This work aims to give greater visibility to the issue of software security, due to people talk a lot in security conferences, that much of both IT (Information Technology) staff and, more specifically, IS (Information Security) staff does not know this, and, thanks to the spread of the mobile computing and of the cloud computing, this lack of deeper knowledge on this subject is increasingly becoming worrisome. It aims too, make applications to be developed in a security manner, priorizing the security of the information processed. It attempts to demonstrate the secure coding techniques, the principles of software security, the means to identify software vulnerabilities, the cutting-edge software exploitation techniques and the mechanisms of mitigation. Nowadays, the security guys are in charge of the most of the security tests in applications, audits and pentests, and it is undeniable that the so-called security experts, most often come from computer network field, having few experience in software development and programming. Therefore, the development process does not consider the security issue, thanks to the lack of knowledge on the subject by the developer, and the security tests could be improved whether security experts had a greater know-how on application development. This work has a focus on project execution DMAIC ( Define Measure Analyze Implement Control) , using the statistical and quality tools to identify , analyze and implement improvements in a given process in order to reduce costs telephony transport of a multinational consumer goods . The multinational consumer goods to be studied has outsourced carriers who perform the distribution of its products , which may lead them straight to their factories or one of its distribution centers to the points of sale ( supermarkets , bakeries , gas stations , convenience cafeterias , among others ) . Whenever there is an unexpected situation or some problem at the time of delivery of the goods to the customer opens an occurrence , ie , the carrier responsible for contacts ( 0800 ) with the contact center company of consumer goods which in turn registers the occurrence, analyzes and sends a response action to the carrier . Inclusão escolar de um aluno com autismo: descrevendo práticas de alfabetização em uma escola pública - ciclo I

Learning the written language has been the subject of research and study of various sciences in recent decades, in the same way that inclusion in regular education of students with disabilities such as autism, also has been the subject of discussions in the academic and even political. However, it can be observed that these two topics are disjointed, despite the importance of ownership of the system of writing by students with autism, because that would be a way to facilitate social interaction, which is the principal difficulty of this students. This research intend to describe the inclusion process of a student with autism into a common room of the initial years, in a public school, observing which are the strategies used by the teacher in the literacy process, as well as analyze the collaborative process developed by the researcher. The methodology was a qualitative and collaborative research, the kind of case study. The participants were a teacher and her students, from the cycle I of Primary School of a public school, among which, one is diagnosed with autism. The instruments used to the data’s analysis were interviews, with the teacher and the mother of the student with autism; the written productions of the student during the research; camp diary; and the observations made during the research. To the interventions, were used alternative practices, including material production (a mobile alphabet and a album of photos), that make more easy the process of literacy, The results showed the great difficulty in performing the interventions in a collaborative process, considering that in the observations, it was found that the practices of this teacher were traditional, and also there was no planning, on her part, content to be deal with the students. Diversidade genética em Staphylococcus aureus resistentes à oxacilina em isolados de pacientes pediátricos do Hospital das Clínicas de Botucatu

Staphylococcus aureus é um patógeno ubíquo capaz de causar uma variedade de infecções em humanos. A resistência desse microrganismo a antibióticos como oxacilina e meticilina é um problema sério, de crescimento significativo para a terapêutica antimicrobiana clínica em pacientes acometidos por infecções estafilocócicas. A resistência à meticilina em S. aureus é decorrente da alteração do sítio de ação dos antibióticos β-lactâmicos, os quais agem através da inibição de enzimas que catalisam a síntese da parede celular. Essas enzimas são o sítio de ação das penicilinas, e por isso, passaram a ser chamadas de proteínas ligadoras de penicilinas (PBPs). O gene mecA codifica a PBP2a, que substitui a função das outras PBPs neste patógeno e confere resistência a β-lactâmicos. A PBP2a exibe uma afinidade reduzida pelo anel β-lactâmico e permite que a bactéria continue a sintetizar a parede bacteriana. Este gene faz parte de um elemento genético móvel encontrado em isolados de MRSA, designado cassete cromossômico estafilocócico mec (SCCmec), integrado ao cromossomo de S. aureus. O objetivo do estudo foi a caracterização molecular de 139 isolados de S.aureus provenientes de pacientes pediátricos com bacteremia durante o período de 1991 a 2010. Métodos moleculares foram utilizados para a determinação do perfil genético das amostras, incluindo, identificação do tipo de SCCmec, detecção do gene codificador de leucocidina de panton valentine (PVL) e similaridade clonal em gel de eletroforese em campo pulsado (PFGE). O gene mecA foi detectado em 32 (23%) amostras e houve predomínio do SCCmec IV (68,8%) em relação ao SCCmec III (31,2%). A presença de PVL foi encontrada em 18 amostras (12,9%), todas sensíveis à oxacilina. O clone epidêmico brasileiro, relacionado ao SCCmec tipo III, esteve presente na unidade neonatal do hospital... Desenvolvimento de um sistema para navegação de robôs móveis por caminhos em plantações

The use of mobile robots in the agriculture turns out to be interesting in tasks of cultivation and application of pesticides in minute quantities to reduce environmental pollution. In this paper we present the development of a system to control an autonomous mobile robot navigation through tracks in plantations. Track images are used to control robot direction by preprocessing them to extract image features, and then submitting such characteristic features to a support vector machine to find out the most appropriate route. As the overall goal of the project to which this work is connected is the robot control in real time, the system will be embedded onto a hardware platform. However, in this paper we report the software implementation of a support vector machine, which so far presented around 93% accuracy in predicting the appropriate route.

Determinação eletroanalítica e cromatográfica do corante solvente azul 14 em amostras de combustíveis

Métodos comparativos foram desenvolvidos para detectar e quantificar o corante solvente azul 14 (SA-14) em amostras de combustíveis. O método eletroanalítico foi baseado na técnica de voltametria de onda quadrada (VOQ) com detecção em +0,60 V vs. Ag/AgCl sobre o eletrodo de carbono vítreo, usando tampão Britton-Robinson e N, N-dimetilformamida (1:1, v/v) como eletrólito suporte. Para metodologia, envolvendo a cromatografia líquida de alta performance (CLAE) foi empregada uma fase móvel composta de acetonitrila e cloreto de lítio (85:15, v/v) e a detecção eletroquímica foi realizada em um potencial de oxidação em +0,65 V vs. Ag/AgCl. Sob as melhores condições de trabalho curvas de calibração foram obtidas, para ambos os métodos, as quais foram lineares na faixa de concentração de 5,0×10 -7 a 6,0×10 -6 mol L-1 (VOQ) e 8,0×10 -8 a 3,0×10 -6 mol L-1 (CLAE). Os métodos foram aplicados para quantificar o corante em amostras de álcool e querosene após um simples processo de extração em fase sólida com resultados de recuperação satisfatórios.

O presente trabalho visa apresentar o processo e resultados do projeto Estúdio na Estrada, concepção de produção musical, que tem como objetivo levar um estúdio móvel até o artista e realizar todas as atividades relacionadas com a gravação musical. O projeto também contempla os serviços de edição, mixagem e masterização musical, pelo programa ProTools 10. Todo o processo foi dividido em três etapas, de acordo com as cidades do interior paulista as quais o estúdio atuou: Santa Rosa de Viterbo, São Carlos e Ribeirão Preto. O Estúdio na Estrada foi idealizado com o propósito de fomentar o cenário musical do interior paulista e os artistas independentes

Validação de aplicativo comercial visando a incorporação da realidade aumentada a um modelo de avaliação pós-ocupação

Post-Occupancy Evaluation of buildings considers user satisfaction, building pathologies and performance, as well as users interventions in the built environment. The possibility of identifying interventions regardless of the user could provide a significant gain in the efficiency of Post-Occupancy Evaluations. We foresee the application of Augmented Reality (AR) to improve the identification of renovations by overlapping the construction information model with an image of the actual building. This article validates the use of AR on existing smartphone and tablet applications. This study proposes the incorporation of AR into the planning, execution and application of Post-Occupancy Evaluation. For the planning, this study proposes the development of a new research tool. With regards to the execution, this study examined the data collection conditions on site through the visualization of overlapping models. For the application, this study proposes displaying the results through the use of RA information layers. The transparency oft he RA model was used to allow comparison between the virtual model and the real model. The development and adaptation of the virtual model and the solution developed for the experiment of the RA proposal are presented and discussed. The experiment points to shortcomings that still make the proposed technological solution unfeasible.
