This project is a tool for engineers and technicians in the development and knowledge of the most important construction equipment, tower crane. It consists of a memory, 10 annexes and an Excel spreadsheet to do the calculations automatically . Some of these annexes are: Annex 1. Types of cranes and elements of them. Annex 2. Mounting and dismounting. Annex 3. Useful clamping loads. Annex 4. Safety systems , etc. Every single annex separately, provides detailed explanations , both written and visual of problems and solutions in the world of tower cranes . Professionals are able to learn in an orderly way, definitions, developments, calculations, processes etc., Which will greatly easy people's job in the construction and in the writing of a project. Also a spreadsheet with the Excel program has been made to help engineers on calculations. This sheet is protected and it can be accesed only to enter the data needed to perform the calculations of the safety factor and weight of shoes . The results will tell us if there is a risk of tipping of the tower crane and the weight of shoes. This tool will greatly help engineers on their calculations. All documentation is based on laws, regulations and no legal rules status, they guarantee that we are always within the Spanish and legislative Autonomous framework. This fact makes the professional carries out a project to a successful future and a legalistic view. Also note that these rules are in constant change, which makes it necessary for the professional to always be in a constant revision of the legislation.

The increasing prevalence of obesity and its associated complications requires specialized care to improve outcomes and control health care costs. Obesity is associated with numerous serious and costly medical problems requiring specialized care in managing health. The economic burden of obesity includes increased inpatient and outpatient medical expenditures as well as employer-related issues of absenteeism and associate costs. The objectives of this study are: - To describe the health consequences and the economic burden of obesity, - To review the existing treatment - To argue in favor of a specialized nutritional intervention that has shown to improve health and reduce obesity related health care costs. Therefore, expose the possibility of introducing the specialized nutrition in Switzerland and the feasibility of this project considering the medical trends and reimbursement system in Switzerland The benefits and outcomes for the patients will be the significant weight loss which reduces the severity and risk factors for complications and the improved health and quality of life. Weight loss will be a combination of a diet, exercise and behavioral interventions which are the basic recommendations for obesity treatment in addition to the specialized nutritional support. By nutritional support, we mean products that are intended to provide nutritional support in the dietary management of people with specific diseases and conditions when adequate intake of regular foods is compromised. These products are called, Food for special medical purposes FSMP. They are not intended to treat, cure, prevent, mitigate or have a direct impact on disease in a manner similar to drugs or other medical treatments and should be used under medical supervision. They also provide a low cost alternative to surgery. From a health care system perspective, the specialized nutrition will drive its advantage by reducing the utilization of medical services for obesity associated complications like medication, physician's consultations and surgical interventions arriving to a cost effective care for the hospitals, the health care organizations and the third party payers which are the health insurances. Past studies on the personnel selection demonstrated that a supervisor's advice to discriminate can lead to compliant behaviours. This study had the aim to extend past findings by examining what can overcome the powerful influence of the hierarchy. 50 Swiss managers participated to an in-basket exercise. The main task was to evaluate Swiss candidates (in-group) and foreigners (out-groups: Spanish and Kosovo Albanians) and to select two applicants for a job interview. Main results were the effect of codes of conduct to prevent discrimination against out-group applicants in the presence of a supervisor's advice to prefer in-group members. But, when participants were accountable to an audience, this beneficial effect disappears because participants followed the supervisor's advice. The second aim was to assess if the difference in responses between participants was related to their difference in moral attentiveness. Results showed some significant relationships but not always in the direction expected.

In this work, samples of chitosan obtained in different conditions were characterized by molecular weight distribution, using Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), in two different solvents. It was observed that the increase in the number of deacetylation steps promotes a increase in the degree of deacetylation followed by a decrease in the average of molecular weight and polydispersion. The GPC curves obtained for chitosan samples in the two solvents used (CH3COOH 0.30 mol/dm³ - CH3CONa 0.20 mol/dm³ and CH3COOH 0.10 mol/dm³ - NaCl 0.20 mol/dm³) showed small difference in elution volume, but significant changes in the average molecular weight (Mn and Mw) and polydispersion that, in agree with the values of Huggins constant, present evidences of chitosan aggregates formation in the second solvent.

We extend Deligne's weight filtration to the integer cohomology of complex analytic spaces (endowed with an equivalence class of compactifications). In general, the weight filtration that we obtain is not part of a mixed Hodge structure. Our purely geometric proof is based on cubical descent for resolution of singularities and Poincaré-Verdier duality. Using similar techniques, we introduce the singularity filtration on the cohomology of compactificable analytic spaces. This is a new and natural analytic invariant which does not depend on the equivalence class of compactifications and is related to the weight filtration.

Background: The enzyme fatty acid synthase (FASN) is highly expressed in many human carcinomas and its inhibition is cytotoxic to human cancer cells. The use of FASN inhibitors has been limited until now by anorexia and weight loss, which is associated with the stimulation of fatty acid oxidation. Materials and Methods: The in vitro effect of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) on fatty acid metabolism enzymes, on apoptosis and on cell signalling was evaluated. In vivo, the effect of EGCG on animal body weight was addressed. Results: EGCG inhibited FASN activity, induced apoptosis and caused a marked decrease of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/AKT and extracellular (signal)-regulated kinase (ERK) 1/2 proteins, in breast cancer cells. EGCG did not induce a stimulatory effect on CPT-1 activity in vitro (84% of control), or on animal body weight in vivo (99% of control). Conclusion: EGCG is a FASN inhibitor with anticancer activity which does not exhibit cross-activation of fatty acid oxidation and does not induce weight loss, suggesting its potential use as an anticancer drug.
