The discussions waged by several authors in the field of philosophy of science about scientificity and scientific work often fall to the shock of Sciences, who had long substantiate their studies from the perspective of Natural Sciences. Fact that the man away from research, transforming it into a simple object of study. Among these questions, it is necessary to think in a very scientificity of the humanities, which considers the various types of knowledge that makes up the formation of the individual. In this way, approaching the experience, treated by Agambem Benjamin Larrosa and the educational research with children presents itself as a chance to rethink the current paradigm of Sciences. This gives rise to the objective of this work reflect, based on a research conducted with children and imagetic production, the idea of 'research and its relation to the concept of experience'. We will take as its starting point the elaborations on this concept as presented by Giorgio Agamben. We are assuming that the images of that research, are configured as research papers or research and, in this sense, the research is defined as a documentary research

Geologia e pesquisa mineral na região oeste do maciço Caritianas, municípios de Alto Paraíso e Itapuã D'Oeste, Rondônia

The granites Rondonianos, located in Rondônia Tin Pronvíncia, the southwestern portion of the Amazonian Craton, have great economic importance due to its large potential metallogenic. These granites stands out Intrusive Suite or Suite Granites Latest Rondônia Rondônia, with approximately 997-998 Ma (Bettencourt et al., 1997, 1999), for their tin mineralization having the largest reserves of this ore from Brazil. These tin mineralization in veins greissen are genetically related to these granites, deposits with different structural styles both within granitic plutons (endogreissen) as the host rocks (exogreissen). The western region of the Massif Caritianas has few published works, and the geology and potential econômicoão that were never fully known, now with the recovery of tin in the world market need new campaigns and prospective discoveries of new deposits

Pesquisa-ação sobre o uso de indicadores de desempenho do equipamento em uma fábrica de geradores

In the industrial environment the challenge is use better the productive resources: people and machine. The following work has the main goal improve the efficient losses analysis in the stator bar’s production bottleneck equipment situated in the Electric generator’s factory. The action research involved Theory of Constraints on the restriction system identification and developed the data collection framework by losses typology for indicator measurement. The research showed the data collection standardization importance to obtain reliable data and strategic efficiency indicator to optimize equipments. Besides of this, OEE and TEEP indicator demonstrated efficiency results to analyze the actual efficiency when the machine works and the increase capacity opportunity to treat the hide costs in the organization following the continuous improvement

Caracterização morfológica e fenotípica de leveduras do gênero Cryptococcus com ênfase na pesquisa de Cryptococcus neoormans isoladas de amostras de água de mar e areia de três ambientes costeiros do estado de São Paulo: Canal de São Sebastião, Baixada Santista e Ubatuba

The yeast Cryptococcus neoformans is the etiologic agent of cryptococcosis, an infectious cosmopolitan disease that affects humans. Although rare, this disease is potentially fatal, especially for immunocompromised hosts. This pathogen is frequently isolated from excrements of pigeons and parrots, with many environmental sources such as birds, pigeon droppings, eucalyptus leaves, decaying trees, towers, churches and places of storage of grain (the port area). The isolation of this microorganism has been obtained also from the aquatic environment. The identification of environmental sources is needed to protect human health, especially susceptible populations such as immunocompromised. Therefore, this study investigated the presence of Cryptococcus neoformans in yeast isolates obtained from samples of sea water and sand from three regions of São Paulo: São Sebastião Channel, Santos and Ubatuba. Isolates were analyzed according to micro-and macroscopic characteristics and biochemical tests: microculture, urease, ink nankin, auxanograma, zymogram and phenol. We analyzed 199 isolates, 175 of which had features suggestive for Cryptococcus spp. in microculture. All these 175 isolates were sown in the Christensen urea middle to verify the production of urease and submitted to the technique nankin ink to visualize the capsule. Of these, only 24 were selected for the next test that was the auxanograma (assimilation of carbohydrate and nitrogen). Of the 24, 10 were tested in zymograms (fermented sugar), from which 5 were selected for the phenoloxidase test in medium containing dopamine. None of the 5 isolates tested had black or brown color characteristic of Cryptococcus neoformans. According to these tests, we arrived at 5 isolates identified to the genus Cryptococcus, but not the neoformans specie

Aumento da precisão do controle de estoque: pesquisa ação em indústria de bens de consumo

This work is an action research conducted in an industry of consumer goods, presenting a new model of inventory management in the company's processors. This replacement of the inventory management of the company stemmed from the need to reduce the large number of deviations in the product write off in stock, thereby generating a low accuracy and reliability of data on inventories of processors shown by the company's ERP system. Spending on inventory adjustments could thus be reduced with the implementation of the new model, thus generating a cost savings for the company and thus increasing their competitive potential in the market. In the old system adopted by the company, write off raw material inventory was done automatically by the system for customized transactions by the company. However, since the implementation of ERP in the company, the automatic write off based on historical consumption of each product were made in many cases at random, generating a lot of mistakes. The new management system has replaced the automatic system by manual at the time of the return of the processed product in the company, thus creating a control which lots and quantities were consumed in the processing and making the stock shown by the ERP reliable and accurate

Um estudo sobre a resolução de problemas e suas relações com a afetividade

This research aims at examining the relationship between the performance of elementary school students Cycle I in problem solving and attitudes toward mathematics. For this, a research was conducted at a state school in the city of Bauru which was selected for convenience. Participants were randomly selected consisting of 75 students, of whom 21 were third years and 57 were of three classes of fifth year. The instruments used for data collection were: a informative questionnaire to characterize the students in age, grade, favorite subjects and the least liked, among others, an attitude scale, Likert type, to examine the attitudes toward mathematics; a interviews with 11 selected students according to scores on the attitudes and mathematical problems to be solved through the method of thinking aloud. The results showed that the major difficulties encountered by students in solving problems were: to understand the problems, formalizing the reasoning, recognize in the problem the algorithms needed for its resolution, make calculations with decimal numbers, do combinatorics, using the sum of equal portions instead of multiplying, self-confidence and autonomy in what he was doing, and others; participants with positive attitudes towards mathematics showed greater confidence to solve problems as well as a greater understanding on what was required by them, but were not detected significant relation between the attitudes and performance, since it was unfavorable

O uso do material manipulativo Tangram e de jogos como estratégias de motivação para a aprendizagem de frações

In this research, we analyzed the use of manipulative materials and games as motivators tools that facilitate the comprehension of fractions content when presented to a class of students from the 9th grade from a public school in Guaratinguetá-SP city. The students are 14 and 17 years old. Initially we presented the benefits that could bring manipulative materials for teaching and learning with understanding, followed by historical accounts of the Tangram material. We show the advantages of the games, when properly used in activities classroom. The game titled Dominoes fractions using the Tangram was applied in order to check if students retook properly the fractions contents. This research was motivated students to participate in math classes and this motivation may have promoted the understanding of the contents worked

Pesquisa de genes de resistência do M. tuberculosis a isoniazida e rifampicina por sequenciamento e pela tecnologia de DNA-STRIP

Tuberculose (TB), causada por Mycobacterium tuberculosis, é uma das doenças infecciosas que mais causam mortes. Estima-se que mais de dois bilhões de pessoas estejam infectadas no mundo. O tratamento da TB consite em associação de fármacos, isoniazida, rifampicina, pirazinamida e etambutol, nos primeiros 2 meses e 4 meses de isoniazida e de rifampicina. Internacionalmente, são consideradas cepas multi resistentes (MDR), as que apresentam resistência simultânea a isoniazida e a rifampicina. A rápida detecção de resistência é essencial para o controle e tratamento da TB, reduzindo, assim, o custo do tratamento e a transmissão da doença. Neste projeto, os isolados já identificados fenotipicamente como resistentes a isoniazida e/ou rifampicina, foram submetidos ao sequenciamento de Sanger para pesquisa de 3 genes relacionados a resistência a isoniazida (katG, inhA e ahpC) e 1 gene de resistência a rifampicina (rpoB). Foi realizada uma comparação destes genes mutados para a resistência utilizando o novo teste desenvolvido pela Biomérieux, denominado GenoType® MTBDRplus, que se baseia na tecnologia DNA-STRIP. Através deste novo teste, foi observada mutação em 22 isolados clínicos de M. tuberculosis para genes de resistência a isoniazida e/ou rifampicina, sendo 4 provenientes do MS e 18 de SP. Já pelo sequenciamento genético foi observada mutação em 24 isolados para genes de resistência a isoniazida e/ou rifampicina, sendo 6 provenientes do MS e 18 de SP. Portanto, através do sequenciamento de Sanger, foi possível detectar um número maior de isolados mutados e mais mutações quando comparado ao teste GenoType® MTBDRplus. Isso acontece porque na técnica de sequenciamento, um fragmento do gene como um todo é analisado e no caso do teste GenoType® MTBDRplus, é verificada apenas a ausência ou presença das mutações mais frequentes descritas na literatura, além de não ser analisado o gene ahpC. A importância do planejamento financeiro: uma abordagem de matematica financeira para o ensino médio com o uso do excell

The financial health of a family is one of the main generators of quality of life, and this is only possible through financial planning, which is nothing more than save and analyze before contracting debts. To do this, students must have notion of financial mathematics, especially of that used by the banks on overdraft interest, in investments and in the short-term and longterm loans, that is, compound interest, equivalent rates, depreciation and others. Starting from the knowledge of arithmetic and geometric progressions and, based on real situations which allow the application of the content learned, one intends to develop activities applied to high education. To start from real situations is one of the main lines of thought of the Problem Solving Methodology, in which the student is the active agent in the construction of his or her knowledge. As the National Curricular Parameters point out, the practice in the use of computers is essential for gaining a job. Therefore, this project proposes an activity where knowledge of Financial Mathematics can to be practiced, associated with the use of Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet

A formação do professor reflexivo no periódico Educação e Pesquisa - 1984 a 2010

Este estudo teve como objetivo compreender a formação docente na perspectiva do professor reflexivo, buscando averiguar nesse processo temas emergentes vinculados ao periódico Educação e Pesquisa, fonte de coleta de dados. Neste itinerário optamos pela pesquisa qualitativa, do tipo descritivo, escolhendo como técnica para a coleta de dados a fonte documental, seguida de análise documental. Entre os resultados coletados na revista, periódico de 1975 a 2010, apontaram-se como significativos os eixos reflexão, saberes, identidade e profissionalização docente, prática pedagógica, formação inicial e formação continuada. Neste contexto observou-se que as pesquisas de ênfase critico reflexiva vem contribuindo teoricamente para a disseminação do conceito da formação reflexiva inicial e continuada de professores que buscam por meio desta perspectiva o desenvolvimento profissional e o reconhecimento como produtores de conhecimento na área que atuam. Outras questões observadas assinalaram para a compreensão da formação reflexiva como uma concepção que pode auxiliar o docente no processo de reconhecimento da sua identidade profissional marcada pela influência direta da cultura da qual os docentes estão inseridos. Nesta direção foi também identificado que as tomadas de decisões no âmbito escolar, dentro e fora da sala de aula, requerem do docente a mobilização de saberes que vão além da teoria aprendida nos anos de formação acadêmica, buscando auxilio nas vivências pré-profissionais para a elaboração dos saberes docentes. Porém, elucidou-se que os docentes reflexivos e investigadores da sua própria prática tendem a ser favorecidos por este tipo de prática, podendo provocar inovações na educação e em seu próprio desenvolvimento profissional. Regiões competitivas agrícolas e vulnerabilidade territorial: o papel do Consórcio Pesquisa Café

This academic work presents the final results of the undergraduate research about new agricultural technical systems developed by “Consórcio Pesquisa Café” (CPC), which main objective was to analyze the impacts of scientific inputs in different coffee producing regions, particularly in South of Minas Gerais. The creation of the CPC meets the demands of a global scientific coffee-growing (SANTOS, 2000) under development in the current period technical-scientific-informational (SANTOS, 2009). On this period, also called globalization, the technoscience, the information and the finances guide the actions of companies and institutions submitted by imperative of competitiveness on international market. The Brazilian’s coffee-growing regions (South of Minas Gerais, Cerrado Mineiro, Espírito Santos Ridge’s, Western Bahia, among others) on search of higher productivities, begin gather technical, informational and communicational densities (SANTOS, 2009). Considering these facts, we detail in this research, the major agricultural technical systems developed by “Consórcio Pesquisa Café” (CPC), expressed in new management techniques, new cultivars and new chemicals, mechanical and biological inputs. In the concluding part of this undergraduate research we analyze how these new technical systems contribute to increased competitiveness and vulnerability of South of Minas Gerais in front of international market

Horto de plantas medicinais e tóxicas “Prof.ª Dra. Célia Cebrian Araújo Reis”: centro de referência botânica para o ensino, a pesquisa e a extensão

O Horto de Plantas Medicinais e Tóxicas “Prof.ª Dra. Célia Cebrian Araújo Reis” fundado em 1989 no campus de Araraquara da UNESP é um Horto de Referência Botânica e uma coleção de plantas vivas de interesse farmacêutico, objeto deste estudo que objetivou em caracterizá-lo e divulgá-lo. Para isso foi realizado um resgate histórico por meio de pesquisas em documentos datados da época da fundação e realização de entrevistas com um dos docentes fundadores e com o funcionário da unidade; levantamento florístico com seleção de algumas espécies arbóreas para depósito em herbário e registro, assim como o desenvolvimento de um sistema heurístico de catalogação própria para dar entrada nas plantas que futuramente virão a ser registradas no horto, modelo de ficha monográfica botânica e exemplo de ficha devidamente preenchida; e a construção de página na internet vinculada ao site da FCFAr disponibilizada na Web apresentando parte do conteúdo desenvolvido neste trabalho, incluindo lista de plantas registradas para consulta.
