FILOSOFIA DA ARTE E ARTE DE FILOSOFAR. ARTE, LINGUAGEM E RELIGIÃO EM FICHTE E SCHELLING (1807-1812)

RESUMO Este trabalho desenvolve aspectos da controvérsia entre Fichte e Schelling em relação aos elementos estéticos, linguístico-filosóficos e da filosofia da religião de ambos, que é foco das "Investigações sobre a liberdade humana de Schelling", assim como das exposições da doutrina da ciência e da ética do Fichte tardio (1810-1813). As divergências entre Fichte e Schelling não envolvem apenas problemas especulativos, mas sim variadas implicações e consequências dos seus sistemas filosóficos, que podem ser destacadas por uma análise da função da analogia nos dois autores. A analogia é uma figura que agrega a estética, a filosofia da linguagem e a filosofia da religião nos dois autores; ela é um significante que põe o problema do significado, ou seja, põe o problema da relação entre finito e infinito (Schelling) e da relação entre saber absoluto e saber particular (Fichte). Essa relação vai ser investigada a partir de algumas passagens das "Investigações" de Schelling (§2); num segundo momento, será analisada a função do conceito de analogia e de símbolo nesse contexto (§3); e, no final, a diferente compreensão da Igreja como símbolo do absoluto na "Filosofia da arte" de Schelling e na "Doutrina moral" fichtiana de 1798 e 1812 (§4).

Mudando de eixo e invertendo o mapa: para uma antropologia da religião plural

A proposta deste artigo é colocar em perspectiva crítica a última recessão realizada sobre a antropologia da religião brasileira publicada na coletânea Horizontes das Ciências Sociais no Brasil (Martins e Duarte 2010). Um dos pontos principais que abrimos para o debate neste artigo é o efeito uniformizador do campo de pesquisa que a recessão em tela promove, tornando invisível a produção norte-nordestina e por consequência, e mais fundamentalmente, a própria área de pesquisa. Nesta oportunidade, mudamos o eixo da análise e invertermos o mapa, olhando para o nosso campo de atuação acadêmico a partir da região Norte e Nordeste, identificamos algumas "agendas locais" que na realidade dialogam intensamente e compõem contemporaneamente as agendas nacional e internacional.

Religião e cultura local: estudo de dois grupos espíritas potiguares

The subject of this research is the spiritual religious field, connected with the local cultural perspectives. Its basis is the analysis of two spiritual groups settled in Natal/RN: The Spiritual Group Evangelho no Lar and the Spiritual Center Garimpeiros da Luz . These two groups represent a point of convergence of several sectors of this religion, either through its insertion in the local sphere or in contact to nationally influent leaders, like the mediums Francisco Cândido Xavier and Divaldo Pereira Franco. Then, it aims to reach the potiguar singularities in their spiritualism approaches, looking for an analyses to possible connections between local values and themes from the spiritualism largely developed in Brazil. So, its objective is to act in the scope of influence, references, representations and adaptive practices in a local context, and they signalize special practices . The approaches until now developed refer only to the living of a Brazilian spiritualism, perfectly developed in contact with the catholic substrate, but there s still a gap about the local observation, with its peculiarities, which its research aims to disclosure. The option for a qualitative approach, in perfect relationship with the nature of the questions which were made was considered as an appropriate way to guide the study. To reach this, it will be made an ethnography of the studied groups, not only in the use of open interviews with its members but also in the contact and observation of its religious behavior, for example: meeting for studies of the doctrine, mediunic meetings, public lectures, helping the public in general. As results of this research we can point to the delimitation of local cultural references, which are undeniable, in relation to the identification of RN personalities who are considered coordinators or active spirits in the work performed by the groups. Thus, Auta de Souza, poetess and woman of great religiosity, Augusto Severo de Albuquerque Maranhão, martyr of the aeronautics, Father João Maria, object of popular devotion and Abdias Antônio de Oliveira, ex president of the Spiritual Federation of RN, present themselves as spiritual beings who lead the adaptability to the local context. In such a context, we have to point out the work of mediums, who, having a specific charisma, interacted with the groups in the establishment of these cultural bridges already made in their own contexts (national level), through the work equally possible to be locally reproduced. This and other facts, point out to perspectives of cultural circularity , including referring to a greater linking to sub layers in a true zone that converges and has circulation between an erudite spiritualism with another one, turned to the incorporation of local and popular elements

The study aims to discuss women in the priesthood pentecostalism evangelical. The role of women as agents of leadership in the religious sphere allows the discussion about the possibility of the universe as a religious area of significant changes with regard to a reduction in gender differences in the present. The participation of women as agents of leadership of churches Pentecostals is interpreted as a new option for women beyond the domestic space, however, want to clarify the existence and occurrence of on-imposed limitations and inserted in the hierarchy of female power of religious denominations, noting are fruits of a structure hierarquizante not thought of women, but from the male universe.

Entre a vida e a obra: música e religião em Max Weber

This study aims to analyze the relationship between music and religion in Max Weber s life and work, in a perspective that combines its intellectual productions in Sociology, in religion and art subfields. We developed a research in order to revisit the concept of rationalization, present in Weberian thought, and also to discuss how music and religion, as distinct spheres of life, star conflicts and alliances and build particular attitudes of action in the world, having the appearance of a rationality based on calculation in a central position to understand the construction of musical technique in the West and the autonomy of aesthetic enjoyment from religious enjoyment, previously linked. Regarding the procedure analysis, we built a symbolic cartography, according to Santos (2000), from selected works of Max Weber, as Religious rejections in the world and their directions (1982), among others. With the activity, we identified similarities and differences between music and religion in the author thoughts. We consider that the studied dimensions are important in Weberian analysis of the constitution of modern society and its cultural system, showing two distinct approaches to the issue of rationalization in the West

A busca de si numa religião hoasqueira: oralidade, memória e conhecimento na União do Vegetal (UDV)

O presente trabalho apresenta os resultados da pesquisa etnográfica (baseada na perspectiva da participação observante) realizada junto à religião denominada União do Vegetal (UDV), tendo como locus a Região Metropolitana de Belém (PA). Uma religião de origem amazônica, a UDV está classificada como uma das três principais Linhas das Religiões da Ayahuasca, as quais, entre outras similaridades, têm em comum o uso do chá enteógeno derivado da decocção de duas espécies vegetais: o cipó Banisteriopsis caapi (mariri) e a folha Psychotria virídis (chacrona). Apresentando como recorte metodológico questões relativas ao uso da oralidade como modo exclusivo de transmissão dos ensinos, assim como os aspectos e configurações da memória para esse grupo, a pesquisa objetivou investigar de que modo essas categorias e suas inter-relações contribuem para a configuração da cosmovisão desse grupo – como uma forma de contribuir ao quadro das pesquisas sobre religiões e práticas religiosas na Amazônia.
