生化需氧量 (biochemicaloxygendemanded ,BOD)是衡量水污染程度必须测定的重要指标之一。然而 ,传统的 5d法不能及时反映排放水的污染程度。因此 ,能够快速、准确测定BOD的微生物传感器近年来得到了迅速发展。本文综述了BOD微生物传感器及其商品化仪器的发展 ,并对能使BOD传感器与传统的 5d法得到更为一致的结果的方法做了总结

Using Nd: YAG laser (532 nm) pumped mixed-dye laser. we obtained the output of this dye enhanced at the wavelength interval equivalent to that given by the copper vapor laser pumped dye laser. This measure favored is with the measurement of single-color three-photon resonant ionization spectrum of atomic uranium in the range of 562-586 nm,which is otherwise not efficiently covered by Nd: YAG laser pumped dye laser with any single dye. Thus 140 U I energy levels were obtained and the peaks of interest 575.814 nm and 575.836 rim were well resolved and their relative intensity determined.

研究人参四逆汤的有效成分。方法 :利用软电离质谱技术 ,对人参四逆汤的有效成分进行鉴定。结果 :从人参四逆汤水煎液中分析和鉴定了人参皂苷Ra1,Ra2 ,Rb1,Rb2 ,Rb3 ,Rc ,Rd ,Re,Rg1,Rg2 ,Rg3 ,Rf等 12种人参皂苷 ;苯甲酰中乌头碱 (BM )、苯甲酰乌头碱 (BA)、苯甲酰次乌头碱 (BH)、尼奥灵 (NL)、附子灵 (FL)、14 乙酰基塔拉地萨敏 (AT)、苯甲酰次乌头碱亚油酸酯 (HAL)、苯甲酰去氧乌头碱亚油酸酯 (HAO)、苯甲酰次乌头碱棕榈酸酯 (HAP)、塔拉地萨敏 (TS)等 10种二萜生物碱。结论 :含有脂肪酸酯型生物碱的提取组分具有抗休克作用 ,含有人参皂苷的提取组分具有明显的负性肌力作用。

用Nd :YAG 5 32nm激光泵浦的混合染料激光得到了在相当于铜蒸气激光器泵浦染料激光的某个波段上增强的激光输出。测得了铀原子在 5 6 2~ 5 86nm波段内的单色三光子共振电离谱中 14 0个能级 ,其中5 75 814和 5 75 836nm两个峰很好地分开了 ,它们的相对强度也能测定。若用单一染料的激光是难以做到 ,因为目前尚无合适的染料在上述波段内能有强的激光输出

The hexafluorophosphate salts [Fe((C5H4Bu)-Bu-t)(2)]PF6 (1) and [Co((C5H4Bu)-Bu-t)(2)]PF6 (2) crystallize in isotypic structures with centrosymmetric cations which have a staggered (transoid) conformation of the exactly parallel ring Ligands (conformational angle tau = 180 degrees). The tetrachlorocobaltate salt, [CO((C5H4Bu)-Bu-t)(2)](2)CoCl4 (3), contains one almost eclipsed (tau = 140.4 degrees) and one almost staggered (tau = 101.4 degrees) cobaltocenium cation; in both cases, the cyclopentadienyl ring planes are slightly inclined (by alpha = 5.4 degrees and 4.1 degrees, respectively) to give more room to the tert-butyl substituents which are bent away from the metal in all three complexes 1 - 3.

Nanometer-sized CeO2/polystyrene hybrid material was prepared using reversed micelles microemulsion method. XRD analysis revealed that the CeO2 nanoparticles in polystyrene were amorphous. XPS patterns indicated that the hybrid material was not a simply physical mixture, but a certain strength of chemical bond between CeO2 nanoparticles and polystyrene existed. FTIR patterns revealed that the absorption of Ce-O bond in hybrid material was blue-shifted.

用反相胶束微乳液法制备了纳米CeO2/聚苯乙烯杂化材料.XRD分析表明,纳米CeO2/聚苯乙烯杂化材料中,CeO2是无定形粒子.XPS分析表明,杂化材料并非简单的物理混合,CeO2纳米粒子与有机物之间存在着一定强度的化学键.FTIR分析表明,CeO2粒子的吸收存在蓝移现象.

Co(En)(3)MoO4 was synthesized by using the method of hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ESR and single-crystal X-ray methods. It crystallizes in hexagonal space group P (3) over bar C1 with a=1.596 4(2) nm, b=1.596 4(2) nm, c = 0.993 5(2) nm, alpha=beta=90 degrees gamma=120 degrees, M-c=399.18, V=2.192 6(6) nm(3), D-c=1.814 g/nm(3), Z=6, F(000)=1 2181 R-1=0.070 3, R-w=0.220 7. According to separation of anion which acted on electrostatic potential, the anion and cation ions formed a type of organic and inorganic material.

The purity and molecular weight of calmodulin have been determined by means of matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry, and the results have been discussed. The experimental results demonstrate that this method is high sensitive and rapid as compared with other traditional methods.

采用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱法测定了钙调蛋白的纯度与分子量,并对所得的结果进行了讨论,实验结果表明本方法具有灵敏度高、分析速度快、重复性好、信息直观等特点,是其他传统测定蛋白质分子量的方法无法比拟的.

A dicyano-bis(1,10-phenanthroline)iron(II) modified elecrode was prepared. The voltammetric and the spectroelectrochemical behavior of this electrode were investigated. The influence of pH and the amount of Nafion and dicyano-bis(1,10-phenanthroline) iron(II) (DBPI) used in the electrode preparation on the electrochemical behavior is presented.

The structure is characterized by layers of inorganic ions sandwiched between layers formed by the paraffinic chains.

皮结是有梭织机投梭机构的主要部件。作为织机的第三代皮结——塑料皮结,具有比第二代丁腈皮结使用寿命长、节电、无污染等多项优点。中科院长春应化所、上海纺织器材研究所及上海机用皮件厂共同研制成功了包复式节能塑料皮结。它是用超高分子量聚乙烯(PE)为主体,并用改性阻尼材料做梭孔和包复层。本文主要介绍这二种阻尼材料。

固体化合物(NH_4)_6Mo_7O_(24)·4H_2O和(PPh_3)_2CuCl与饱和液体NH_4HS反应获得桔红针状标题晶体。晶体空间群为P2_1/c,晶胞参数a=11.742(2),b=28.186(7),c=19.304(3),β=100.57(2)°,V=6280.4(?)~3,D_c=1.46g/cm~3,Z=4,F(000)=2816。在3≤2θ≤45°范围内收集到8414个独立衍射强度数据,其中3856个I≥1.5σ(I)强度数据参加结构计算。标题化合物分子是以{MoCu_3S_3Cl}类立方烷型簇为核心的分子,Mo—Cu的平均距离为2.716。
