La educación primaria en los campos de la provincia de Buenos Aires (1943-1955)

El artículo se ocupa de las políticas educativas dirigidas al ámbito rural. El objetivo es caracterizar las escuelas primarias en la campaña bonaerense y examinar las demandas, la legislación y los proyectos que tuvieron lugar en relación con dichas escuelas durante el primer Peronismo. Se utiliza una metodología cualitativa que toma como fuentes de información normativas, discursos, estadísticas y proyectos de reformas. Se concluye que, si bien las demandas materiales dieron lugar a planes que en la mayor parte de los casos se concretaron, las peticiones para atender a la especificidad de la escuela rural fueron más difíciles de efectivizar

A história do Senhor Bom Jesus da Cana Verde: conflitos e celebrações em torno de uma imagem religiosa (Siqueira Campos PR, 1933)

Essa dissertação abordou os conflitos que ocorreram no espaço geográfico denominado Norte Pioneiro . A imagem do Bom Jesus, de propriedade da família Pinto, foi expropriada pelo vigário da paróquia do Distrito de Salto do Itararé, padre Alfredo Simon, que reuniu cerca de vinte homens aramados para capturar esse santo. Nesse conflito religioso que ocorreu no dia 26/4/1933 duas pessoas foram mortas: o comerciante do Arraial dos Pintos, João Moreira, e o herdeiro do Bom Jesus, José Pinto de Oliveira. Esse último veio a falecer meses depois do conflito. Ao redor dessa imagem foi sendo criada uma história oficial e vigiada pelos donos do poder simbólico, mantenedora da ordem e da tradição. No entanto, a história do Bom Jesus foi compreendida numa concepção mais ampla, pois na esfera religiosa ocorria um fenômeno denominado de romanização. A Igreja Católica seguia o Código de Direito Canônico de 1917, não reconhecendo o Código de Direito Civil do Estado Nacional Brasileiro. Na esfera política, o governo paranaense colocou em prática o sistema de terras devolutas. No setor dos transportes, a estrada de ferro RVPRSC (Rede Viária Paraná Santa Catarina) já se encontrava na região desde 1919. E nesse ínterim, as novas relações sócio-culturais e econômicas foram introduzidas no campo, isto é, o capitalismo agrário.(AU)

CAMPOS SALLES E O POSITIVISMO UM ESTUDO SOBRE A COMUNICAÇÃO POLÍTICA DO SEGUNDO PRESIDENTE CIVIL BRASILEIRO

Campos Salles foi um político de grande importância para o Brasil, destacando-se como um dos personagens mais ativos do movimento republicano. Iniciou sua carreira política aos 26 anos, sendo eleito Deputado Provincial. Em 1898, com 57 anos, assumiu o mais alto cargo político da Nação. Esta pesquisa pretende analisar as estratégias de comunicação política por ele adotadas até chegar à Presidência da República, procurando comprovar a influência do positivismo em sua trajetória.

Sistemas de cálculo, análise e operação virtual: interferências de campos elétricos e magnéticos produzidas por estações radio base de acesso múltiplo por divisão de código em banda larga - WCDMA

In this work it was developed mathematical resolutions taking as parameter maximum intensity values for the interference analysis of electric and magnetic fields and was given two virtual computer system that supports families of CDMA and WCDMA technologies. The first family were developed computational resources to solve electric and magnetic field calculations and power densities in Radio Base stations , with the use of CDMA technology in the 800 MHz band , taking into account the permissible values referenced by the Commission International Protection on non-Ionizing Radiation . The first family is divided into two segments of calculation carried out in virtual operation. In the first segment to compute the interference field radiated by the base station with input information such as radio channel power; Gain antenna; Radio channel number; Operating frequency; Losses in the cable; Attenuation of direction; Minimum Distance; Reflections. Said computing system allows to quickly and without the need of implementing instruments for measurements, meet the following calculated values: Effective Radiated Power; Sector Power Density; Electric field in the sector; Magnetic field in the sector; Magnetic flux density; point of maximum permissible exposure of electric field and power density. The results are shown in charts for clarity of view of power density in the industry, as well as the coverage area definition. The computer module also includes folders specifications antennas, cables and towers used in cellular telephony, the following manufacturers: RFS World, Andrew, Karthein and BRASILSAT. Many are presented "links" network access "Internet" to supplement the cable specifications, antennas, etc. . In the virtual operation of the module 1 is compute-: distance frequency reuse, channel capacity with noise and without noise, Doppler frequency, modulation rate and channel efficiency; Module 2 includes computes the cell area, thermal noise, noise power (dB), noise figure, signal to noise ratio, bit of power (dBm); with the module 3 reaches the calculation: breakpoint, processing gain (dB) loss in the space of BTS, noise power (w), chip period and frequency reuse factor. Module 4 scales effective radiated power, sectorization gain, voice activity and load effect. The module 5 performs the calculation processing gain (Hz / bps) bit time, bit energy (Ws). Module 6 deals with the telephone traffic and scales 1: traffic volume, occupancy intensity, average time of occupancy, traffic intensity, calls completed, congestion. Module 7 deals with two telephone traffic and allows calculating call completion and not completed in HMM. Tests were performed on the mobile network performance field for the calculation of data relating to: CINP , CPI , RSRP , RSRQ , EARFCN , Drop Call , Block Call , Pilot , Data Bler , RSCP , Short Call, Long Call and Data Call ; ECIO - Short Call and Long Call , Data Call Troughput . As survey were conducted surveys of electric and magnetic field in an ERB , trying to observe the degree of exposure to non-ionizing radiation they are exposed to the general public and occupational element. The results were compared to permissible values for health endorsed by the ICNIRP and the CENELEC .

Das saudades que se tem: a representação paterna na escrita autobiográfica de Bartolomeu Campos de Queirós

In our work, we analyze some works of Bartolomeu Campos de Queirós that compose the “autobiographical cycle”, especially those ones that bring the image of father’s absence/presence, the relationship between life and writing, as well as the father’s figurations and his intermediates and substitutes. We especially investigated the aspect of repetition about how the family relations are articulated, highlighting those ones that happen between father and son and that appear in these texts. This problematic interested us as a research object, a priori, because the works of Bartholomeu Campos de Queirós are an exponent of literature for children field, as far as they show that the childhood is not always “colorful”, happy and perfect as several productions supposedly made “for children” seek to have us believe. In addition, the selected texts that have an autobiographical characteristic and put the issue of child suffering because of the father’s absence are configured as a very rich corpus for studies related to the relation between life/work and investigations in the dialogue between Literature and Psychoanalysis. These aspects will permit us to understand why the pain of missing father be repetitive and insistent in these books. Thus, we problematize, by the selected works for this study, the concept of literature for children and young people and the notion of literary reading. We also analyzed in the “statements” given by the author the relationship between life and writing and we investigated, based on psychoanalytic studies, the literary writing as a possibility of both unconscious development of memory marked by the father’s absence – remedy – as of a perpetuation of this same conflict – poison. Furthermore, we analyzed how the relationship between son and father are processed considering the mother’s absence, since the works that have this person’s presence, she seems to mediate such relationships in a certain way.

Fondements épistémologiques et préceptes esthétiques de la théorie de la traduction d’Haroldo de Campos : l’apport de Max Bense

Dix années après le décès d’Haroldo de Campos, il n’existe pas encore à ce jour d’études exhaustives sur la théorie de la traduction du poète, critique et traducteur littéraire brésilien. Dans la présente thèse, nous examinons de manière critique une affirmation d’Haroldo de Campos à l’effet qu’il aurait été influencé par le philosophe allemand Max Bense. Nous tentons de retracer dans les textes publiés d’Haroldo de Campos quand et comment ce dernier a été initié aux thèses du concepteur de l’esthétique de l’information. Pour parvenir à évaluer la nature et la valeur de cette influence nous avons passé en revue l’ensemble des textes, c’est-à-dire des monographies, des essais, des articles de journaux ou tout autre type de source de référence, afin de questionner la pertinence de l’affirmation d’Haroldo de Campos. Diverses hypothèses sont examinées, à partir de la visite de Décio Pignatari à Ulm, jusqu’à l’analyse d’une allocution d’Elisabeth Walther-Bense sur le rapport qui existait entre Haroldo de Campos et son feu mari, Max Bense. Au terme de notre investigation, nous devons constater que les textes théoriques d’Haroldo de Campos sont insuffisants en soi pour que l’on puisse expliquer comment s’est opérée et articulé le rapport entre ces deux ténors de la poésie concrète.
