O adoecimento dos trabalhadores docentes na rede pública de ensino de Belém-Pará

Esta tese investiga o adoecimento dos trabalhadores docentes no Ensino Fundamental da Rede Pública de Ensino de Belém – RME no Estado do Pará, a partir das reformas educacionais implementadas no período de 2005-2012. O objetivo geral constituiu-se em analisar as causas do adoecimento dos docentes na Rede Pública de Ensino de Belém RME, observando os seguintes objetivos específicos: analisar as políticas educacionais da RME; identificar as repercussões das políticas educacionais e sua relação com o adoecimento do docente; analisar as condições de trabalho docente; identificar a ocorrência de intensificação e precarização no trabalho docente e possíveis relações com o adoecimento. A pesquisa foi realizada em etapas: a primeira etapa foi a realização da pesquisa bibliográfica para se conhecer melhor o tema. Para compreender o conceito de Trabalho, Mundo do Trabalho, Mercado de Trabalho, Trabalho e Educação foram realizados estudos em autores como: Marx (2006), Alves (2010); Antunes (2006), Frigotto (2003), que trazem uma profunda compreensão do objeto de estudo, razão pela qual são referências para análise na perspectiva histórico-dialética. Sobre as Políticas Educacionais e Trabalho Docente, tomou-se por base de estudos Oliveira (2003); Maués (2006); Shiroma et al,. (2007) e outros. Os autores utilizados para discutir saúde e adoecimento de maneira geral e na escola foram: Bravo (2010; 2011), Codo (2006; 2010), Esteve (1999), Benevides-Pereira (2006), Minayo (1998) e outros. A segunda etapa de construção desta tese foi a pesquisa de campo que serviu para complementar e esclarecer questões e dúvidas acerca do objeto de estudo, sendo utilizados questionário estruturado e entrevista semiestruturada e a terceira etapa se configurou na definição das categorias, a partir da pesquisa de campo. Esta fase se concretizou através da decomposição de textos em unidades, reclassificando-os por reagrupamento e foi realizada em três etapas: a análise prévia, que se consistiu na organização do material, a análise exploratória, que consiste em codificações e classificação, e finalmente o tratamento dos resultados obtidos e interpretação, que incidiu na tabulação e na aplicação de técnicas descritivas e analíticas dos dados. Os resultados da pesquisa indicaram que as causas dos adoecimentos na RME estão relacionadas: a) às condições de trabalho em seu sentido lato, indicando a existência de processos de intensificação e de precarização do trabalho docente; b) às políticas de formação continuada com acentuados graus de exigências das avaliações do Índice de Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica – IDEB; c) à existência de mal-estar docente, corroborando com os desgastes e pouca satisfação com o trabalho.

Educação matemática na educação profissional de nível médio: análise sobre possibilidades de abordagens interdisciplinares

In this article we aim to broaden the discussion about mathematical education of students of Middle Level Professional Education in Brazil (EPTNM), focusing on the issue of interdisciplinarity, emphasized in official documents as one of the organizing axes of the curriculum for this type of education. Studies in this field are justified by the growth of this modality in the Brazilian educational system, as well as the lack of specific investigations in the field of Mathematics Education about it. Our research is guided by the questions: Can the adoption of an interdisciplinary approach to organizing the curriculum contribute to building links between technical professional education and the more academic education characteristic of Middle Level education? What are its potentialities for promoting more meaningful learning of mathematical content in this type of education? We conclude that the superficiality with which the theme of interdisciplinarity has been handled, and the lack of contextualization in other research related to it in mathematics education, are some of the reasons for not implementing the idea successfully. In this article, we discuss the contribution of different authors who research the theme and include proposals to explore Ethnomathematics and Modeling as possibilities for curriculum enrichment of the EPTNM, linking different areas of knowledge and contextualizing math in the reality of the world of work.

This conclusion of course work aims to investigate the city of Limerick / SP, in order to question whether there are and what public policies developed by local, if there are training places for young people and targeting the job market or even partnerships between the city and local businesses seeking to supply the concrete conditions of preparation and targeting young people for the labor market. All changes in education accompanied the need to provide skilled labor to contribute to the country's economic development. The work is divided into several chapters. The first chapter is about the whole historical development of professional education in Brazil and new challenges. The second chapter discusses the reality of the world of work changes and their consequences, and the issue of working children and adolescents. The third chapter is about the difficulty of insertion of the poor youth in the current job market. The fourth chapter presents the city of Limerick to the needs of professional schools to meet the large number of trades and industries, which are currently listed by the educational institutions of the city and programs signed between the Municipal bodies and institutions such as SENAC (National Service of Commercial Learning) and Senai (National Service of Industrial Learning). The fifth chapter presents an interview with the CAMPL the city of Limerick, whose goal and give professional training to teens to get the first employee. This paper aims to present the representations of the working world of high school students, the State School Prof. Dr. João Deoclécio da Silva Ramos, Distrito de Talhado, São José do Rio Preto (SP), through the use of virtual media, specifically the Blog de Aula – Mutirão de Sociologia (www.mutiraodesociologia.com.br). Understanding the representations of the world work enables students to think of a profession which identify themselves, and stimulate reflection as future professionals. The virtual media, especially blogs, allow students to express their ways of living and thinking the world of work. In the context of the city of Rio Preto, is especially relevant these representations of the world’s rural work, so this project is to collaborate in the development of research concerned with the description and understanding of processes that involve relationships between work, education and rural.

O trabalho docente na rede pública do estado de São Paulo: apontamentos iniciais para a discussão da jornada de trabalho

The changes in the world of work that, in turn, directly affect the teaching work, have expanded the processes of precariousness and intensification, contributing for deteriorating conditions which teachers use to labor. Considering that the time designated for teaching activities is an important part of work conditions, we look for, in this article, to analyze the work shift of teachers in São Paulo state educational public system. Regarding that teachers are a very heterogeneous group, we have chosen to discuss the workday those professionals who dedicate themselves in the last years of elementary and high school. Through a literature review and a research about the legislation related to the topic, in Brazil and São Paulo state, we have highlighted that the teachers’ work shifts should include not only the time for classroom activities, but also for other extra activities. Moreover, we emphasize that the state of São Paulo government has promoted, since 2012, a reformulation of the teachers’ work shift that has not properly include the appropriate length of time for extra educational activities, contrasting the parameters founded in the national legislation. Besides the legal non-compliance, that fact has accentuated the process of intensification of teaching work, contributing for the embrittlement of the collective activities.
