Dinâmica e estratégia tecnológicas na indústria de telequipamentos: uma abordagem a partir da economia evolucionária

As tecnologias de informação e comunicação (TICs), em especial, o setor de telefonia passou e, ainda, passa por mudanças importantes: o aumento do número de características incorporadas aos aparelhos celulares. Isto moldou o ambiente competitivo de alta concentração, através de aquisições das empresas (e ativos tecnológicas) e da emergência de “novos” competidores. Buscou-se analisar a trajetória recente da indústria de telequipamentos, no que diz respeito às estratégias das empresas. Bem como identificar tendências tecnológicas e o desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias

As atividades experimentais no ensino de física

This work was developed from a literature search in order to provide teachers of physics theoretical and methodological requirements for the use of experimentation in physics teaching, with the aim of contributing to the teaching practice of these teachers and, consequently, for improving teaching this discipline. Therefore, to deal in the course of this research, the goals and types of practical activities, new information and communication technologies that fit the experimental approaches and the role of the teacher in this context, specifying the variables that influence and relate with experimental activities. Studies are presented on the methodology and planning of experimental activities to draw attention to the teacher and the important issues relevant to the preparation of these activities as, for example, the proposed objectives and types of discourse and existing approaches for the conduct of practical activities. In this sense, the trend is highlighted for walks where the approach of practical activities, within the context of practices interactionist and are pointed out strengths and weaknesses of different types of activities presented. We also highlight aspects of the learning process associated with some theoretical reference that are on that subject, as Piaget, Vigotski and Ausubel, so that the teacher can apply the concepts in their theories worked in the practical lessons of physics

Desenvolvimento de software livre/código aberto no Brasil

O presente trabalho propõe-se a discutir os determinantes do processo de desenvolvimento de software livre, seus efeitos na indústria de software e as ações do governo em relação a estas iniciativas Impulsionados, principalmente, pelos impactos dos avanços nas tecnologias de informação e comunicação e por inovações de processos relacionados a estes progressos, projetos de desenvolvimento de Software Livre/Código Aberto vêm crescendo em ritmo cada vez mais acelerado e tornando-se alvo de estratégias de empresas e políticas públicas. A partir desta constatação, o trabalho procura relacionar o arcabouço teórico que visa explicar estas iniciativas com dados da indústria brasileira de software e verificar como este modelo de produção pode modificar e agregar às suas feições. Foi realizado também um balanço das intervenções do governo brasileiro relacionadas a software livre/código aberto

Contribuições da TIC e da inclusão digital para alunos e professores das escolas participantes do Programa Acessa Escola

This study has its objective to analyze how the Technology of Information and Communication-TIC will be applied in the construction on new knowledge in the schools bounded to the program Acessa Escola.( School turned on) This program from São Paulo’s Government, developed by the Secretary of Education of the State , under the coordination of the Foundation to the Development of the Education-FDE, which has the work proposal to promote the digital inclusion to all the educational community. Making it possible the access of the Technology of Information and Communication to the users; Students, teachers, and school employees to have the exchange of information and knowledge. Therefore, there is the collaboration between teachers and student.For the development of this research, there will be semi-structured interviews with high school teacher from 3 different High Schools of Piracicaba-SP. These interviews will be done in a qualitative approach and will be submitted to the Ethic Committee from the University

Informatização na educação em saúde: avaliação de site educacional

Health education presently experiences the incorporation of information technology, thus making access to information more practical and attainable. The initiatives to make health care scientific content available virtually have shown to be useful for teaching, health care professionals and the general population. A website, however, must be constantly managed. To promote the dissemination of the website at www.educacaoemsaude.fmb.unesp.br among faculty members and undergraduate nursing students and students at Escola Técnica de Enfermagem (Vocational Nursing School) - ETE, by evaluating, among them, its graphic and functional aspects and seeking suggestions for its improvement. This is a descriptive quantitative study for which the participants were asked to fill out an instrument designed for the study. The evaluation was performed among nursing faculty members and students at Univ Estadual Paulista Júlio Mesquita Filho – UNESP and students at Escola Técnica de Enfermagem (Vocational Nursing School) – ETEC in the city of Botucatu. The number of participants totaled 88 individuals, of whom 23 were undergraduate students, 62 were students at ETEC, and 3 were faculty members. Eighty-one were females, and 7 were males. The participants’ age ranged from 17 to 56 years. Among the items that evaluated the website, the answers prevailed from “very good” to “good”. When the participants were asked what they had thought about the website, the answers were mostly positive, and the most frequently description given was “interesting”. Among the facilities, the most frequently reported was “easily understood content”, and as regards difficulties, handling the website was the most often mentioned. A contribuição da aplicação de sistemas de informações geográficas na elaboração dos insumos cartográficos utilizados no censo demográfico do Brasil de 2010

The demographic census is the largest and most important socioeconomic research of the country since it portrays the situation closer to the reality of the population. Their result allows public policy making aimed at improving the quality of life, socioeconomic development and provides information for decision making on public and private sector. Due to the large amount of data collected, the processing of such information requires increasingly use information technology to facilitate processing. Therefore, the increasingly common use of the Geographic Information System (GIS) in various fields of knowledge contributes to the job achievement given its ability to collect, store, retrieve and view data. Following this trend, the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statics (IBGE) also used this tool in the development of cartographic inputs, wich plays a key role for the data collection range nationwide

The main benefit of this process is the rate of data transfer remembering capacity spectral and methods of harnessing and improving its efficiency. A construção da notícia no portal choike.org: comunicação alternativa na internet

This project aims to study the influence of information technology in the construction of new forms of citizenship. A large space as possible by the Internet allows the emergence of alternative news sources, as opposed to the means of mass communication. The research will take from the study of the news portal Choike.org. Maintained by civil society representatives, the website has a proposal to address topics that are infrequent in the media hegemony. To facilitate the study, we established a cut. Let's look at five bulletins Choike.org portal between the years 2005 and 2010 that address the issue of agrarian reform in Latin America, especially in Brazil. The issue is discussed by the media in general, however has more emphasis between the means of alternative journalism. For Choike.org portal, agrarian reform this intrinsically linked to social development. Therefore, this analysis seeks to highlight the role of new technologies as an important tool to aid discussion of the issue in the media as having specific focus to the issue of land reform
