Este trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar un análisis de la distribución espacial de la industria automotriz en el Brasil, entre 1995 y 2011, en relación con sus diversas categorías económicas, y mostrar sus encadenamientos sectoriales mediante las matrices interregionales de insumo-producto. A partir del cálculo del coeficiente de localización (QLij) de dicho período, se constató que la tercera ola de inversiones, iniciada en la segunda mitad de los años noventa, logró producir, de hecho, una ligera desconcentración espacial de este sector en la economía nacional. El cálculo del coeficiente de asociación geográfica (CAik) de diferentes años indicó una pequeña disminución, pese a que se mantuvo un nivel significativo de concentración, lo que sugiere que la producción de vehículos es un proceso bastante integrado con otras actividades económicas. Esta integración se corroboró, especialmente, con respecto a la compra de insumos (efectos hacia atrás) en todas las regiones aquí analizadas.

It is no longer unanimously in the CMC powder drinks, as in the past, xanthan gum, always seeking to develop more economic alternatives, such as guar gum. It is clear, therefore, it is of vital importance to understand thoroughly the operation of a particular product in different process conditions and with different materials so that we can develop and adapt both new processes and products to new market reality

In the current historical period marked by globalization and neoliberal policies have seen the pursuit of expanded reproduction of capital by corporations, which make from the deepening territorial division of labor, ie, the increasing presence of its circuit productive space within steps towards the relations between capital and labor. This capital increase is made possible mainly by exploiting precarious forms of labor. In Brazil today, much of the population enjoys the possibilities of consumption, due mainly to the policy measures implemented in the last decade, this situation favors further expansion of large companies in our territory, thus the circuit analysis of spatial production of cosmetics contributes to a political debate about the uses of the national territory. Given that companies are organizations whose actions occur inseparably technical systems that make up the territory, this course conclusion work seeks to understand the circuit of production space and cooperation circles cosmetics company Natura Cosmetics S/A

The cosmetic industry has presenting growth in Brazil and one way to support this demand is improving production and reducing waste. Wastes can be related to setup time, which is spent to support demand of product´s mix and volume. One of the methodologies used to reduce setup time is SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die). This paper aims to describe and analyze the setup process in a production line in a cosmetic industrial branch, before and after the application of SMED methodology, highlighting good practices and difficulties in order to help other companies develop fast setup. The research method used was the case study. From the analysis of the implementation of the methodology on the company which is object from the case study was possible to summarize good practices, such as: the use of pillar E&T to store information about the training on the SMED methodology; creation of a multifunctional teamwork and involving different areas; creation of a “From-To” matrix. Difficulties were identified, such as: high and constant turnover of people who work on the shop floor; lack of discipline in filling the forms and by doing the setup activities that were standardized; lack of financial resources; lack of people´s availability in orer to conduct necessary meetings and trainings. Recommendations for other companies have also been proposed, such as: training of the team involved, before starting the project and a refresher training; standardization of training, forms and documentation of all steps of the project; create a multifunctional team; training after an employee, who is responsible for the setup, leaves the company

Continuous improvement of industrial processes is one way to become companies more competitive in the market. For this, a fairly widespread use is the methodology of lean production systems, by eliminating waste. One of the tools of these systems is the method of rapid exchange of die or also called SMED, which will be applied in this study. The study aims to develop proposals for reducing the time of set up of two machines in two machining lines, watching also the ergonomics and safety conditions in this operations. The set up time reduction is justified among others, due to increase the machine productivity. In applying the connecting rod machining line, there were two types of exchange. Reductions in time to set up proposals reached values of 47% to one of them, and 55% to the other. It is important to underline that to reach this result, there was no need for large investments. In the application in block machining line, was developed an improvement in the ergonomic area. It was placed a pulley block that came to increase the time of tool change. Aiming to improve the security of the exchange, without productivity loss, the method was applied to reduce this time. It was developed two proposals.: the first would reduce that time by 19%, and does not require many resources of the company. The second involves the parallelization of the exchange, so that the reduction is 48%. However, this proposal requires one more manpower at the time of exchange and it is not always possible

De acordo com dados de 2014 da Associação Brasileira da Indústria de Higiene pessoal, Perfumaria e Cosméticos (ABIHPEC) o setor de Higiene Pessoal, Perfumaria e Cosméticos (HPPC) apresentou durante os últimos 18 anos crescimento médio próximo a 10% ao ano e de acordo com dados do Euromonitor de 2013 o Brasil é o terceiro maior mercado mundial de HPPC. Diante deste cenário, este estudo objetivou o desenvolvimento de uma linha de cosméticos composta de preparações capilares, corporais e faciais, a partir do conhecimento das técnicas de formulação e dos materiais cosméticos escolhidos. A indústria de cosméticos é um ramo da indústria química, e suas atividades estão vinculadas ao desenvolvimento e produção de produtos de aplicação ao corpo humano para embelezamento, limpeza sem alterar funções ou estruturas (GARCIA et al., 2000). A linha de cosméticos Dimora Del Sole foi desenvolvida através de testes com diversas substâncias cosméticas e diferentes técnicas de preparo realizadas no laboratório de cosmetologia na Faculdade de Ciências Farmacêuticas - UNESP - Araraquara até que se obtivesse à formulação desejada. Esta linha teve como foco a diversidade brasileira com inspirações da Itália, buscando os diferenciais que permitam sua aceitação e consumo no mercado pelos clientes. Ainda, os produtos desta linha foram preparados considerando-se os aspectos legislativos com relação à confecção das embalagens e rotulagem e ações de marketing. Introduction: The current Brazilian legislation states that health services must be performed by the Specialized Service of Safety Engineering and Labor Medicine (SESMT). Objective: To analyze the dental and medical reasons for absenteeism, checking the interference of factors such as age, gender and position of the worker, and most of the reasons that led the employee to miss work. Material and methods: The research appears as a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The dental and medical certificates and statements of attendance were analyzed, duly approved, lodged in a acrylic industry in the city of Araçatuba-SP, from January to July 2011. Results: Of the total number of certificates (n = 1841), only 103 (5.6%) were for dental reasons. Predominance of the age group of 20-29 years, males and with non-administrative function. The reasons most dental and medical certificates stated that led the workers to miss working days were "inclusive and impacted teeth" and "diarrhea and gastroenteritis of presumed infectious origin", respectively. As to factors related to absenteeism, there was a severity index of 2.83, 1.33 frequency and average duration of absences of 2.12. Conclusions: It is concluded that dental reasons had little weight on total absences due to illness that caused the temporary leave of the worker for a shorter period. The age and function variables influence the occurrence of work absenteeism.

Este artigo tem como objetivo resgatar a trajetória das histórias em quadrinhos brasileiras na década de 1970, considerada de especial relevância para o avanço da arte gráfica sequencial no Brasil. Nesse período, observa-se, de um lado, iniciativas de pequenas editoras localizadas em vários estados brasileiros, e, de outro, empreendimentos feitos por editoras de grande porte na publicação de material nacional. Como estudo de caso, apresenta a revista Crás!, produzida pela Editora Abril, de São Paulo, que reuniu talentos veteranos e jovens da arte gráfica sequencial brasileira. A análise dessa publicação revela as dificuldades do quadrinho brasileiro frente às necessidades e limites das editoras comerciais e do mercado editorial no país.
