Among the various school functions in capitalist society there in the literature and common sense that the school would have a central role in correcting social inequalities produced by the capitalist mode of production. We see, in today's society, children and young people who moved by the desire to get out of where they are, usually on the outskirts, in a vulnerable situation, seek growth through the study; They see it as a way out to another reality with more opportunit ies and chances for improvement, both as regards their quality of life, and even want to change, change and influence their own reality or part of it, with the knowledge learned in school. On the other hand, there are theorists who maintain that the school reproduces the basic features of the social structure and the current system of power in society. Our goal is to discuss the transformative potential of education as opposed to its role of reproduction of social inequalities, through the essential role of the teacher, who has a high profile role when it comes to change. The teacher is one of the first professionals that we remember when we turn to the school and refer to the systematic teaching. But sometimes forms of education present in the school, afflicting much of children and young people and are characterized in order to favor certain classes and eventually stop the growth and development of those who do not meet the required standards. In this paper we intend to compare two lines of thought, alluding to pedagogical activities in class, the Paulo Freire, which brings the teacher's figure with a responsible actor for lead students to reflection of their practice; and Pierre Bourdieu, which considers the pedagogical practice as an act of imposition of values of the ruling class. The present study describes a technique to obtain consecutive luteal samples by colpotomy. The animals received an epidural anesthesia and local anesthesia (vaginal vault) and after ten minutes the vaginal vault was incised with a scalpel blade and tissue was dissected to provide access to the pelvic cavity and to retract the ovary into the vagina. Then, a luteal biopsy was performed with a Yomann biopsy nipper. Signs indicative of pain and stress during the vaginal vault incision, traction of ovary or luteal biopsy were observed only in two collections. However, these signs were observed in ten collections during dissection of the vaginal wall and peritoneum. The occurrence of ataxia was observed in 26 collections and it was usually related to a longer duration of the procedure. Ataxia could be divided in light (15/26), moderate (6/26) and severe (5/26). The occurrence of ovarian adhesions ipsilateral to the incision was evaluated only in the initial four collections. Adhesions were present in 16 collections. The protocol described above provided a safe and efficient method to acquire luteal samples. The low incidence of adhesions allows the consecutive use of females without any interference in subsequent ovulations and collections.

Many peptides are responsible for the coordination of muscle contraction, secretion and ciliary beating of the oviduct epithelium to allow the transport of gametes and embryos, including vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGF), prostaglandins (PGs), endotelin-1 (ET-1) andangiotensinII(Ang II). The effect of reproductive biotechnologiesusedto improve embryo yield on oviduct gene expression is poorly understood. Thus, the aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of ovarian superstimulation on the mRNA expression of the genes encoding the major peptides involved in oviduct contraction in bovine. Therefore, Nelore cows were submitted to P-36 (n = 5) or P-36/eCG (n = 5) ovarian superstimulatory protocols and a control group of cows was not submitted to any superstimulatory protocol (n = 5). The relative expression of VEGF (VEGF, Flk1, Flt1), Ang II (AGTR2, ACE1), ET1 (ET1, ECE1) and PG pathway members (PGES, EP2, EP4, COX1, COX2) was analyzed using real time RT-PCR in each of oviduct segment (infundibulum, ampulla and isthmus). All target genes were expressed in the three segments of the bovine oviduct; however, specific genes were regulated by ovarian superstimulation: EP2 and EP4 receptors mRNA was affected by P- 36/eCG protocol, in the ampulla and infundibulum, respectively; and AGTR2 mRNA was up-regulated by both the P-36/eCG and P-36 protocols in the isthmus. The upregulation of EP2, EP4 and AGTR2 expression in the superstimulated cows suggests a suitable effect of FSH and eCG on bovine oviduct physiology, coordinating the contraction in Nelore cows
