The information professional as essential component in the soccer‟s club and this article approaches the importance of the information professional insertion inside the soccer‟s club. Know the structure of the clubs, as well like identify the diverse information that are inserted in this context – internal and external environment – of these organizations is necessary for a better comprehension of the activities that the information professional can perform in the clubs. Carrying out a parallel with the organizational structure model proposal by Mintzberg (1995) with the structure of Marília Athletic Club stayed clear the need of the information professional insert, therefore the Club is inserted in a highly competitive environment, there is many information, but little explored.

O presente trabalho surge em função de buscar um melhor entendimento sobre o papel da torcida, diante dos estados emocionais dos atletas, em especial da ansiedade e da agressividade. Baseado em vasta revisão de literatura, que apresenta as diversas concepções conceituais aqui estudado (adolescência, agressão, ansiedade e torcida) e seus desdobramentos, o estudo assume a vertente da pesquisa qualitativa, optando pela pesquisa participante, como estratégia de verificação. Assim, interessou-se em estudar os aspectos relativos à ação da torcida e sua interferência no comportamento agressivo e ansioso do jogador jovem, que participa de uma modalidade federada, afim de verificar se o aumento da ansiedade e da agressividade, no momento esportivo, reflete o aumento de pressão que se exerce exteriormente. Considerou-se torcida aquele público presente, que assiste aos confrontos esportivos, nas figuras de pais, fãs, familiares e crônica esportiva e o público ausente, como os pais e a imprensa, que ficam no aguardo do resultado, em seus ambientes próprios. Esta pesquisa, exploratória, analisou o contexto esportivo competitivo de atletas das modalidades de basquetebol, futebol de salão, voleibol, handebol, atletismo e natação, observando, entrevistando e coletando falas e expressões que pudessem, após rigorosa categorização, oferecer subsídios para um replanejamento na conduta esportiva de adolescentes. Constatou a grande influência do público, em especial a dos pais, com muito determinismo, seguido do profissional da área esportiva, conforme indicam outros estudos. Explicita a questão da causa efeito no que diz respeito a ansiedade e agressão, oferecendo propostas para trabalhos que possibilitem outra abordagem ou favoreçam outras interferências por parte do público presente.

The study aimed to analyze coping strategies used by Young soccer athletes during the competition period. 172 male soccer athletes of 8 teams participating in Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior 2013, aged between 15 and 20 years old, most of high school education took part in the study. As instrument it was used the Brazilian version of the Ways of Coping Scale. Therefore, a contact was made with teams, where they had permission or not to apply and then day and time were scheduled to data collection, this was made in order to preserve the teams performance. Given that, most of the data were collected during the rest period of the teams, that is, when there was a long interval between one match and another. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and frequency through the program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 17.0 for Windows. The collected data suggests that most athletes use the coping strategy problem-focused, because it had the highest average, while emotion-focused coping strategy was the factor with lowest average. The results indicate that athletes have a higher emotional control and aiming to solving the stressful situation at the own problem

The aim was to reflect what action to prevent accidents used by caregivers / participants in the home. This is a prospecive cross-sectional descriptive study conducted at the Pediatric Inpatient Unit, Hospital of the Medical School of Botucatu – Unesp, during the months from May to August 2010.A questionnaire was used in the form of check list (Annex I) on measures to prevent accidents. The participant chose two alternatives taking into consideration the order of priority in the prevention of accidents. This study shows that for the age group from 29 days to 2 years, the companions chose these preventive measures for falls, burns, poisoning and drowning, “do not put near the windows mobile” (27.8%), “no access the match, lighter and appliances (22.2%), leave toxic substances out of reach and sight of children (41.7%) and empty buckets, tubs and pools after use (27.8% ). Regarding the age group 2-6 years, the measures for these types of accidents were not put near the windows mobile (26.5%), do not have access to matches, lighters and household appliances (20.9% ), leave toxic products out of reach and sight of children (27.9%) and maintain tanks, tanks and wells or struck with some protection (20.2%). For ages 6 to 10 years, the measures chosen to more such accidents were dry liquid spilled on the ground (23.5%), do not have access to matches, lighters and household appliances (22.5% ), leave toxic products out of reach and sight of children (31%) and keep tanks, tanks and wells or struck with some protection (23.5%). One fact that attracted our attention was that the preventive measures most frequently used by caregivers, regardless of age, show results that differ in few alternatives. It is essential to the understanding of the escorts / participants on the importance of injury prevention. Even today is predominantly defined as accident, injury must be addressed through measures

In Brazil, the practice of Soccer is encouraged very early. It is common remark that parents enroll their sons into soccer schools, promoting the involvement of these children in formal practice. However, there are not many studies that assess the effects of this practice in the physical capacities of children. Thus, the question that guides this study is: children who practice soccer systematically present better development of physical, especially agility, coordination and speed? The objective of this study was to compare the performance in velocity tests, agility and coordination of boys of 10 and 11 years, category dentinho or Sub-11, practitioners of soccer in schools and non practicing. The study included male children, born in 1997 and 1998, formed two groups: group of practitioners of soccer and group of non practicing. To belong to the group of practitioners, the child was regularly engaged for at least 1 year, with 1 hour daily and 2 to 3 times per week. The participants of the group of non practicing were not involved in regular practice of soccer and were paired in weight and stature with participants of the group of practitioners of soccer. Each participant was individually assessed in neutral environment and without foreign interference. For the assessment of the agility, was utilized the (shuttle run) test. The race test 30 meters stopped was employed for the assessment of the speed. The test of fiddling between the cones was employed to measure the coordination. The time spent to perform 1 attempt to each test was used for the comparison between groups. These data were treated, initially, by descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and, subsequently, were compared by means of Anova, for independent samples. Este trabalho tem por objetivo investigar quais são os mecanismos que permitem a produção de identidade pela mídia e discutir como ela é um dos principais pólos produtores da identidade na sociedade. Para tanto, serão estudadas as matérias e artigos veiculados pelos jornais O Estado de S. Paulo e Folha de S. Paulo sobre os futebolistas Kaká e Adriano, comparando como a identidade de ambos foi construída por esses meios e pelo contexto desempenhado pelo futebol na sociedade. A escolha dos dois jogadores se deve à ampla cobertura dada sobre Adriano quanto a sua possível ligação com o tráfico no Rio de Janeiro, enquanto a cobertura sobre Kaká foi mais apagada em relação à possível utilização da Igreja Renascer em Cristo para lavagem de dinheiro. The main goal of this work is the analysis of theoretical and methodological aspects of speech melody variation (intonation), with special reference to the pronunciation of one speaker. In order to carry on this study, different types of sentences (declarative, questions, etc.) and the intonational focus as well as the speaker‟s attitude (irony, emphasis, etc.) were observed and analyzed with special acoustic software (PRAAT) and with an auditory analysis of a text read by the subject. The aim of this work is to verify whether the acoustic analysis matches with the auditory perception phonetically, according to M.A.K. Halliday‟s methodology, following Cagliari (2007), who adapted Halliday‟s model to describe the intonation of Portuguese

O futebol é reconhecidamente o esporte mais praticado no mundo e entre os vários fatores intra e extracampo que podem influenciar no resultado estão os aspectos psicológicos. Muitos jovens sonham em se tornar em se tornar grandes craques e conseguir sucesso, dinheiro e reconhecimento por meio deste esporte. Uma das principais competições para estes é a Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior que é um dos maiores torneios de futebol para atletas juniores do Brasil. Sabemos que um dos fatores que mais afetam os atletas é a ansiedade e está diretamente ligado, a importância da competição, de cada jogo, distância de casa, viagem de avião, mudança de hábitos, adaptação ao clima e fuso horário, entre outros aspectos que provocam um aumento da ansiedade. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar o nível de ansiedade pré competitiva nos atletas de uma equipe no decorrer da primeira fase da competição, composta de três partidas, sendo estas a 1ª contra a equipe da casa, a 2ª contra uma equipe de grande porte do estado de São Paulo e a 3ª contra uma equipe que já estava eliminada. A amostra utilizada foi de vinte atletas do sexo masculino, na faixa etária entre dezesseis e dezoito anos, representantes do clube ABC Futebol Clube – RN. Foram utilizados documentos armazenados nos Bancos de Dados do LEPESPE (Laboratório de Estudos e Pesquisas em Psicologia do Esporte), do DEF-IB-UNESP, campus de Rio Claro obtidos através da utilização de um questionário adaptado do CSAI2 com questões fechadas, aplicado aos atletas em momento antecessor à partida, contando com a colaboração e disponibilidade de atletas e comissão técnica. Soccer is a sport practiced in almost all the world. This allowed the characterization of this sport as a business area, which resulted in changes in the management of soccer clubs, which began to be managed using the concept of club-company. Considering this fact, a study was conducted to verify how the brazilian teams are developing their marketing actions, which allow treat their insignia as trademarks and obtain an additional revenue with these actions. Were selected as object of study two traditional clubs of São Paulo - the São Paulo Futebol Clube and the Sport Club Corinthians Paulista. Were collected primary data, but also, were used secondary data and documents, which were organized and analyzed through the concepts of brand, social and historical capital. This analysis identified that the two clubs taken as object of study carry out marketing actions, which were classified as related to the process of management of the insignia as a brand. Next, sought at the balance sheet of the clubs, evidences of the financial contribution of these actions to the revenues of the clubs. In this way, identified that the clubs researched have mobilized to professionally manage your brand, through targeted marketing actions to their fans, and the insignia of clubs are handled as brands, becoming one more source of revenue for the clubs
