Scatophagus argus argus (Green Scat) is a pretty aquarium fish. Its hard spines are venomous and can cause painful injury. In this study 60 specimens of Green Scat were collected periodically from coastal waters of Boushehr (south of Iran) from May 2011 to April 2012. Anatomical features of venomous spines were investigated. Scat venom was extracted from the spines in a new manner for keeping the specimens alive. The nature of venom was tested by SDS-PAGE. Ethical issues and animal welfare principles such as rapid and instantaneous anesthetizing, post operation disinfection and fast recovery of the specimens was practiced in order to minimize the complications. This method enhanced the purity and quantity of venom as demonstrated by 12 separated proteins in electrophoresis. New ethical issues were developed to surviving the specimens and prolong viability as well.

This project was on “Study of Slurry, as an enrichment compound, on growth and survival parameters of Rutilus firisii kutum Kamensky 1901 larva and compare with routine condition according to hypothesis that use of Slurry, fertile organic compound, to increase the efficiency of survivorship and growth of Rutilus firisii and in other hand adaptation of natural food was performance.” The object of this project is to compare growth of Rutilus firisii and in usual condition and the condition of use Slurry The experiences performed in culture and propagation center Dr. Yousefpour decent (Associan of Dr. Beheshti culture and propagation) in Siahkal village, 32 Km far from southeast, in North of Iran. In this plan, three different treatments and related these nine pools , in 1.7 hec area (in same condition) were determined so that the density of storage was 1.7 million/hec larva. In this research at first treatment m we use slurry as enrichment compound during larval within a period of 13 days, and it used all the days of during larval in second treatment. Then the result of this study compared to control treatment. The results have shown the level of this study compared to control treatment. The results have shown the level of survivorship in pools were nutrition by slurry was 1.7 million times or twice than pools were nutrition with usual concentrate. In addition, growth coefficient such as daily weight growing (DWG) index, daily length growth (DLG), specific growth ratio (SGR) were measured in this case. All of these parameters in slurry treatment were shown noticeable enhancement in first treatment Thereof in the first week there was significant difference (P<0.001) between the average of length and weight in first week , and in the second week there was a significant difference (P<0.05) between them.

New materials are needed to replace degenerated intervertebral disc tissue and to provide longer-term solutions for chronic back-pain. Replacement tissue potentially could be engineered by seeding cells into a scaffold that mimics the architecture of natural tissue. Many natural tissues, including the nucleus pulposus (the central region of the intervertebral disc) consist of collagen nanofibers embedded in a gel-like matrix. Recently it was shown that electrospun micro- or nano-fiber structures of considerable thickness can be produced by collecting fibers in an ethanol bath. Here, randomly aligned polycaprolactone electrospun fiber structures up to 50 mm thick are backfilled with alginate hydrogels to form novel composite materials that mimic the fiber-reinforced structure of the nucleus pulposus. The composites are characterized using both indentation and tensile testing. The composites are mechanically robust, exhibiting substantial strain-to-failure. The method presented here provides a way to create large biomimetic scaffolds that more closely mimic the composite structure of natural tissue. © 2012 Materials Research Society.

Proceeding from the consideration of the demands from the functional architecture of high speed, high capacity optical communication network, this paper points out that photonic integrated devices, including high speed response laser source, narrow band response photodetector high speed wavelength converter, dense wavelength multi/demultiplexer, low loss high speed response photo-switch and multi-beam coupler are the key components in the system. The, investigation progress in the laboratory will be introduced.

将信息流和可信计算技术结合,可以更好地保护操作系统完整性.但现有的可信计算度量机制存在动态性和效率方面的不足,而描述信息流的Biba完整性模型在应用时又存在单调性缺陷.本文将两者结合起来,基于Biba模型,以可信计算平台模块TPM为硬件信任根,引入信息流完整性,并提出了可信操作系统度量架构:BIFI.实验表明,BIFI不仅能很好地保护信息流完整性,而且对现有系统的改动很少,保证了效率.

分布事务监控器为大规模事务处理提供可靠运行环境,已广泛应用于关键性业务领域,如金融电信等领域。分布事务监控器的设计与实现相对复杂,又没有类似的开源项目可供参考,所以,为增加系统功能,改善系统的非功能特性,有必要进行系统重构,通过部分系统的重构,提高系统的可扩展性、可维护性等。该文首先考察了自主开发的事务监控器OnceTX1.0的体系结构,分析了它所存在的问题,然后,给出了拦截器模式在OnceTX中的应用,描述了由此带来的高可扩展性及其存在的不足。

Co-CreativePen Toolkit is a pen-based 3D toolkit for children cooperatly designing virtual environment. This toolkit is used to construct different applications involved with distributedpen-based 3D interaction. In this toolkit,sketch method is encapsulated as kinds of interaction techniques. Children can use pen to construct 3D and IBR objects, to navigate in the virtual world, to select and manipulate virtual objects, and to communicate with other children. Children can use pen to select other children in the virtual world, and use pen to write message to children selected The distributed architecture of Co-CreativePen Toolkit is based on the CORBA. A common scene graph is managed in the server with several copies of this graph are managed in every client.Every changes of the scene graph in client will cause the change in the server and other client.

提出了面向实时应用的时态数据库系统Agilor-TDB,详细介绍了系统的体系结构。针对实时应用,实现了实时任务调度。在数据存储方面介绍了基于时间区间的多级文件索引结构和高效的内存数据管理机制;在数据查询方面提出了高速查询缓存优化策略。此外,用PN模型对系统并发控制进行了详细描述。

物联网是信息技术发展到一定阶段的产物,是全球信息产业的又一次科技与经济浪潮,将影响到许多重大技术创新和产业的发展,受到各国政府、企业和科研机构的高度重视。同时,物联网的信息安全问题是关系物联网产业能否安全可持续发展的核心技术之一,必需引起高度重视。因此如何建立合理的物联网安全架构和安全体系将对物联网的安全使用和可持续发展有着重大影响。本文试图从不同层次分析物联网的安全需求,搭建物联网的安全架构体系,希望为物联网可靠的信息安全系统提供理论参考依据。

研究区孤岛油田中二区中28-8井区位于孤岛油田中部,属孤岛披覆背斜构造中南部。选择孤岛油田中二区中28-8密井网典型井区作为解剖区,以馆陶组上段河流相地层为主要研究对象。根据区域地质资料、岩心资料、地震资料、开发动态资料、测井资料和开发动态资料的研究,建立地层模型,对研究区进行沉积相分析、高分辨率层序地层分析,确定了储层特征,并建立储层地质知识库,采用地质统计学的各种插值和模拟方法,开展随机模拟方法优选分析,选择合适的随机模拟方法,建立三维储层模型。采用地质统计学的交叉检验和分维分析等手段验证模型的可靠性和实用性。在此基础上进行网格粗化,实现储层模型的三维可视化。 论文将静态研究与实际生产动态相结合,以标准层和辅助标准层划分砂层组,以沉积旋回—沉积时间单元对比方法为主,结合其他对比原则,对孤岛油田馆陶组河流相储层进行小层精细对比和划分。在精细地层对比、井斜校正和补心高度校正的基础上,对孤岛油田馆陶组河流相储层主力小层顶底面微型构造进行了研究和分析,在研究区内识别出3种微型构造:正向微型构造;负向微型构造;斜面微型构造。 在河流相储层构型理论的指导下,采用动静结合、微观与宏观结合进行储层的多尺度剖析,依次识别复合砂体内的河道,河道内的点坝,点坝内的侧积体和泥质侧积层,认为发育4种亚相(河道、溢岸、河漫、废弃河道),6种微相(点坝、决口水道、决口扇、天然堤、泛滥平原、废弃河道)。砂层内部发育3种夹层(泥质夹层、钙质夹层、物性夹层),层间发育4种隔层(连续分布的隔层、均匀分布的隔层、条带状分布的隔层、局部分布的隔层),并分别确定了各种隔夹层的空间展布规律。本次研究主要采用“相控建模” 方法,在随机模拟研究中,通过序贯指示模拟方法建立沉积相模型,在此基础上,通过序贯高斯模拟方法建立三维储层模型。 储层模型建成后,对模型符合地质认识的程度进行了检验。认为模拟效果良好,最终取个次随机模拟实现计算储量结果的平均值作为各主力层和全区的最终储量。

南海北部陆缘深水区(水深>300m)蕴藏着丰富的资源,我国对深水区的地质研究刚刚起步,但相关领域已成为科研热点。深水油气盆地的构造演化是油气勘探中最重要的基础性研究之一,因此针对我国南海北部陆缘深水区开展构造演化及其资源效应的研究具有重要的理论意义和实际意义。 本文利用钻井和地震资料并结合区域地质资料,重点研究了珠江口盆地深水区的结构和构造演化,取得如下创新性成果:1)首次利用半地堑分析方法系统解剖了研究区的结构、各构造单元发育特征,在此基础上指出五个有利油气运聚带;2)采用回剥法并利用最新资料进行校正,得到了研究区更为可靠的构造沉降曲线,重新划分了裂陷期和裂后期的分界,认为32Ma南海海底扩张之后裂陷作用仍在持续,直到23Ma左右才开始大规模裂后热沉降,并进一步解释了裂陷期延迟的形成机制;3)应用非连续拉张模型计算拉张系数的方程计算了研究区的壳幔拉张系数,指出了深水区地幔相对于地壳的优势伸展作用;首次运用平衡剖面技术重建了研究区的构造发育史,计算了各构造期的拉张率和沉积速率,指出研究区新生代整体呈现持续拉张,拉张系数在1.1-1.24之间;4)精细刻画了水合物钻采区的地质构造特征,建立了该区天然气水合物成藏的概念模式;建立了一套根据地震叠加速度计算流体势的方法,为水合物成藏规律的研究提供了新的思路。

本文在介绍了RFID中间件技术研究现状与RFID中间件体系结构的基础上,针对企业应用环境中多标准、多协议谈写器并存的复杂现状,重点介绍了一种能够控制多种RFID硬件读写器的适配器原型。在本文的最后,简要的介绍了利用拓展后的适配器原型控制两种RFID读写器读取RFID标签的实验情况,验证了该适配器原型的有效性、可重用性与可拓展性。
