This paper focuses on the implementation of a geological and geotechnical mapping to the planning of the region stream Bertini, territorial expansion area of the municipality of Americana (SP), a medium-sized city in the countryside of Sao Paulo state, with great potential for growth industrial and residential. To this end, based on the methodology established by the Institute for Technological Research, the charters geological and geotechnical aimed at exposing the capabilities and limitations of the soil. The analysis of similar soil characteristics such as geology, geomorphology, slope, geotechnical testing and the current use and land cover was possible to recognize four geotechinical units. The units I and III are related to areas of top and concave and convex parts of the study area, shown to be sites of low occupancy restriction. However the units II and IV, respectively allocated in the floodplain of the Piracicaba River and the banks of the stream Bertini and some of its drainage, showed a more restricted area due to proximity to water bodies and drainages that offer higher slopes.

O presente estudo, que foi desenvolvido considerando os dados de quatro municípios do Estado de São Paulo (São Carlos, Araraquara, Matão e Gavião Peixoto), teve como propósito definir um Indicador de Desenvolvimento Regional e teve os seguintes itens pesquisados: consumo energia elétrica residencial e industrial, população, valor adicionado total e o número de empregos gerados. Desses itens foram utilizados o valor adicionado e o número de empregos gerados para definir um indicador de desenvolvimento regional a fim de detectar o desenvolvimento dos municípios estudados, utilização de mão de obra qualificada e a geração de riquezas obtidas e distribuída entre esses municípios. A construção desse Indicador teve como base os dados dos municípios paulistas do período de 2001 a 2007. Após a mensuração do indicador de desenvolvimento regional foram extraídos e analisados os seguintes dados: análise do crescimento desses indicadores que levam ao desenvolvimento dos municípios vizinhos e a formação de um agrupamento produtivo local (cluster). Esses dados também foram utilizados numa análise estatística de regressão para estimar previsão de crescimento desses municípios em função do setor aeronáutico que está se instalando na região estudada. Foi observado também que no período estudado houve um crescimento de consumo de energia elétrica industrial e residencial, propiciando aos seus habitantes uma melhor qualidade de vida, com melhores salários e benefícios comuns. Esse indicador é altamente favorável, pois evidencia que a tendência de agrupamento de empresas no mesmo setor, contribui para o desenvolvimento da sociedade onde está inserida, incentiva o crescimento dos municípios e fomentando as atividades. O presente estudo foi realizado na Escola do Meio Ambiente (EMA) (22°55'23”S e 48°27'28”W), com a parceria da Escola Estadual “Parque Residencial 24 de Maio”, ambas localizadas no município de Botucatu. O objetivo deste trabalho foi a elaboração de um material de apoio pedagógico. À aula de campo dada aos alunos da Escola Estadual, comprovando a importância dessas atividades no processo de sensibilização dos mesmos. Para investigar os conhecimentos prévios dos alunos do primeiro e segundo ano do Ensino Médio da Escola Estadual, escolhidos como público alvo do trabalho, foi aplicado um questionário. Esse contava com sete perguntas dissertativas sobre o tema anfíbio anuros. Após a análise desses resultados, foi elaborado o referido material de apoio. Um folder que recebeu o titulo de “Salve os anfíbios anuros! - preservar os anfíbios é ser humano”. Este material foi utilizado e distribuído na aula de campo elaborada para esse grupo de alunos. Na atividade de campo os alunos puderam ter contato com esses animais, perdendo medos e sanando dúvidas sobre os mesmos. This work, based in a patent request at INPI, protocol no. 020110035974, presents a system development using solar panels to supply the electricity demand required by punctual loads, without a storage unit or utility grid synchronism, through a control circuit that allows parallel operation with the power grid during low sunlight incidence periods. A study about solar panel construction and topologies for Power generation was done, in a atempt to evalute impacts in project. This development was modular, providing the system the possibility of power capacity expansion and load diversity as well, in an attempt to reduce the total energy requirements from the residential sector drained from the power grid along the day

The city of San Carlos is known to have important centers of research aimed at developing high technologies, which are: Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), the University of São Paulo (USP). Thus, the portion of the population of students who are not from the city of San Carlos, but it has to be present daily to provide their respective courses in San Carlos, has the need to rent property. The housing market, in turn, uses the application of capital to meet the demands of students and business is taking steps that make the production of space and provide new scope of the place, giving new meaning to the settings and new residents. This work goes towards understanding the students, social workers, boosting growth in this market and the influences of space and real estate agents and their actions materialized in space to meet this demand

Atlantic Forest and Cerrado are between the biological richest areas in the world, for that are considered top conservation priorities. Those ecosystems are found at Botucatu region, where it´s extremely fragmented by routes, agricultural areas and urban centres. This fragmentation causes restrictions on animals populations, in particular to medium and large mammals, that needs larger areas to live and also are often hunted. Even isolated and suffering anthropic influences the fragments are fundamental for local biodiversity conservation. We realized a mammal survey on two forest fragments of Atlantic forest transition to Cerrado of Rubião Júnior – Botucatu – SP – Brazil: Santo Antônio Church and Parque das Cascatas forests. The Santo Antônio church munt is considered a turistic point and its forest receive many visitants, Parque das Cascatas forest is inside of a residential condominium. Both areas are classify as semidecidual stational forest and are disconected by Domingos Sartori route, that connect Botucatu centre to Rubião Júnior district. Around both fragments can be found residences, plantations and pastures. The utilized method included: recognition of tracks on the forests, interviews with next residents and sand plots mounting. The interviews indicated 29 mammals species, and 19 was validated for animal traces, overruns or visualization. Other 3 species found were not mentioned on interviews. Totally, was found 22 small and medium mammals presence evidences on both forest fragments. Parque das Cascatas forest showed more diversity (19) then Santo Antônio Church forest (11), and species like Eira barbara, Procyon cancrivorus, Mazama americana, Shiggurus villosus, Dasypus novemcinctus, Didelphis albiventris, Lutreolina crassicaudata and Lepus europaeus looked for other areas once that was verifyed overruns of individuals... This paper has it is hypotesis on the government program “My Home, My Life” and the assumption that it is a public politic attached to the market logic of financialization of the housing. It is understood that this program encourage capital for the main constructors and incorporated of brazilian heritage elite. It also served as well to promote more rentability to international capital and intensified the sociospacial segregration process as real state speculation has been potencialized. This work aims to present and discuss the program contradictions that have been sustained on the speech of wide subsidy offer and habitance construcution for low income workers - month income until three minimum salaries. Documents have shown that in the first phase of the program, habitance construction for this sector of population corresponded only to 5,5% of total habitation deficit. Businessmen on residance civil construction and public politic representatives have confirmed that the program interests are linked to financial market logic.The real benefits are not for low income workers, but for real state agents through extraordinaty profits of land and the so called new medium workers class(worker class C).We will search for embasement on the country history through the different governments and housing policies, in value theory and the concept of land income to understand the financialization process of the housing. The civil construction is an industrial sector of great economic importance and that it comes exponentially growing in the country. However, this activity is deficient in its management processes, and in this context that the management of construction as a way of organizing and controlling all the technical and construction of an enterprise. The literature shows that the manager has a key role throughout the process of planning, execution and analysis of the results of the work being of prime importance that all steps have its due attention in order to avoid any technical problems or lack information. The management’s main objective is the transparency of technical and financial information to investors and their assessments of physical and financial performances of the work intervened positively in quality, deadlines and costs. In this sense, this paper aims to present consideration about the proper management of a residential development in vertical construction

The search for more reliable security systems and information management of these systems is leading to a growing progress in new technologies investments that allow the implementation of equipment with a high level of reliability, but also have an agile and practical operation. This led people to turn increasingly looking for home automation systems, enterprise and industry for the automation and integration of their systems. The identification by radio frequency is very widespread today for ensuring both agility in handling records data, the reliability of their identification systems, which are increasingly advanced and less susceptible to fraud. Attached to this technology, the use of the database is always very important for the storage of information collected, the area where the MySQL platform is widely used. Using the open source Arduino platform for programming and manipulation of RFID module and LabVIEW software for the union of all these technologies and to develop a user-friendly interface, you can create a highly reliable access control and agility places a high turnover of people. This project aims to prove the advantages of using all these technologies working together, thus improving a flawed system effectively safety, cheaper and quicker

Parasitos do gênero Cryptosporidium pertencem ao filo Apicomplexa, com localização intracelular e extracitoplasmática obrigatória e se desenvolvem principalmente na superfície das células epiteliais de hospedeiros vertebrados. O cão, possível fonte de infecção humana, elimina oocistos fecais deste protozoário com grande potencial zoonótico no ambiente. O presente estudo teve como objetivo caracterizar molecularmente Cryptosporidium spp. obtidos de amostras fecais de filhotes caninos (naturalmente infectados). Um total de 200 cães foram examinados, sendo 100 machos e 100 fêmeas, 111 de padrão racial determinado e 89 sem raça definida (SRD). Destes, 81 animais, 43, 48 e 28 tinham até dois, de dois a três; de três a seis e de seis a doze meses, respectivamente. Conforme sua origem, os animais eram provenientes dos Municípios de Araçatuba e Votuporanga, SP, sendo que 126 eram de domicílios; 11 mantidos em Centros de Zoonoses; 50 de Pet Shops; 12 de um criatório e uma (0,5%) era errante e havia sido adotada. A ocorrência de Cryptosporidium spp. foi de 1% (2/200). Ambas eram fêmeas, SRD, com idade entre 60 e 90 dias. A de origem residencial apresentava fezes pastosas com coloração castanho claro e a outra, resgatada do CCZ, material fecal escurecido de consistência liquefeita. O sequenciamento dos fragmentos amplificados confirmou a presença de Cryptosporidium canis. A partir dos resultados obtidos neste trabalho, é possível concluir que 2% dos caninos analisados eram hospedeiros de C. canis

El Ayuntamiento de San Pablo, en la gestión de 2001 a 2004, pretendió atender a la demanda de habitación social implementando el Programa Social: “Vivir en el Centro” a través de los proyectos: “Perímetros de Rehabilitación Integrada del Habitat” (PRIH), “Alquiler Social”, “Programa de Arrendamiento Residencial” (PAR), “Bolsa Alquiler”, “Vivienda Transitoria” y “Programa de Intervención en Viviendas Hacinadas”. A través del “Programa de Arrendamiento Residencial” fueron implementados los siguientes edificios: Hotel San Pablo, Riskallah Jorge, Brigadeiro Tobias, Riachuelo, entre otros. En este contexto, el objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar el diálogo existente entre el tiempo del diseño y el tiempo del uso social de la vivienda social del edificio Riachuelo. Métodos: los diálogos entre el tiempo del diseño y el tiempo del uso social de la vivienda fueron realizados a partir de las entrevistas con los autores del proyecto de arquitectura y los residentes del edificio. Para conocer la obra construida fueron consultados los proyectos de arquitectura y se realizaron visitas técnicas al edificio. La investigación contribuye con: i) los estudios de la vivienda social de los programas públicos en centros históricos, ii) la reutilización de edificios y iii) la calidad de los diseños o proyectos de arquitectura.
