The Laboratory of Investigation on Paternity - FCFAr-UNESP performs an outreach university activity according to 53, UNESP Resolution article 3 , published on November 3, 2004. This article is classified in Human Rights area involving community services, training highly qualified human resources and scientific development. This kind of service is performed with advanced technological resources and quality control similar to the international standard. in human identification by DNA research results are available . The laboratory offers a highly qualified service at a fair price, allowing the low-income population access to such tests.

Histórico da legislação sanitária em farmacovigilância

O impacto das reações adversas pode afetar duas vertentes, as conseqüências da reação ao paciente e a as conseqüências econômicas e sociais causadas pelas reações. Devido a isso, após o acidente da talidomida, órgãos governamentais de todo o mundo iniciaram a regulamentação do que hoje chamamos de farmacovigilância. O presente estudo teve como objetivo identificar e conhecer a legislação brasileira sobre a farmacovigilância, ao longo dos anos. Foi realizada uma pesquisa documental, de junho a setembro de 2014, sobre as legislações pertinentes utilizando a técnica de análise de conteúdo que permitiu avaliar as seguintes variáveis: ano publicação, âmbito, tipo de norma, a quem se aplica e o que regulamenta. No Brasil as primeiras iniciativas datam da década de 1970, mas foram tentativas infrutíferas na consolidação da farmacovigilância, pois havia muitas lacunas deixadas pelas normas, além da alta incidência de subnotificação por falta de uma fiscalização adequada. Apenas aproximadamente 25 anos depois, apareceram normas mais assertivas na consolidação da farmacovigilância, com a publicação da Política Nacional de Medicamentos, a fundação da ANVISA, criação do Centro Nacional de Monitorização de Medicamentos, criação do projeto Rede Sentinela, inserção do Brasil como membro do Programa Internacional de Monitorização de Medicamentos da OMS em 2001, criação dos centros de vigilância sanitária estaduais e a publicação da RDC n°4 de 2009 e Portaria CVS n°5 de 2010. Estas normativas incentivavam a fiscalização, sobretudo, da segurança, qualidade e efetividade das tecnologias em saúde. Apenas em 2013 foi contemplado o paciente como protagonista no processo de uso dos medicamentos, sendo possível analisar todo o contexto envolvido nas etapas (necessidade, efetividade, segurança e adesão). Modelo esportivo britânico: histórico e evoluções

The British sports suffered an unprecedented crisis in the early 80s instabilities political, economic crisis and lack of planning put the English sport in a very critical situation. However, a number of sports public policies were proposed from the 80's, effectively, completely changed the situation of English sport, which has prompted the development of this research. Thus, the present study, qualitative, aims to analyze the organization and evolution of the sport in the UK, based on the British government projects of the last 30 years included in the Sport Development database. Therefore, the study was developed by the union of bibliographic research, exploratory and documentary. First, after literature, documents were selected, using the academic database Sport Development, in the library of policy documents, separate area of the database containing only the English sport policy documents. For delimitation of the study were analyzed documents from 1980 to 2013, of which eight were selected on which to base discussions in this study. The documents were analyzed using thematic content analysis technique, based on two thematic axes: Axis 1 - funding and Axis 2 - priority groups. The results indicate that the analyzed initiatives show a process of evolution and maturation of public policies of Sport England, both on the issue of financing, such as with regard to priority groups, which have changed and adjustments over the years. It was also noted that much can be learned from these initiatives, even in helping to solve problems of the Brazilian reality. Suggest new studies involving sports management from different countries, in order to leverage other perspectives to support the development of public policies for sport and recreation in the country, seeking successful examples

Investigação sobre a inclusão do episódio histórico da teoria genotípica de Wilhelm Ludwig Johannsen na formação inicial de professores e pesquisadores

This paper is part of a broader investigation on Epistemology of Biology carried out by a group of researchers from Cascavel/PR. It involves studies and research about biological thought on subjects such as the growing of the concepts of gene, genotype and phenotype. The aim of this research was to gather the undergraduate students of Biological Sciences’ views about the role played by the inclusion of a historical episode in the study group as a trigger for epistemological discussions and didactic reflections. Firstly, the students received Johannsen’s article “The genotype conception of heredity”, published in 1911 in the journal The American Naturalist, in which he proposed the concepts of genotype and phenotype, among other ones. After, there was a discussion held by group about the concepts proposed in the article taking into account the epistemological, historical and didactic aspects. Data collection occurred through the recording of the group discussions and individual interviews. The results suggest that the inclusion of this historical episode, enabled the participants to develop critical thinking through collective reflection on the meaning of biological knowledge in different contexts.

Ocorrência de pesquisas narrativas sobre formação de professores de Ciências e Matemática no Brasil, de 2000 a 2010

In this article, we present results that express the occurrence of narratives researches in the form of theses and dissertations in postgraduate programs in Brazil, from 2000 to 2010 in the Teaching of Science and Mathematics area. We consulted the Student Registration, on the site of the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel, through the keywords: narrative research, narrative inquiry and teacher training. Through reading the abstracts, we identified the area of knowledge, the IES and the supervisor. Of the 162 (one hundred, sixty two) academic productions identified, 31 (thirty-one) are in the area of Science and Mathematics teaching. The data obtained point to the existence of groups of studies and research training in the country engaged in narrative research in Mathematics and Science Teaching, in line with teacher training.
