��ndigo assessoria: um processo de criação de marcas sob a ��tica das rela����es p��blicas

Este estudo tem como objetivo demonstrar que as rela����es p��blicas podem ser um diferencial no processo de constru����o de marcas. A partir deste posicionamento apresentam-se as atribui����es do rela����es-p��blicas nesse processo que se d�� principalmente em proporcionar uma vis��o ampla sobre elementos como a cultura e a identidade organizacionais, al��m de conseguir estabelecer, com maior criticidade, relacionamentos com seus p��blicos de interesse, segundo suas prioridades. Partindo, de um levantamento te��rico sobre tipologias organizacionais, a vis��o fundamentada do planejamento de uma marca, as atribui����es do rela����es-p��blicas neste processo, at�� chegar �� descri����o da criação da marca ��ndigo Assessoria, o trabalho prop��e que as fases de constru����o da marca devam ser embasadas em estudos s��lidos de rela����es p��blicas para se obter sucesso e relev��ncia no cen��rio global atual

Neste projeto criou-se pequenos espa��os localizados na regi��o central de Bauru [Cal��ad��o na Rua Batista de Carvalho], propondo um design estruturado nas condi����es ambientais, morfol��gicas e valorizando edifica����es hist��ricas. Pretendeu-se introduzir uma linguagem formal diversificada. Esta proposta de renova����o urbana da ��rea implica em uma reestrutura����o urbana de maior amplitude, sendo apenas um item dos v��rios necess��rios para a transforma����o da ��rea. O sistema de mudan��as envolve a inclus��o de habita����o nos pr��dios ociosos e/ou degradados atrav��s de pol��ticas p��blicas. Para a proposi����o, foram selecionados - para a demoli����o - lotes desprovidos de valor hist��rico-arquitet��nico e de menor valor comercial (geralmente de um pavimento). Pretendeu-se transform��-los em quintais para a nova popula����o residente e para os citadinos que usufruem a ��rea no seu cotidiano. Os materiais e m��todos usados para a elabora����o do projeto foram: fotografias, fotos a��reas, teses de gradua����o e mestrado, fotos de sat��lites, imagens antigas, bem como o levantamento ���in loco���. Criação de novo procedimento de engenharia que possibilite a rastreabilidade das tubula����es de uma ind��stria qu��mica

The number of piping in an industry is high. Through this piping are conducted several kind of products at several temperature and pressure conditions. In a chemical company, the piping quantity conducting harmful chemical products to human health and to the environment is higher. Nowadays the theme sustainability is often mentioned and harm to environment may cause irreversible damage to the human being, to the fauna, to the flora and to company��s credibility. In this context, controlling over the piping to avoid accidents is mandatory. The objective of this monograph is to create a procedure which enables the chemical companies piping traceability. This monograph analyses the several existent traceability system in the three economy sectors and approaches the technical question of industrial piping in order to create a procedure that achieves its objectives as a technical document and at the same time be economically feasible, with low complexibility level and high practicability. Some possibilities to elaborate this procedure had been studied, as the creation of an alphanumeric code and making with a chisel in the pipeline based on ASTM F2897 and the use of chips to store the information. However, the procedure which best meet the requirement as low cost and high applicability is filling out an electronic plan with information about welding process, welding certification, welding consumables and inspections

Bases para criação de um Centro de Voluntariado na UNESP - Guaratinguet��

Volunteering is seen as a form of citizen participation enabling to involve, mobilize, engage and articulate people and institutions around issues of collective interest. Both for the volunteer and for the community involved, voluntary action can promote learning, new experiences and interaction with people previously unknown, as well as create opportunities for professional and personal growth. (CENTRO DE VOLUNTARIADO DE S��O PAULO, 2012). This work starts from a survey conducted in 2006 by Carvalho, who detected the interest of members of the campus community Guaratinguet�� UNESP in performing volunteer work. Its objective is to continue the work mentioned and think of ways to support volunteering in the Guaratinguet�� Engineering College, mainly through the creation of connections between stakeholders (individuals and institutions). For this, focused Volunteer Centers and their functional models. Such a center could be the ideal facilitator of relationships between volunteer candidates that integrate FEG / UNESP community and institutions interested in the collaboration of these people. The work highlighted the benefits that voluntary action can bring to those involved in it, and the role that a Volunteer Center at UNESP Guaratinguet�� may play, in the promotion and expansion of social activities already undertaken. The study also indicates the need for a validation of the proposals presented here and later detailing way of acting of the Centre in its institutional placement and maintenance costs

Utiliza����o da instrumenta����o virtual em Labview para criação da interface gr��fica do amplificador lock-in utilizado em estudos fisiol��gicos a partir da comunica����o via porta serial

This work presents the development of a graphical interface to the Lock-in Amplifier, which is used in physiological studies on the motility of the gastrointestinal tract in rats and signal processing. With a simple and low cost instrumentation, the resources offered by the virtual interface of LabVIEW software allows the creation of commands similar to the actual instrument that, through communication via standard serial port, transmits data between a PC and peripheral device performing specific and particular needs in the amplifier. Created for the lock-in amplifier model SR830 Stanford Research Systems, the remote manipulation gives the user greater accessibility in the process of configuration and calibration. And, since the software is installed, there is the advantage of eliminating the need of purchase new devices to upgrade the system. The commands created were made to perform six basic modifications that are used in routine of the Biomagnetism Laboratory. Proposta de criação de um Parque Natural Municipal no entorno no bairro M��e Preta em Rio Claro - SP

This study aims to identify the environmental and social elements that should underpin the creation of a Municipal Natural Park in accordance with Law 9985/2000, establishing the SISTEMA NACIONAL DE UNIDADES DE CONSERVA����O ( SNUC ) . The northeast sector of the city of Rio Claro - SP , envolving, among others , the neighborhood M��e Preta, the most significant of the site is consolidated as an area of significant environmental value for the consolidation of a conservation area . The proposed establishment of this unit has been discussed since the beginning of this year by Secretaria Municipal de Planejamento, Desenvolvimento e Meio Ambiente de Rio Claro- SP (SEPLADEMA ) and meets the Municipal Director Plan that provides for the establishment of several protected areas in the City . The study area suffers severe pressure due to peripheral urbanization and characterized environmental fragility according to numerous studies by researchers at UNESP, Rio Claro - SP and research in situ. Stand out in soils susceptible to sheet erosion area, the presence of a large proportion of gully area subject to flooding and significant breeding capitation water for public supply

Coroa da terra: a poesia como (re)criação do mundo

This monograph is aimed at reflecting the internal structure of the book Coroa da Terra (1946), the Portuguese poet Jorge de Sena (1919-1978), investigating for this, the guiding criteria for the ordering of poems. Starting from a question posed by an author paratext, we considered the possibility that the book is constituted as a unit of poetic path, in which each poem comprises a stretch of the pilgrimage undertaken by the poet toward the crown of the Earth. Moreover, from the epigraph of the book and the Preface (1960) of 1st edition of Poesia I (1961), we consider the idea that the Coroa da Terra is a search for truth, or even that the pilgrimage made by the poet is on the trail of a poetic word conscious and therefore ethically responsible. This search would set the poetic language of testimony, from which derive two other important vectors for the exegesis of poetry seniana: metamorphosis and pilgrimage. Upholding the unity of the book would be the language in dialectical flow as a formal procedure, which enables the poet be an expression in constant motion. To check the validity of our hypothesis, we conducted an analysis of four poems in sequential order (���Purgat��rio���, ���Suma Teol��gica���, ���Os trabalhos e os dias���, ���Espiral���). To them, it was added to analyze the poem ���Metamorfose���, poem 23rd of the Coroa da Terra, which acted as a reference point and as close to the research by presenting a character's thought seniano synthesis. It was found that the idea of unity is sustained when we consider Coroa da Terra as a journey of formative poetic direction

This work has as main objective to discuss the participation of professional public relations in the environment of communications agencies, based on experience of creating an experimental agency to participate in the challenge Overtime, sponsored by RPjr (junior company relations public), UNESP Bauru. In this sense there is the search for understanding of how globalization is changing the characteristics of the capitalist market today, also changing the manner of organizations and what is expected of their employees. There is an analysis and contextualization of the emergence of communication agencies in Brazil and what are their types, their structures and mode of action. The figure of the public relations professional in this context appears to help the agencies, through their knowledge and tools to plan better and return to their edges that looks just forgotten several times, allowing them to promote strategic actions each time better and more objective, thereby improving their results
