The focus of this research is centered on organic information production, sharingand use on the enterprise decision making process. The information on the present economy becomes value source for organizations. The organic information is produced on the organization s internal environment been a product of the activities made by execution its functions. Knowing the elements that involve this process gives a great help to managers once the decision making process is permeated by conflicts and different perceptions. Therefore, the organic information can reduce these conflicts on organizational contexts, because it reduces the uncertainness, propitiates more security and more trustworthiness to the decision making process, besides it gives dynamism to people s time involved on the process. The investigated universe was composed by the companies affiliated to Construnova Net, from construction material segment, located at Marilia Region s cities, Sao Paulo State, because it is an important segment which influences the local and regional economy. The methodological proceedings used are based on the qualitative approach which method is related to descriptive and exploratory research. As data collecting instruments were elaborated a structured questionnaire with closed questions and an interview s syllabus which contents are related to the research s aims. As analysis proceedings for the collected data and also to consider the qualitative approach it was chosen the Contents Analysis method from Bardin and more specifically the Categorical Analysis . Consequently, we conclude that it is deficient in production of organic information, or to produce documents that prove and control the activities that are developed within the organization is not satisfactory. A constituição dos significados e dos sentidos no desenvolvimento das atividades de estudo

This article aims to discuss the importance of the interaction process between the child and teachers, that occurs in the context of the development of the teaching and learning processes of the school subjects, as to permit the constitution of the meanings and senses essential to his formation, aiming the development of his capacities, abilities, skills, aptitudes and values that are indispensable to hers process of humanization. The processes developed in that context implicates, essentially, an adequate selection of social meanings relevant to the development of the human senses in the students; an organization of study activities that cause them a motif to work on them; and such a situation of interaction between the teacher and the students and among the students that permit emotional experiences good to the integration of the students in the study activities.

Idosos institucionalizados e depressão: atividades expressivas e seu potencial terapêutico

The influence of emotional condition on quality of life during the aging process is a theme that stands out in the context of research, since the psychosocial skills of the elderly are vulnerable to changes in structure, function body and the environment. Given this, aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of a programming expressive activities in controlling depressive symptoms manifested by institutionalized elderly. Participants were 7 people in a geriatric institution with symptoms suggestive of depression and it was used to evaluate the GSD-15, which was applied at the beginning and end of treatment planning. The intervention was applied for four months, making up two weekly sessions of 75 minutes. Of the total of 5 seniors with probability of depression in the pretest, 3 reached the normal range for depression at post-test, recommending the continuation of the study to a larger sample and greater consistency of results about the effects of activities expressive about depressive symptoms manifested by older people.

Influência de atividades lúdico-desportivas na realização de equoterapia em pacientes neurológicos - ensaio clínico controlado aleatorizado

Introduction: Equine therapy is a therapy that uses horses to provide the practitioner in rehabilitation aspects of motor, sensory, behavioral and social. Objective: To investigate the effect of the combination of playful activities with hippotherapy sessions on the trunk balance and range of motion. Methods: We selected 18 practitioners diagnosed with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups. The group 1 held hippotherapy sessions, and group 2 held equine therapy with recreational activities and sports. Before and after treatment, the trunk control and range of motion of the practitioners were evaluated. The data were analyzed using the Student’s t-test (p <0.05). Results: There was an improvement in range of motion and balance in both groups. Conclusion: Equine therapy is an effective treatment for individuals with cerebral palsy, regardless of accomplishing it with or without recreational activities.

Adequação de demandas funcionais de atividades para a participação escolar de crianças com disfu'nções neuromotoras

The school participation is a prerequisite for the construction of knowledge, learning and development. Neurological deficits may affect child's ability to explore the environment and engage in typical activities. Considering the importance of encouraging professionals in the field of education to conduct simple adjustments in school activities of daily life, this study aimed to adapt, with low cost materials, resources of entertainment and educational for children with neuromotor disorders . It was objects of this study eight resources prescribed and designed for three children diagnosed with cerebral palsy: domino, puzzle, memory game, moving magnetized alphabet, crossword, doll body scheme, adaptation of pencils for writing and bracelet sinker.The analysis of these resources occurred in the parameters of conventional design and management skills, followed by identifying the limiting conditions of the motor skills of the cases observed, indicating the materials used in the adaptation and possible uses. This study provides subsidy for implementation of teaching strategies in the care of students with neuromotor disorders.

Avaliação das atividades realizadas em uma instituição de atendimento de crianças e jovens com autismo: contribuições com a implantação de um serviço de terapia ocupacional

O Autismo Infantil é um Transtorno Global do Desenvolvimento que se caracteriza pela presença de comprometimentos severos nas áreas de comunicação, interação social recíproca, interesses e comportamentos. Este trabalho teve como objetivos analisar o atendimento realizado com indivíduos autistas em uma instituição e verificar como a Terapia Ocupacional pode contribuir na atenção voltada aos alunos. A pesquisa foi realizada através da observação e registro em diário de campo das atividades realizadas por cinco indivíduos com Autismo em uma associação específica de Autismo e Transtornos no Desenvolvimento. Também foi realizada entrevista com os profissionais que atuam na instituição. No diário de campo, nota-se a prevalência das atividades pedagógicas. Por outro lado, observa-se escassez de atividades funcionais, de atividades básicas e instrumentais de vida diária, e de atividades direcionadas à comunicação e interação. Nas entrevistas, foi possível constatar que existe interesse dos profissionais na implantação do serviço de Terapia Ocupacional. Considerando as possibilidades de atuação da Terapia Ocupacional junto às crianças e jovens com autismo, conclui-se que a implantação desse setor nessa associação poderia trazer inúmeros benefícios para os usuários e equipe de profissionais da instituição.

O lazer nas empresas de Rio Claro: uma análise das razões e atividades envolvidas

A busca pela qualidade de vida dos funcionários e o aumento da produtividade têm sido fatores geradores do interesse de empresas, na busca por proporcionarem, dentro das próprias organizações ou em centros agregados, formas de atividades inovadoras, disponibilizando espaços de vivências do lazer e de atividades anti-estresse aos funcionários, especialmente utilizando a recreação e as atividades lúdicas, aspectos que representam diferenciais importantes na contemporaneidade. Sendo assim, este estudo busca analisar como e com que finalidades as empresas de diferentes portes da região de Rio Claro oferecem as atividades recreativas e de lazer para os mesmos. O estudo, de natureza qualitativa, será composto pela união de pesquisa bibliográfica e exploratória, desenvolvida por intermédio de entrevista semi-estruturada como instrumento para coleta de dados, aplicada a uma amostra intencional, composta por organizadores e funcionários que participaram ou participam destas vivências oferecidas pelas empresas, as quais serão previamente selecionadas e identificadas conforme o porte, tipo de atividades oferecidas e anuência para participação no estudo, na cidade de Rio Claro, SP. Os resultados serão analisados por meio da utilização da técnica de Análise de Conteúdo Temático.

The ease and convenience provided by the Internet allow for the communication between the organization and its stakeholders to become rapid and effective. This fact can be good both for the organization and for the public. Keeping this in sight, the Internet as a public relations tool for communication between the organization and its stakeholders is the theme discussed throughout this study. Through bibliographic and exploratory research, this paper aims at pointing at effective tools afforded by the Internet that can be used by Public Relations. These tools can promote the relationship between organizations and its publics inserted on the Internet. In this way, the organization can influence publics in its favor.
