Violência contra a mulher: uma temática privilegiada para se trabalhar no ensino superior, mediante artigos de jornal

Este texto tem como objetivo central evidenciar aspectos da temática violência contra a mulher como o assunto privilegiado para se trabalhar no Ensino Superior, particularmente no Curso de Direito, mediante artigos de jornal. Tal formulação é decorrente da reflexão sobre a árdua tarefa da mediação do conhecimento que impõe desafios, algumas vezes desanimadores, sobretudo quando o peso da tradição dá o tom, ou quando os responsáveis pelo ensino encontram-se refratários às mudanças didáticas no seio de alguns cursos superiores. Como postura de uma nova didática, a proposta de se trabalhar com artigos de jornal, sobretudo quando trabalhada com temáticas como a privilegiada neste artigo, revela as possibilidades de aproximação dos resultados das reflexões sobre questões do cotidiano com aspectos da dogmática, muito valorizada, sobretudo, nos Cursos de Direito.

Profissionais mediadores da informação: experiências didático pedagógicas em dois cursos de biblioteconomia brasileiros

The context political, social and economical determines the material conditions of the individual's cultural formation and it influences in the constitution of the critical conscience and social responsibility. The aim of this paper is to describe the didactic experiences from discussions in classroom with students in disciplines dedicated to information access in the Brazilian librarianship courses from São Paulo State University (Unesp), state of São Paulo, and Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL), state of Alagoas, precisely: Information Dissemination, supplied in 2007 and 2010, and Information Dissemination and Sources, supplied in 2008 and 2009, besides Library and Cultural Action, accomplished of 2008 to 2009. It was noticed, starting from the experience in classroom, that the Librarianship students have low knowledge of the institutions librarians and their services; they told that not to know the main library services before they study them referred disciplines.

Movimentos Populares Urbanos: um quadro interpretativo

Este artigo realiza uma reflexão teórica sobre as categorias sujeito e estrutura à luz das observações empíricas nas pesquisas que venho realizando sobre movimentos populares na cidade de São Paulo. O objetivo é criticar a suposição de que este debate está superado. Para isso, busco formular quatro teses para dar conta da mediação entre ambas as categorias, já que o pressuposto teórico é que as estruturas não impedem a ação, ao contrário, a tornam possível e, ao mesmo tempo, a ação transforma as estruturas, segundo as temporalidades específicas de cada estrutura (econômica, jurídico-política e sócio-cultural) próprias do modo de produção capitalista.

Dialética da diferença

The present article aims to discuss the theme of dialectical difference according to the concepts of critical theory. At first, the issue of the difference will be thinking about their negative reception that the production of stereotypes and prejudices on ethnicity, race and gender. In a second step, the subject will be treated on its positive reception, very common among social movements and leftist academic. In a third step, both types receive the difference will be problematized from the thought of Theodor Adorno in his Negative Dialectics as possible from mediation between universality and particularity empirical conceptual.

A filosofia do direito no sistema filosófico hegeliano

The Hegelian philosophy is presented as a progress in relation to other philosophies and it offers to take in itself all the other demonstrations. Thereby, Hegel intends to carry out his philosophical effort towards the establishment of a philosophical system. It is a comprehension recognized and exposed by Hegel in his doctoral thesis, i.e., that philosophy only becomes possible as a system. In this sense, the treatment dispensed to each one of his works necessarily evokes a relationship with all other. An work taken in isolation gets the feeling that something else should be presented, however, every work written by Hegel also contemplates a relation with his other works. In this sense, the objective here is to considerate Hegel’s Philosophy of Law in his philosophical system seeking to explicit its specific place, as well as its transit among the works of the thinker as a whole. The Philosophy of Law finds its particular moment in the ambit of the objective spirit or during the subjective spirit’s effectuation. However, it is assumed here the perspective that the Philosophy of Law represents, as the objective spirit does, a moment of mediation as well as a there-being whereby the absolute spirit’s effectuation would happen. Furthermore, Hegel’s Philosophy represents the presentation of what he considers as extremely important in philosophy, that is precisely, the need to sublate the separation between man and the world. It is not enough for Hegel, the affirmation of the being and the thinking in itself, but it is required to confirm them in their being other that will be evinced being itself. Thus, Philosophy is given as a reconstruction or as the factual knowledge as a science ceasing to be so only love of learning. This means in other words that philosophy deals with the world, in the world and for the world being much more than a speech to the world to be the talk of the world itself. If philosophy is the owl of Minerva who always arrives late, she does it for the reasons of the other to be recognized.

This article brings to light a reflection about the possibility to enlarge the notion about document. Beyond the French school explanation, and taking up again important author of Information Science campus, the debates exposes within the Brazilian Catholic dimensions is possible to extrapolate the revision about the document’s idea, which is generally restrict to informational spaces. The National Sanctuary of Aparecida protects in a specific room the votive offerings – objects leaved there whether to pay a promise or to thank for any miracle that someone believes receive it. It is mediation’ space and it is can be thought as an environment, because there are possibilities to establish mediations inside it. Although, the room of the promises is a sacred and profane place, it involves a Cathequesis mission, expositive, informational, in spite of this last characteristic does not be explicit. First of all, the article reflects about the room of the promises and follows analyzing the document’s comprehension; in a second moment we finish purposing to understand the votive offering as a faith’s document, because they assume the position as proof of miracles and received graces, and these special objects brings with them a materiality positive and a documental value which the room fo the promises give to them.

Media, as contemporary information and communication phenomena, are rarely studied in the field of Information Science field (IS). This article aims to present a reflection on the Media role as information environments that provoke changes in the ecosystem of message creation, information and socially shared knowledge. It points out that the contextualization of informational situations in the media environments facilitates access to information and to knowledge creation, strategically aimed to more efficient mediation possibilities - purpose to be reached by the society and by an entrepreneurial Information Science. IS counts on proper strategies and methodologies for the creation of transversal meta fields of new knowledge for the solution of problems caused by the intersections and social frictions among science, technologies and knowledge, which means an effective contribution of IS to the enhance utilization of media potential.

Contos de fadas: recurso educativo para crianças com deficiência intelectual

Studies show the psychological contribution of fairy tales regarding the child's development as one of the best plumbers of existential problems, appeasing it by acting as an outlet for their anguish, anxieties, and fears, engendering greater emotional balance. Thus, through researches in the literature, it was established as objective to seek information about the functionality of the fairy tales in the educational process of students with intellectual disabilities who presents challenging behaviors. Among the tales, the Brothers Grimm are suggested to be used as an educational resource. It was possible to say that, through the symbolic mediation in the imaginary of children with intellectual disabilities, educational work with fairy tales evokes significant benefits.

Recuperação de áreas degradadas por erosão hídrica em propriedades produtoras de café nos municípios de Getulina e Vera Cruz - SP

The Paulista West region has suffered through the decades an intense process of deforestation when substituting native areas of Atlantic rainforest and Cerrado by agricultural cultivation, mainly coffee in the 20th century. This occupation process without planning and management of the soil resulted in serious erosion problems. Besides, the soil erosion promoted the reduction of agricultural production and the silting of rivers. This paper aims identify the factors of natural scope (geological, geomorphologic and pedologic characteristics) which participate in unleash of erosion process in two agricultural properties producers of coffee in order to apply mechanical techniques of recovery in erosive focuses of furrow and ravine kinds. One of the properties is at the city council of Getulina, located on the sandstones of Adamantina Formation; the other is at the city council of Vera Cruz, located on the sandstones of Marília Formation. However, taking into consideration the analysis of the natural dynamics, they are not enough to explain the complexity of the phenomena which are processed in the geographic space. It made indispensable the incorporation of socio-economic factors, such as the use and occupation process of the soil considering the society as landscape transformers. In order to better understand the importance of each one of the elements that contributes to the unleash of the studied erosions, it was collected soil samples in the areas, general descriptions and texture and morphologic analysis. Finally, it was elaborated the maps of the use and occupation of the soil and the vegetal coverage surrounding the properties studied. It was observed in the rural property of Getulina the substitution of the coffee by pasture that finds degraded. Efeitos ansiogênicos do óxido nítrico no núcleo intersticial da estria terminal de camundongos

Reações de defesa são respostas que os animais exibem diante de ameaças que podem comprometer sua integridade física ou a própria sobrevivência, tais como confrontos com o predador ou com animais da mesma espécie. O medo e a ansiedade são emoções que tem origem nestas reações, as quais envolvem respostas comportamentais e autonômicas e são acompanhadas da liberação de hormônios e neurotransmissores com função de preparar o organismo para responder àquela ameaça, seja fugindo ou enfrentando-a. Em se tratando da espécie humana, estas respostas defensivas eliciadas representariam a ocorrência de transtornos de ansiedade e, a busca por sua compreensão, resultou no desenvolvimento de modelos animais de ansiedade, dentre os quais se destaca o labirinto em cruz elevado (LCE), o qual se baseia na aversão natural de roedores a espaços abertos. Com relação aos substratos neurais envolvidos nestas manifestações, cabe destaque estruturas mesencefálicas, como a matéria cinzenta periaquedutal e núcleos da rafe, bem como prosencefálicas, como o complexo amidalóide e o córtex pré-frontal. O chamado complexo amidalóide ou amídala estendida compreende estruturas límbicas do prosencéfalo basal, incluindo-se o núcleo intersticial da estria terminal (do inglês: bed nucleus of stria terminalis, BNST) como uma área promissora no estudo da ansiedade. Uma variedade de neurotransmissores tem sido descrita como participante da mediação das respostas emocionais no BNST. Novas responsabilidades para o professor na educação básica

The goal of this study was to identify some of the new responsibilities that have been assigned to the elementary school teachers , under the mediation of continuing education courses . We start from the idea that these courses , especially those offered by the SECADI, are proposed teachers and aims to train them for a performance at school that exceeds the activity of teaching in the classroom . The teacher has been summoned to attend these courses in which is prepared to act on school performing tasks rather related to the care of students than teaching , assisting them in their basic needs such as health, protection, inclusion and human rights. Asked ourselves if there was a reconfiguration of the responsibilities of education professionals in order to make use of oneself given by the State. We chose as sources of research documents the SECADI such as legislation , manuals and instructional materials that will proceed to the analysis , in each course , the target populations privileged , purpose, remuneration and certification , pre - requirements to participate in the courses and duration ; partnerships involved if the courses are face , semi-distance or distance ; activities that teacher should develop in school after completion of the courses ; loads hourly . We will seek to analyze the documents and materials of School programs that Protects, School Health Program , Network Education for Diversity. The theoretical and methodological framework is dialectical and historical materialism, from assumptions which we choose as the class character of society in capitalism and alienation as a phenomenon that affects the work in all its manifestations .
