The relationship between the microstructure and the magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials, have been studied by different researchers who seek to employ electrical systems, increasing their life span and reduce their energy consumption. Following this same line the Brazilian Synchrotron Light Laboratory developed a new synchrotron light source, the Sirius, where magnetic materials with high magnetic permeability values are being studied for use in accelerator dipoles. The low carbon steel is a ferromagnetic material that has a great relationship between cost and magnetic permeability. Aiming to raise the values of permeability of the material, heat treatments were done and evaluated the magnetic properties, microstructure and mechanical properties to correlate them. It was noted that the thermal annealing were the most effective, and the annealing performed with a small time threshold, which only phenomenon observed was the primary recrystallisation, was the most elevated values of magnetic permeability of the material, due to the average grain size ideal achieved. The heat treatments do not guide the magnetic domains of the material and not influence the mechanical properties of the material due to lack of carbon in the microstructure. The annealing treatments were shown to be an alternative to raising the values of the magnetic permeability of the material and facilitate the implementation of ultra low carbon steel in the dipoles of Sirius

The book-report Human Development: the reality beyond the numbers addresses issues related to the Development Index (IDH), of Brazil, in a general context, and the city of Bauru, in the local context. The “IDH” is a number that serves as a comparison between countries, in order to measure the degree of economic development and the quality of life offered to the population. The classification, if high, can be readily used as a means of aggrandizement national and if low, can be used to highlight the weaknesses national. Understanding the role of media as an agent capable of promoting social debates of great importance, this book-report aims to discuss the concept of human development beyond the numbers commonly reported, prompting debates on the issue of human development: whether in relation to social issues, public policy or the role of the media in the process of contributing to the formation of public opinion. Este presente trabalho pretende compreender o papel dos bancos públicos brasileiros durante os anos 2000 a 2012 e sua relação com o desenvolvimento socioeconômico nacional. Adota-se a importância de estratégias nacionais de desenvolvimento, visando à atuação do Estado na economia para garantir o progresso econômico e social de toda a nação igualitariamente. Torna-se necessário separar o estudo em dois períodos, pré e pós crise econômica de 2008, a fim de observar a existência ou não da ação anticíclica dos bancos públicos no mercado de crédito brasileiro

Desenvolvimento de um protocolo de dosimetria para o tratamento de total skin irradiation (TSI)

A técnica radioterápica Total Skin Irradiation (TSI), utilizada para tratamento de Micose Fungóide e doenças similares, apresenta grande complexidade na sua dosimetria e implementação nos Serviços de Radioterapia. No SUS – Sistema Único de Saúde - do Brasil, só há esse tratamento no Serviço de Radioterapia do Hospital das Clínicas da UNICAMP (Campinas) e no Instituto Nacional do Câncer (INCA) (Rio de Janeiro). O objetivo deste trabalho é o estudo e o desenvolvimento de um protocolo de controle de qualidade e dosimetria a ser implementado na técnica utilizada no Serviço de Radioterapia do Hospital de Clínicas da Universidade Estadual de Campinas (HC - UNICAMP). Todos os estudos e análises para a elaboração do protocolo foram baseados no Report 23[1] da AAPM – American Association of Physicists in Medicine - e no TRS-398[3] da IAEA – International Atomic Energy Agency. A metodologia e os resultados obtidos apresentam-se descritos neste relatório

The processes resulting from globalization are backdrop for the work. On the other hand the Regulation Theory is theoretical north that drives research directions. Considering these two basis, we studied the formation of economic groups as a consequence of the processes of concentration and centralization of capital, giving more emphasis on their national character. We see how they went through the restructuring process in the transition from Fordist accumulation regime to a flexible system of accumulation. We 'll discuss the brewery industry and how major industry groups are currently creating a sector overview, ranging from the productive process to the forms of competition among large companies. Specifically we will see the Petrópolis Group this framework and how the company relates to the territory, and what answers we have of this relationship in terms of local development in the territories where the group entered, and territorial changes which have occurred there

Abordagem scrum de gerenciamento ágil para desenvolvimento de novos produtos aplicada a área de ensaios de uma fabricante de aeronaves

There are many approaches and techniques about Administration and Management of Projects in order to provide greater agility, efficiency and transparency during the development process of new products. Simultaneously, a pursuit for a management approach more flexible in its planning and strategic changes during the development campaign, such as, comprehend the project's unpredictability level and deal it by monitoring and estimates tools. These features tend to accentuate itself in manufacturers of complex products, as aircraft and other aerospace technologies. By these conditions thus research aims to describe a case when the Agile Management Processing of Project Development Scrum was used in the Test area of an aircraft manufacturer. Focused on the Scrum implementation over the area, its adaptation, evolution and achievements the research proposes to analyze the improvements, indicate the obstacles and discuss solutions, contributing then to the theoretical basis of the considered theme and futures updates applicable to the area. The research is classified as qualitative; furthermore the information and data analyzed were obtained by interviews with professionals and observations of the processes from the major aircraft manufacturer
