El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) analiza la integración y uso pedagógico de las TIC en la etapa de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria, en el IES La Guancha, en el municipio de la Guancha. A lo largo del mismo se realizará una contextualización, donde se plasma de qué manera se integran y usa pedagógicamente las TIC en un aula, y como son importantes para la enseñanza-aprendizaje. En este trabajo podremos conocer la integración y uso pedagógico de las TIC en el aula, a través del cuestionario para el alumnado de 4º ESO y profesorado, con su posterior análisis de los datos obtenidos representados con gráficos y tablas. Finalmente se expondrá una discusión, ofreciendo comparativas con otros proyectos que abordan la misma temática, a la vez que planteamos una propuesta de mejora.

El siguiente Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar con las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) en la Asociación Padre Laraña, a los niños y niñas de la etapa de educación infantil y educación primaria (primer ciclo). Esta propuesta utiliza las TIC como un método para dinamizar el apoyo educativo, a través de técnicas que incentiven y motiven a los niños/as, con el objetivo de que mejoren y refuercen su rendimiento académico. Se considera una gran oportunidad integrar las TIC en la Asociación Padre Laraña, porque puede generar en los niños/as un nuevo ambiente de aprendizaje más motivador, a través de actividades más dinámicas e innovadoras, en las áreas de matemáticas y de lectoescritura. Además, también se ofrece acciones que incentivan la creatividad y el aprendizaje por descubrimiento. Por tanto, el objetivo fundamental, es crear y fortalecer nuevas técnicas de aprendizaje que les aleje de su rutina diaria de estudio y refuercen así su rendimiento académico.

Las personas jóvenes, desarrollan su actividad en un contexto mediatizado por la presencia constante de las TIC. En este estudio nos centramos, concretamente, en la percepción que una muestra del alumnado, matriculado en la Universidad de La Laguna, tiene acerca de la importancia y la frecuencia del uso de Internet. Los datos se han obtenido a través de un cuestionario online que ha sido distribuido a través de las redes sociales. El perfil de los informantes de esta muestra destaca por tener, en su gran mayoría, acceso a Internet ilimitado, conectarse a través de línea ADSL y del dispositivo móvil. Perciben que su conexión a la red oscila entre las dos las cinco horas. En cuanto a las redes, usan mayoritariamente Facebook y Whatsapp. Y por lo que respecta a la importancia que dan a los usos de Internet conceden una puntuación más alta a la formación y consideran que también es el uso que realizan con más frecuencia

Resumen: actualmente existe un problema bastante generalizado en el sistema educativo: el alumnado se aburre en el colegio, no atiende e interrumpe constantemente. Aunque las causas pueden ser muchas, en este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) proponemos una intervención para mejorar la motivación y entusiasmo del alumnado hacia el sistema educativo utilizando técnicas y herramientas innovadoras. Ya son muchos los profesionales que están aplicando metodologías diferentes, nosotros propondremos la utilización de una muy interesante: se basa en la aplicación en el aula de técnicas de motivación usadas en los videojuegos. Esta intervención implica el manejo de herramientas TIC, puesto que, la actual generación de alumnos de los centros de primaria es considerada “nativos digitales” y se encuentran cómodos utilizando dichas herramientas. La finalidad de este proyecto es conseguir que el alumnado se interese por su propia educación, y que el profesorado sea capaz de hacer que el alumnado se vea en el centro de su propio aprendizaje.

En el presente trabajo se aborda la temática sobre la complejidad que sufre la educación dentro del sistema penitenciario español. En las siguientes líneas analizaremos la realidad que sufre dicho sistema, para posteriormente proponer pautas a seguir para que exista una educación de calidad y equitativa adaptada las necesidades de los re clusos y reclusas en su condición de privación de libertad. Para que todo ello sea posible,en este proyecto será de vital importancia el modelo pedagógico social.

Essa pesquisa inspirou-se nos movimentos sociais recentes relacionados à abertura de materiais digitais para compartilhamento, (re) uso e remixagem no ciberespaço. Assim, partimos da seguinte problemática: como desenvolver atos de currículo capazes de contribuir para a produção de Recursos Educacionais Abertos (REA) para a docência e aprendizagem na cibercultura? O objetivo foi desenvolver um dispositivo-metodológico como ato de currículo que atualiza a pesquisa-formação para o design de situações de aprendizagemensino e de artefatos pedagógicos que contemplem a autoria dos praticantes culturais. Para atingir o proposto, foi desenvolvido um dispositivo que atualiza o método da pesquisa-formação para a docência e aprendizagem na cibercultura (SANTOS, 2005; 2014) com alguns princípios da pesquisa-design (GRAVEMEIJER; COBB, 2006; van den AKKER, 1999; BROWN, 1992; COLLINS, 1992; NEWMAN, 1990; KELLY, 2003; RAMOS; STRUCHINER, 2008) para propiciar a produção de artefatos digitais utilizando os recursos oferecidos pelas plataformas da Web 2.0. A pesquisa-design formação, como método e o design interativo aberto como dispositivo, foram criados com o objetivo de sistematizar o processo de construção e implementação de atos de currículos e arquitetar percursos abertos em plataformas da Web 2.0. A metodologia proposta parte da bricolagem da pesquisa-formação multirreferencial na cibercultura com a pesquisa-design. A pesquisa está estruturada em quatro conceitos-tema importantes: a) educar na cibercultura: mídias em destaque; b) Design na Web 2.0: faça você mesmo e de preferência acompanhado; c) Professor-autor e a sua construção epistemológica e metodológica, e; d) Professor-autor em formação: enunciação, negociação e autoria. Essa pesquisa revelou alguns achados nas dimensões referente ao design como produto e processo, método e atos de currículo, que têm a intenção de contribuir para: a) a sistematização de processos de aprendizagemensino, promovendo a produção de artefatos digitais abertos por professores e alunos; b) o design estrutural e proposicional das atividades pedagógicas; c) a formação de sujeitos-autores na cibercultura. Portanto, esta pesquisa contribuiu para a autorização e autonomização dos praticantes culturais através da metodologia pesquisa-design formação bem como a disponibilização de materiais digitais abertos na cibercultura.

Abstract: Raman spectroscopy has been used for the first time to predict the FA composition of unextracted adipose tissue of pork, beef, lamb, and chicken. It was found that the bulk unsaturation parameters could be predicted successfully [R-2 = 0.97, root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) = 4.6% of 4 sigma], with cis unsaturation, which accounted for the majority of the unsaturation, giving similar correlations. The combined abundance of all measured PUFA (>= 2 double bonds per chain) was also well predicted with R-2 = 0.97 and RMSEP = 4.0% of 4 sigma. Trans unsaturation was not as well modeled (R-2 = 0.52, RMSEP = 18% of 4 sigma); this reduced prediction ability can be attributed to the low levels of trans FA found in adipose tissue (0.035 times the cis unsaturation level). For the individual FA, the average partial least squares (PLS) regression coefficient of the 18 most abundant FA (relative abundances ranging from 0.1 to 38.6% of the total FA content) was R-2 = 0.73; the average RMSEP = 11.9% of 4 sigma. Regression coefficients and prediction errors for the five most abundant FA were all better than the average value (in some cases as low as RMSEP = 4.7% of 4 sigma). Cross-correlation between the abundances of the minor FA and more abundant acids could be determined by principal component analysis methods, and the resulting groups of correlated compounds were also well-predicted using PLS. The accuracy of the prediction of individual FA was at least as good as other spectroscopic methods, and the extremely straightforward sampling method meant that very rapid analysis of samples at ambient temperature was easily achieved. This work shows that Raman profiling of hundreds of samples per day is easily achievable with an automated sampling system.

There is still no comprehensive information strategy governing access to and reuse of public sector information, applying on a nationwide basis, across all levels of government – local, state and federal - in Australia. This is the case both for public sector materials generally and for spatial data in particular. Nevertheless, the last five years have seen some significant developments in information policy and practice, the result of which has been a considerable lessening of the barriers that previously acted to impede the accessibility and reusability of a great deal of spatial and other material held by public sector agencies. Much of the impetus for change has come from the spatial community which has for many years been a proponent of the view “that government held information, and in particular spatial information, will play an absolutely critical role in increasing the innovative capacity of this nation.”1 However, the potential of government spatial data to contribute to innovation will remain unfulfilled without reform of policies on access and reuse as well as the pervasive practices of public sector data custodians who have relied on government copyright to justify the imposition of restrictive conditions on its use.

The full economic, cultural and environmental value of information produced or funded by the public sector can be realised through enabling greater access to and reuse of the information. To do this effectively it is necessary to describe and implement a policy framework that supports greater access and reuse among a distributed, online network of information suppliers and users. The objective of this study was to identify materials dealing with policies, principles and practices relating to information access and reuse in Australia and in other key jurisdictions internationally. Open Access Policies, Practices and Licensing: A review of the literature in Australia and selected jurisdictions sets out the findings of an extensive review of published materials dealing with policies, practices and legal issues relating to information access and reuse, with a particular focus on materials generated, held or funded by public sector bodies. The report was produced as part of the work program of the project “Enabling Real-Time Information Access in Both Urban and Regional Areas”, established within the Cooperative Research Centre for Spatial Information (CRCSI).

Advances in information and communication technologies have brought about an information revolution, leading to fundamental changes in the way that information is collected or generated, shared and distributed. The importance of establishing systems in which research findings can be readily made available to and used by other researchers has long been recognized in international scientific collaborations. If the data access principles adopted by international scientific collaborations are to be effectively implemented they must be supported by the national policies and laws in place in the countries in which participating researchers are operating.

As support grows for greater access to information and data held by governments, so does awareness of the need for appropriate policy, technical and legal frameworks to achieve the desired economic and societal outcomes. Since the late 2000s numerous international organizations, inter-governmental bodies and governments have issued open government data policies, which set out key principles underpinning access to, and the release and reuse of data. These policies reiterate the value of government data and establish the default position that it should be openly accessible to the public under transparent and non-discriminatory conditions, which are conducive to innovative reuse of the data. A key principle stated in open government data policies is that legal rights in government information must be exercised in a manner that is consistent with and supports the open accessibility and reusability of the data. In particular, where government information and data is protected by copyright, access should be provided under licensing terms which clearly permit its reuse and dissemination. This principle has been further developed in the policies issued by Australian Governments into a specific requirement that Government agencies are to apply the Creative Commons Attribution licence (CC BY) as the default licensing position when releasing government information and data. A wide-ranging survey of the practices of Australian Government agencies in managing their information and data, commissioned by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in 2012, provides valuable insights into progress towards the achievement of open government policy objectives and the adoption of open licensing practices. The survey results indicate that Australian Government agencies are embracing open access and a proactive disclosure culture and that open licensing under Creative Commons licences is increasingly prevalent. However, the finding that ‘[t]he default position of open access licensing is not clearly or robustly stated, nor properly reflected in the practice of Government agencies’ points to the need to further develop the policy framework and the principles governing information access and reuse, and to provide practical guidance tools on open licensing if the broadest range of government information and data is to be made available for innovative reuse.
