um estudo de caso

Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo verificar por meio do jornal Folha de São Paulo o processo de crise e venda da Rede Manchete de televisão, em 1998 e 1999. A emissora foi fundada pelo empresário Adolpho Bloch em 1983 e foi uma das cinco maiores redes do Brasil. Destacou-se no jornalismo e na teledramaturgia, além de contribuir na disseminação da cultura pop japonesa com a exibição de séries e animações japonesas. Além da análise da crise e venda da Manchete será abordado o papel dessas produções na história da emissora.

Melodrama em falso e pedagogia social de Capitu, de Luiz Fernando Carvalho: a adaptação de Dom Casmurro para o audiovisual em três lições

Some esthetical particularities of Luiz Fernando Carvalho’s micro-series reveal, in the nineteenth century Brazil, the capacity of the literary and audiovisual discourse to represent some singularities of the Brazilian social life from the past, as well as pointing to existential problems of the class representative that leads the plot, instigating reflections in the present. The treatment offered to the class struggle by the Machadian narrative and by the Rede Globo’s adaptation, just as the way in which the existential drama is expounded, disclose a kind of reception among readers/viewers which is capable of reviewing the historical past in times that ask for such a revision, even though the television series bets on the non-conventional. Machado presented the tension between representation and truth (as well as between emotion production and reflection) with the transfiguration of the tragic pathos and the mobilization of the patriarchal figure to the melodramatic bias. Although increased by the irony orchestrated by the scenic elements, in the audiovisual version such Machadian solutions would be apt to lose their strength to unmask the social subjects; on the other side, the intensification of the melodrama can make evident what Machado disguised with less obvious narrative intentions.

This work explores the flash mobs, which are flash mobilizations arranged by intent that involve a large number of people to do something together in a pre-arranged place. With the advent of 2.0 Internet, the sharing of information and the mobile virtual communication grown up and showed behavior of an individual person to meet for a common interest. Those affective relationships born in the social networks come to the urban space in a real-virtual space junction and the possibilities of that are unexplored yet. One of the oldest segments in operations management, whose models are always subject to development efforts, for academics and productive organizations, is the management of production and work organization. Proposals for strategic management principles that seek to bring production to streamline processes reduce costs and add value, identifying problems with material flow and information while reducing the response time. This is realized through the pursuit of the best actions to achieve goals and targets established in a successful Planning and Production Control. This article aims to identify and implement actions that increase the speed of supply of goods produced in a enterprise cutlery; positively influencing the perception of customers. Such attitudes benefit all actors involved in the network, a fact which is expressed in the production chain. To lay the foundations of research and validate the data obtained, it was a study drawing on action research methodology. The goods produced are sold, mainly to wholesalers. Was proved seven aspects to improve and enhance the competitiveness of the organization, among them the complete design of the network, integrating upstream and downstream actors.

Dilemas contemporâneos da profissão professor: perspectivas de professores(as) de Educação Física da rede pública estadual de São Paulo

The purpose of this article is to reflect on the movement of professionalization of teaching, emphasizing the importance given to vocational training (initial and continuing) in this context. The research is qualitative in that it sought in the testimonies of eight physical education teachers, the São Paulo public state educacional, to elucidate the reflections from the literature review. It was found that although the social and political discourses glimpse the teacher as the main agent of social transformation, this possibility still presents far for this group, especially in view of the heavy workload and poor remuneration, hindering investment in training. It was concluded that this group is immersed in speeches ambiguous and contradictory processes, characterizing a movement of professionalization and concomitant deprofessionalization in teaching.
