In order to study quantitatively the effects of forced solution on crystal growth, we designed a new set of experimental equipment, in particular, a microchannel mixer was used as crystallization container so that the consumption of protein samples was much reduced and thus an exact syringe pump could be used for precise control of the flow rates. Since the mixer’s section was designed to be rectangular, the solution velocity in its center was steady and constant, and thus repeatable experiments were facilitated. Experimental results showed that the effects of forced solution on protein crystal growth were different under different levels of supersaturation, and new results were obtained for cases of high supersaturation. When the supersaturation is σ = 2.3, with increasing flow rates the growth rates of the lysozyme crystal’s (110) face hardly change when the flow rates are lower than 1300 μm/s, and decrease quickly afterwards. When the flow rate reaches 2000 μm/s, the crystal nearly ceases to grow. When the supersaturation is σ = 2.7, with increasing flow rates the (110) face growth rates increase at the beginning then reach the maximum values at 1700 μm/s – 1900 μm/s and decrease afterwards, approaching zero or so when the flow rate reaches 12000 μm/s. The combustion of high-temperature off-gas of steelmaking converter with periodical change of temperature and CO concentration always leads to CO and NOx over-standard emissions. In the paper, high-temperature off-gas combustion is simulated by adopting counterflow diffusion flame model, and some influencing factors of CO and NOx emissions are investigated by adopting a detailed chemistry GRI 3.0 mechanism. The emission index of NOx (EINOx) decreases 1.7–4.6% when air stoichiometric ratio (SR) increase from 0.6 to 1.4, and it dramatically increases with off-gas temperature at a given SR when the off-gas temperature is above 1500 K. High-concentration CO in off-gas can result in high NOx emissions, and NOx levels increase dramatically with CO concentration when off-gas temperature is above 1700 K. Both SR and off-gas temperature are important for the increase of CO burnout index (BICO) when SR is less than 1.0, but BICO increase about 1% when off-gas temperature increases from 1100 K to 1900 K at SR > 1.0. BICO increases with CO concentration in off-gas, and the influence of off-gas temperature on BICO is marginal. BICO increases with the relative humidity (RH) in air supplied, but it increases about 0.5% when RH is larger than 30%.

The reactions pi(-)p -> eta n and gamma p -> eta p are investigated within a dynamical coupled-channels model of meson production reactions in the nucleon resonance region The meson-baryon channels included are pi N, pi Delta, sigma N, and rho N The direct eta-photoproduction process is studied within a formalism based on a chiral constituent quark model approach, complemented with a one-gluon-exchange mechanism, to take into account the breakdown of the SU(6)circle times O(3) symmetry In the models search, the following known nucleon resonances are embodied S-11(1535), S-11(1650), P-11(1440), P-11(1710), P-13(1720), D-13(1520), D-13(1700), D-15(1675), and F-15(1680). Data for the pi(-)p -> eta n reaction from threshold up to a total center-of-mass energy of W approximate to 2 GeV are satisfactorily reproduced For the photoproduction channel: two additional higher mass known resonances, P-13(1900) and F-15(2000), are also considered However, reproducing the data for gamma p -> eta p requires, within our approach, two new nucleon resonances, for which we extract, mass and width

We present a measurement of pi(+)pi(-)pi(+)pi(-) photonuclear production in ultraperipheral Au-Au collisions at root s(NN) = 200 GeV from the STAR experiment. The pi(+)pi(-)pi(+)pi(-) final states are observed at low transverse momentum and are accompanied by mutual nuclear excitation of the beam particles. The strong enhancement of the production cross section at low transverse momentum is consistent with coherent photoproduction. The pi(+)pi(-)pi(+)pi(-) invariant mass spectrum of the coherent events exhibits a broad peak around 1540 +/- 40 MeV/c(2) with a width of 570 +/- 60 MeV/c(2), in agreement with the photoproduction data for the rho(0)(1700). We do not observe a corresponding peak in the pi(+)pi(-) final state and measure an upper limit for the ratio of the branching fractions of the rho(0)(1700) to pi(+)pi(-) and pi(+)pi(-)pi(+)pi(-) of 2.5% at 90% confidence level. The ratio of rho(0)(1700) and rho(0)(770) coherent production cross sections is measured to be 13.4 +/- 0.8(stat.) +/- 4.4(syst.)%.

在HIRFL-CSRm的强子物理谱仪(HPLUS)中,电磁量能器(EMC)是其非常重要的组成部分之一。计划中的电磁量能器将使用CsI(Tl)晶体搭建,主要用于高能γ射线和电子的探测,共需要约1020根晶体单元探测器,总重量约3500~5000公斤。另外,我们还计划在CSRm的外靶实验终端建造一个可测量单个射线、所有射线的能量求和以及多重性的γ球探测器,该探测器预计使用CsI(Tl)晶体,总重量约1700公斤。鉴于近代物理所对CsI晶体的大量需求,我们启动了自行研制大尺寸CsI晶体的计划。目前,我们已经掌握了利用Bridgman晶体生长技术,生长出高品质、大尺寸CsI晶体(~100mm×350mm)的工艺。同时我们也掌握了各种不同尺寸和形状的CsI晶体加工工艺。测试结果表明,自行研制的CsI(Tl)晶体的多项指标均好于其他厂家的同类产品。本论文工作的主要内容有:(1)高品质、大尺寸CsI晶体生长工艺的摸索;(2)自制CsI晶体性能的系统测试,包括:光产额的温度效应、PD/APD读出时的能量分辨(源测试)、表面处理和光输出的关系、包装材料的选择、光输出非均匀性、辐照硬度等,以及自制CsI(Tl)晶体在重离子物理实验中的应用等;(3)基于GEANT4软件包,建立了CsI(Tl)晶体探测器的模拟程序,模拟主要集中在对影响单元探测器性能的因素进行分析,包括:侧面泄露、尾部泄露、包装材料的类型和厚度、提前簇射、晶体光输出非均匀性等。建立了EMC探测器的模拟框架,并通过模拟初步确定了HPLUS中EMC探测单元尺寸和和探测单元数目,为EMC设计的优化以及HPLUS的整体模拟打下了重要的基础

利用142Nd(16O,5n)153Er和147Sm(16O,6n)157Yb反应并藉助与氦喷嘴快速带传输装置和x(γ) γt-符合测量技术首次建立了153Er和157Yb的(EC/β+)衰变能级纲图。 对153Er的(EC/β+)衰变纲图的分析,得到结果有, 1) 辨认了256.7KeV和634.2KeV的二条低位能级分别为d3/2和d5/2的单质子态。因此,153H0的基态 的形状为球形。在同位素链Ho(Z=67)上,随着中子数的增加,奇质量数Ho核的基态核形状由球形过渡到变形发生在中子数86和88之间。 2) 位于1700.1KeV能级为三粒子态,具有[(πh11/2 νh9/2)1+ νf7/2] , , 的结构特征。 经对157Yb的(EC/β+)衰变纲图分析,得到结果有, 1) 发现了建立在157Tm基态上的Kπ= 转动带的带头部分。用可变转动惯量的三轴行变粒子转子模型对157Tm的转动能谱的计算结果表明,157Tm的基态Kπ= 转动带所对应的形变是三轴形变,相应的形变参数为ε2=0.23,ε4=0.01,γ=35°。给出了随着中子数的增加,奇质量数Tm(Z=69)核的基态核形状由球形过渡到非球形发生在中子数86和88之间。 2) 辨认了一条位于激发能为3502KeV的同质异能态,其寿命>40ns。

通过分析长白山国家级自然保护区内不同海拔(A1:1700 m,A2:1800 m,A3:1900 m,A4:2000 m,A5:2050 m)梯度岳桦叶片中各种生理指标含量的变化,探讨了林线树木适应高山环境的生理机制。结果表明:随着海拔的升高,比叶面积(SLA)显著减小,A5与A1相比下降了35.90%,差异达到显著水平;叶绿素含量随海拔梯度升高而降低,但叶绿素a/b比值(Chla/Chlb)和Car的相对含量(Car/Chl)随海拔梯度升高而增加;在海拔1900 m左右,MDA含量和MP均处于最低水平,各种酶的活性均为最低;当海拔超过2000 m,接近森林分布的界限时,MDA含量和MP升高,并达到最大值,各种酶的活性都出现了一定程度的下降。综合本次研究表明,在海拔1900 m比较适合岳桦的生长;海拔超过2000 m,岳桦体内生理抗性下降,不利于岳桦的生长发育,因此高海拔限制了岳桦的分布。

通常认为,随着林木不断接近其海拔分布极限,光合作用产量不断下降,导致碳水化合物供应不足(碳供应限制),或者低温限制了碳投资(生长限制)。植物组织内非结构性碳水化合物(Nonstructural carbohydrates,NSC)的含量反映了植物碳供应与碳吸收的平衡。为了检验"碳供应限制"和"生长抑制"假说,我们对长白山海拔1700~2050m的自然生境下生长的岳桦(Betula ermanii)的叶片和枝条组织的NSC含量进行了比较。结果表明:岳桦叶片的NSC含量随海拔升高变化不显著,枝条的NSC含量随海拔升高显著增加;叶片和枝条中淀粉含量与可溶性总糖含量的比值均随海拔的升高而减小;林线附近的岳桦林木不存在碳水化合物供应不足的问题,这在一定程度上表明生长限制导致长白山岳桦林线的形成。

天然林保护不是简单的禁伐 .东北林区作为天然林保护的限伐林区 ,目前仍有一定数量的成过熟林采伐任务 ,如何科学合理地选择伐区非常重要 .鉴于传统森林资源采伐利用操作中存在顾此失彼的问题 ,现代科学的森林资源经营理论认为 ,森林资源利用要坚持可持续利用原则 ,并且要更多考虑森林资源的生态效益 .遥感 (RS)数据及地理信息系统 (GIS)技术 ,通过提供空间选择技术支撑 ,可以准确定位符合采伐标准的森林资源地理位置 ,并确定其面积、森林类型等信息 ,从而促进森林资源的科学合理利用 .本文综合考虑各方面要素 ,以长白山典型林区露水河林业局为例 ,以最大程度发挥森林生态系统的生态功能为原则 ,进行了森林资源利用状况评价 ,对研究区森林资源未来利用的空间选择以及采伐利用方式进行了探讨 ,以期为将来制订科学的森林经营策略提供依据 .

以岷江上游干旱河谷耕地和居民用地为对象,用景观格局分析软件FRAGSTATS3.3计算了4个景观格局指数,利用ARCMAP9.0分析了耕地和居民用地与其它景观类型间的空间邻接特征,基于数字高成模型(DEM)研究了耕地和居民用地与海拔及坡度的关系。结果表明:灌木林地是干旱河谷的景观基质;耕地和居民用地斑块的平均面积和密度较小,形状简单;耕地大多在1700~3000m的区域,陡坡耕种比较严重,与灌木林地具有较高的邻接长度和数目;居民用地间隔较远,在低海拔地区分布相对较密,高海拔地区分布比较分散;对居民用地在空间结构影响最大的是耕地的分布。
