This proposed project is to analyze the strategies for building and maintaining relationships, as well as the possibilities of intervention of the public relations in the virtual world. For this purpose, we used the multicase study of beer brands - Devassa, Nova Schin, Heineken, Skol and Brahma - to verify their roles in the communication process in their social media channels. Analyses were based on communication theories covering concepts such as the Excellence in Public Relations, the questioning about the definition of public flashing and discussion about the processes of interaction mediated by the Internet. The evaluation of the channels covered the period of 30 days and that the end of the checks it was found that most brands promote specific actions with surface interconnections between media channels, referring only to the effectiveness of social networks like Twitter, Facebook and Orkut in order to consolidate of relationships

The objective of this study was to find and discuss the possibilities of action of a public relations professional in social media, taking as an example, the most popular, Facebook and Twitter, to work the organizational communication with the public consumer. Social media are gaining more followers, who are seeking information on companies before consuming your products or hire your services, getting attention for any kind of promotion or crisis of this organization. We saw how public relations mediate communication between company and consumer, being responsible for the clear, objective and correct posting of your organization in social media

Em um contexto globalizado, onde os acontecimentos possuem alcance mundial, torna-se necessário avaliar a eficiência do chamado Jornalismo Internacional na divulgação de informações. A singularidade do olhar jornalístico tem sido comprometida neste ramo, uma vez que a modalidade está cada vez mais ligada às agências de notícias, que apresentam uma cobertura pasteurizada dos assuntos em questão. O objetivo geral deste projeto foi contribuir para o enriquecimento das informações sobre a crise de origem econômica na Espanha, por meio da produção de conteúdo in loco, e retratar os reflexos deste contexto na vida da população europeia, nos âmbitos cultural, econômico, político e social, a fim de comprovar que é fundamental a presença do correspondente no local do assunto reportado. Além disso, constatou-se ser necessário reportar os efeitos da crise na vida comum dos habitantes da Espanha, uma vez que os meios de comunicação tradicionais se limitam a fornecer uma visão tecnicista do assunto, por meio de números e estatísticas. As notas, notícias, entrevistas, fotos e vídeos produzidos foram publicados em uma página experimental criada no Facebook, de modo a avaliar a eficácia das redes sociais enquanto novas plataformas do jornalismo digital

Currently, applications for smartphones and tablets, called apps, are becoming increasingly relevant and attract more attention from users and finally the developers. With the Application Stores, services provided by the company that maintains the platform, access to such applications is as or more simplified than to web sites, with the advantage of anenhanced user experience and focused on the mobile device, and enjoy natives resources as camera, audio, storage, integration with other applications, etc. They present a great opportunity for independent developers, who can now develop an application and make it availabl e to all users of that platform, at free or at a cost that is usually low. Even students may create their applications in the intervals of their classes and sell them in stores. Making use of tools and services, free or at low cost, anyone can develop quality applications, that can be marketed and have a large number of users even in adverse situations in which the application is not the focus of developer productivity. However, such to ols do not seem to be well used, or are unknown, or its purpose is not considered important, and this paper tries to show the real importance of these tools in the rapid development of quality software. This project presents several tools, services and practices, which together make it possible to develop an application for various mobile platforms, independently and with a team of a few people, as demonstrated. However, this paper aims not to say that the development of software today it is easy and simple, but there are currently a large set of tools, for various platforms, that assists and enhances the work of the programmer

This work aims to give greater visibility to the issue of software security, due to people talk a lot in security conferences, that much of both IT (Information Technology) staff and, more specifically, IS (Information Security) staff does not know this, and, thanks to the spread of the mobile computing and of the cloud computing, this lack of deeper knowledge on this subject is increasingly becoming worrisome. It aims too, make applications to be developed in a security manner, priorizing the security of the information processed. It attempts to demonstrate the secure coding techniques, the principles of software security, the means to identify software vulnerabilities, the cutting-edge software exploitation techniques and the mechanisms of mitigation. Nowadays, the security guys are in charge of the most of the security tests in applications, audits and pentests, and it is undeniable that the so-called security experts, most often come from computer network field, having few experience in software development and programming. Therefore, the development process does not consider the security issue, thanks to the lack of knowledge on the subject by the developer, and the security tests could be improved whether security experts had a greater know-how on application development. This work had as objective the development of a prototype of educational content, as an experimental process, making use of resources from Interactive Digital TV. The characteristics of interactive digital terrestrial television are presented, in the form of a media mode capable of performing as a complementary source to education. The methodology used is composed of four phases: deduction, analysis, induction and synthesis. Its conception takes as issue the expressed need stated by UNESCO to use ICT (Information and Communications Technology) towards education, as well as the possibility of applying digital television in an educational process. The content is structured in the form of a quiz, a type of question-answer game as an informal way of education for high school students. The prototype developed in this work is presented as a structural script and map, taking into account the necessary activities and routines to put it into operation in the tested environments, eclipse, virtual set-top-box and Developer Box. The practice of prototyping was carried out in NCLua, based on middleware Ginga. As a result, we concluded that Ginga offers enough support to carry out the task, providing characteristics of interaction to publish the proposed content, at the moment of the actual practice.

Inegavelmente, as mídias tradicionais como a televisão, o rádio e a mídia impressa detêm grande influência na sociedade contemporânea, tanto para o delineamento do pensamento coletivo, quanto para a sugestão à formação cultural por meio de enunciados produzidos por sujeitos que ocupam determinadas formações sócio- ideológicas. Entretanto, atualmente, um objeto que tem ganhado espaço privilegiado, diferente das mídias tradicionais, são as mídias digitais. Fluidos no grande oceano do ciberespaço que se constitui como um aglutinador de mídias, onde se mesclam mídias tradicionais e novas mídias, centros recepto-difusores encontram-se dispersos em toda parte e, efetivamente, em parte alguma, tornando-se, assim, um espaço onde a cultura participativa e (d)a interatividade ganham traços. Dessa maneira, o presente trabalho, embasado principalmente pelo aporte teórico da Análise do Discurso de linha francesa, tendo como fio condutor as reflexões de Michel Foucault, procura discutir questões de identidades produzidas e veiculadas nos meios digitais. Toma-se como corpus de análise vídeos caseiros de pessoas “anônimas” que transmitem-se pelo canal do YouTube, onde mostram suas habilidades vocais, artísticas e até mesmo conhecimentos de técnicas áudio-visuais para a produção de efeitos de sentido. Estes sujeitos fazem uso de técnicas de confissão para a construção e afirmação de uma identidade de “artista” e, por essas práticas, produzem novas subjetividades. Em torno destes vídeos, ainda, são originadas comunidades inteligentes de pertencimento pontuadas no próprio YouTube e em outras plataformas, como no Twitter, Facebook, My Space, etc. onde são mobilizados e compartilhados os savoir-faire desses sujeitos e virtualizadas e atualizadas as identidades à luz de uma cultura da convergência.

O presente trabalho busca analisar a identidade proposta pelo jornal impresso O Estado de S. Paulo ao grupo manifestante Black Bloc durante o segundo semestre de 2013, período seguinte às Jornadas de Junho na cidade de São Paulo. Serão analisadas as notícias veiculadas no portal de notícias do jornal, assim como as publicações do grupo de manifestantes na página oficial do Black Bloc SP do Facebook na mesma época. O objetivo é mostrar qual a relação entre a identidade atribuída pela grande mídia ao indivíduo e a identidade reivindicada pelo mesmo na rede social

O presente trabalho buscou relacionar as novas mídias e o corpo contemporâneo juntamente com a tecnologia, isso foi desenvolvido através de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e descritiva. Foram usados buscadores eletrônicos para a consulta dos produtos científicos e acadêmicos, além dos itens convencionais de pesquisa, tais como, dissertações, teses e afins. Depois de feita toda a revisão com o material adequado e apoiada na literatura atual, consegui-se concluir que o corpo contemporâneo quando relacionado com as novas mídias atravessa não só o processo de transformação usual, mas o que vale ser destacado é a velocidade das mutações corporais que estes novos meios de comunicação exercem sobre os corpos atuais. Quando o foco passa para o corpo tecnológico, temos que este corpo é representado por uma espécie de maquina humana, que através de seus implantes e principalmente da biocompatibilidade da medicina se torna realidade na vida cotidiana e passa a despertar cada vez mais a atenção dos estudiosos do tema, outro ponto de destaque foi as duvidas e inquietações que as temáticas trouxeram ao mesmo tempo em que estas podem servir como desafio e impulsionar novos trabalhos nessa área

One tool that has been in evidence, especially among young people, is Facebook. It can be classified as a synchronous communication tool that allows communities of people with similar interests to discuss and exchange experiences in real time, promoting the sharing of information and the creation of collective knowledge, even if they being in different parts of the globe. In this paper we show that Facebook can be used as an educational tool to aid the work done in the classroom and the impact of creating closed groups in online social networking for educational purposes. The survey was conducted with a group of students at a private school in Bauru/SP. We investigated the interaction profile of students with a closed group created on Facebook and through a questionnaire analyzed whether students use virtual environments for personal or educational. The survey reveals students perceptions about relevant aspects and the potential use of this tool as teaching-learning strategy

As technology is more and more present within the organizations, the management of knowledge has become essential to an effective management. This article deals with the inseparable relation that exists in between knowledge management, practice communities and the social networks. The analysis over this relation allows us to observe how the Information and Communication Technologies facilitated the access, the information sharing and distribution within the organizations. By this, we highlighted the applicability in the social networks of three applications of Facebook, which can be used as tools in practice communities. This way, these tools are also developed for different technological platforms, which will allow a major interaction between the organizations and their workers, partners and even their clients. Therefore the responsible usage of these technologies and of the data generated by these tools can provide a better quality on the organizational knowledge management.
