The paper describes the ways of reporting business management, employing the model of sustainability report called the Global Reporting Initiative - GRI. This makes use of indicators based on the concept called Triple Bottom Line, which takes into account the economic, social and environmental. The study points out theoretical positions and concepts that have demonstrated an understanding of this issue and especially emphasizes the presence and experience of Public Relations in the environment of organizational communication, especially in the sphere of quality management activities, coupled with the operational processes and sustainable principles. The discussion is exemplified by a case study of quality management activities, coupled with the operational processes and sustainable principles. Com o intuito de promover uma ação internacional para a gestão sustentável, conservação e desenvolvimento das florestas e chamar a atenção da população para o papel destas na geração de benefícios econômicos, sociais e ambientais, principalmente para os povos que dependem delas para sobreviver, a Assembléia Geral da Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU), declarou 2011 como o Ano Internacional das Florestas. Paradoxal a esta ação, o ano de 2011 é também marcado pela inauguração da Rodovia Interoceânica Sul (IOS) no Peru, que ao conectar-se a malha rodoviária brasileira cria um elo de ligação direta entre o Oceano Atlântico e o Oceano Pacífico. Segundo seus idealizadores, o projeto aumentará as possibilidades de comércio internacional. Além de incrementar o comércio bilateral e integrar a Macro-Região Sul do Peru ao restante do país, a IOS proporciona ao Brasil uma alternativa de acesso ao Oceano Pacífico e aos mercados da Ásia e, ao Peru, um acesso mais eficiente ao Atlântico e aos mercados da costa leste dos EUA e da Europa. Por outro lado, a IOS passa por uma das mais preservadas regiões da Amazônia e, é considerada de importância única em termos de risco para os esforços mundiais de conservação da biodiversidade e de respeito aos direitos das últimas populações humanas que ali vivem sem ou com muito pouco contato com a sociedade moderna. Os impactos socioambientais ligados à construção e/ou reabilitação de estradas em territórios tropicais úmidos adquiriram fama mundial precisamente com a BR- 364, trecho principal desse corredor no território brasileiro. A pavimentação desta estrada nos anos 1980 provocou desastres ambiental e social gravíssimos no norte de Mato Grosso, em Rondônia e no Acre. As brincadeiras infantis fazem parte da vida de toda criança, seja na escola ou em casa. A partir desse tipo de atividade, a criança possui inúmeras possibilidades, como por exemplo, trabalhar com regras, mesmo inconscientemente, utilizar sua criatividade para criar situações diversas. Exemplo disso são as brincadeiras de faz-de-conta, onde a criança tem a possibilidade de ser quem ela quiser ou até mesmo, modificar o significado real de um determinado objeto, transformando-o em outro de acordo com seu desejo. Através do brinquedo, a criança exterioriza aquilo que ela interiorizou de sua cultura, de forma a representar o mundo em que vive. O presente estudo tem por objetivo discutir a importância das brincadeiras, para o desenvolvimento cognitivo e de linguagem da criança, levando em consideração o meio social em que vive. Onde, através de pesquisa bibliográfica será analisado a concepção de diferentes autores, que abordam essa temática e mostram que o ato de brincar deve fazer parte da infância, em benefício do desenvolvimento constante da criança

Discussions on the production of housing for residents of low income, in Brazil, has come a long, but still no great solutions. Not only a political problem, the issue of housing involves also social and economic issues. From the beginning there was a downward grade of the slum villages more sophisticated more precarious, as if the social scale. And that is what this work will be done. In an attempt to produce forms of housing for low-income population, but not to be a mere product of capitalism, or political propaganda, but to try to reach a real solution to the problem. The project will propose new forms of construction, use of renewable energy, reuse of water and other, besides new forms of construction, the project aims to create a sustainable education to future residents

The problem of solid waste has caused discussions about the huge amount that is generated in Brazilian cities, in particular the waste from construction and demolition (CDW), called spoil. In many cases these wastes are disposed of improperly and even criminally in urban areas, causing serious economic, social and environmental problems. Due to the lack of public policies and appropriate management of such waste came up with the CONAMA, in its resolution nº 307 of 2002, the obligation of municipalities in deploy the integrated management of construction and demolition wastes for the resolution of problems caused by inadequate management and disposal of such waste. By following a methodology suggested by Pinto & González (2005), with adaptations of other authors, it is proposed in this work the lifting of a diagnosis of the CDW in the municipality of Guaratinguetá-SP, through theoretical analysis and field research, with purpose to guide the public servants in the elaboration and implementation of integrated management. The results must contain information necessary for that end, such as the knowledge of generators, agents, collectors and transporters, disposition areas and the disposal of waste

The goal of this paper is to critically analyze the practices developed by Solidarity Economy and to merge them with social technologies, aiming to achieve social transformation of popular groups. This transformation consists in the empowerment of those groups in means of work organization, considering their self-management and also the development of techniques and technologies utilized. Based on the understanding that technical development has no neutral character and it follows linearity within society, a discussion around the forms and uses of technology is conducted here, aiming at the perspective of changes in technologies’ development and also assigning social character to them. To think of social technology requires us to consider the space in which it is inserted, once it refers to a collective demand that belongs to self-managed groups. Therefore, to intent beyond self-management work, new productive forces are discussed here, and also the analysis and adhesion of an alternative technology for popular cooperatives

This research project aims to study the relationship between the myths and the automobile, the contributions to the literature of fairy tales and the possible contributions of the heroes of fairy tales can bring to the process of teaching and learning defensive behavior in traffic. Traffic is a phenomenon so common to modern societies that often do not pay attention to their relevance as synonymous with social space and contains diversity of people and behaviors. To counter the image of fatalistic accidents and transgressions, will support us in the virtues of the hero figure to culminate in a collective tale in which children want to rethink their behavior, becoming citizens, with a more preventative and better quality of life. The research will be held in four rooms of elementary school in a city public school that serves children from families of the urban popular classes. The research will seek to analyze how the design of transit for the children and what the increase attributed to the theme, after the establishment of a collective story

The main purpose of this study is to promote reflection about the relevance of institutional propaganda as a tool of public relations and as a component of brand management. Concepts relevant to the design of this propaganda as Peirce’s semiotics, the storytelling, DNA corporate, identity and corporate culture were also outlined. This study is the result of a bibliographical research on the performance of the Third Sector in the current society. From references the study tried to locate the sprouting of the Third Sector in the international scene, whit the bankruptcy of welfare state, until its insertion in the Brazilian scene. Following this historical context, the paper of Communitarian Communication, Social Marketing and Communitarian Public Relations is discussed the importance of the communication of this Sector. Moreover, it has the effort of making one brief conceptualization and definition of the present terms. Working whit the concepts of Communitarian Communication and Communitarian Public Relations the study tried to focus the importance of creating a bond whit the development of a new educational model. Finally, the relation and the paper of the Communication in the construction of a new conception of citizenship was discussed. The hypothesis that crossed this study with respect to the potentialities of the Third Sector are considered an answer to the current social economic and political questions. Confiding, thus, a dynamic and stimulating field for the professional of Public Relations that, opposing what some studies had tries to show, are not necessarily the service of the market or private interests, but can collaborate whit its expertise to help to rescues the ethical values capable to change the life into a more solidary society

Taking as starting the environmental, social and economic impact of construction and demolition waste in Brazilian cities were created legal mechanisms for management and administration, seeking to minimize the impacts to the maximum, since the irregular deposition can be characterized as environmental crime. CONAMA Resolution No. 307 of 2002 establishing the mandatory implementation of an Integrated Management System Construction Waste and Demolition, guiding the classification and designation of the waste generating agents, collection agents and transporters, and the areas of culling and disposal of waste. The technical partnership between the Ministry of Cities, the Environment Ministry and the Caixa Econômica Federal, coordinated by Pinto & Gonzales (2005) Management in the work and management of construction waste, proposed a guidance manual to guide the implementation of a System Integrated Management of Construction Waste in Municipalities. The municipality of Guanambi in the state of Bahia, in full economic rise, lacks a waste management of construction and demolition, since there has areas for the disposal of waste being proposed in this paper the diagnosis of waste generation in the municipality as part of the methodology proposed by the work of Pinto & Gonzales (2005).

It is intended, by using the theoretical frameworks of Cultural Anthropology and Social Sciences, determine how to process social relations as a result of identity processes in the university environment. The study shows relevance in the field of Anthropology and Public Relations as it undertakes to identify issues that may guide the actions and perceptions of society and the professionals themselves regarding the activity, in addition to showing a socio-historical overview of the profession. Thus, it can contribute both in the scientific realm , revealing the identity of Public Relations through anthropological knowledge, as in the social sphere, providing the public relations have a broader horizon in relation to their activity and their recognition in the social context , allowing develop identity strategies and contributing to the profession will become even more important for individuals and organizations that make up society

O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso Jornalismo da Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP) baseia-se na análise de conteúdo das notícias, notas e críticas publicadas nos periódicos Gazeta de Campinas e Diário do Povo sobre as atividades e exibições dos cinco filmes realizados na cidade de Campinas na década de 1920 – João da Matta (1923), Soffrer Para Gozar (1923), Alma Gentil (1924), A Carne (1925) e Mocidade Louca (1927) – para a verificação do processo de construção da identidade cultural local. Para objetivar a análise do corpus será realizada uma contextualização histórica da cidade de Campinas, do cinema brasileiro, da imprensa e de outros fatores que irão corroborar para uma compreensão ampla da proposta a que essa monografia se propõe

The Project presents as main subject the relationship between entrepreneurship and the Public Relations professional. In the entrepreneurship, business plan is stood up, a document able to assist the entrepreneur to plan the activities related to implementation or creation of a new business. Assuming the business plan is an essential instrument of the entrepreneurial process, this study aims to describe the important use of the business plan for the creation or maintenance of a company and verify the Public Relations acting possibilities in the construction of this plan. For this, the project presents a study on a business plan for a small company with family structure, located in Sao Paulo countryside, in operation for over 30 years. Through the process of the business plan elaboration, it can be seen that the Public Relations professional has important skills that can be assist in the preparation of this plan, such as Marketing tools and communication knowledge and ability to establish a mission, the vision and the company values. Besides, this professional presents entrepreneurial characteristics that can help him in his activities, actions and planning

O trabalho tem como objetivo principal a criação de uma Escola de Artes e Artesanato, que está ligada ao sistema de incubadoras de cooperativas. O foco é projetar um edifício que atenda ao programa da escola e principalmente que tenha parte de sua estrutura construída de maneira artesanal e que seja sustentável. O projeto visa à formação de uma mão de obra qualificada para o mercado de artes e artesanato. Além disso, busca a reciclagem e a sustentabilidade na construção da obra e a inclusão social através dos sistemas de incubadoras de algumas universidades do Estado de São Paulo, incluindo o da Universidade na qual será inserida. A Escola será projetada dentro da Universidade de São Paulo, no Campus Butantã. Além da formação em várias áreas do campo das artes o estudante seria preparado para atuar dentro de uma economia solidária, ou seja, estudaria as formas de aplicar o que aprendeu ao longo dos cursos para poder aplicá-lo em um sistema coletivo para um ganho igualitário e de formação pessoal. Tem como idéia de público alvo agregar a sociedade acadêmica, já existente, com pessoas de diferentes classes e formações, mas com o mesmo intuito. Será a primeira escola que formará profissionais com alta especialização na área do artesanato ligada ao cooperativismo
