We study the wave dislocations with an induced gauge potential. The topological current characterized the wave dislocations is constructed with the dual of Abelian gauge field. And the topological charges and locations of the wave dislocations are determined by the phi-mapping topological current theory. Furthermore, it is shown that the knotted wave dislocations can be described with a Hopf invariant in the wave field. At last we discussed the evolution of the knotted wave dislocations.

A 52 MHz Radio Frequency Quadrupole (RFQ) linear accelerator (linac) is designed to serve as an initial structure for the SSC-Linac system (injector into Separated Sector Cyclotron). The designed injection and output energy are 3.5 keV/u and 143 keV/u, respectively. The beam dynamics in this RFQ have been studied using a three-dimensional Particle-In-Cell (PIC) code BEAMPATH. Simulation results show that this R,FQ structure is characterized by stable values of beam transmission efficiency (at least 95%) for both zero-current mode and the space charge dominated regime. The beam accelerated in the RFQ has good quality in both transverse and longitudinal directions, and could easily be accepted by Drift Tube Linac (DTL). The effect of the vane error and that of the space charge on the beam parameters have been studied as well to define the engineering tolerance for RFQ vane machining and alignment.

An experiment of Mg-22 and Ne-20 beams bombarding on a C-12 target at an energy of 60 similar to 70 A MeV has been performed at the RIKEN projectile fragment separator (RIPS)in the RIKEN Ring Cyclotron Facility to study the two-proton correlated emission from Mg-22 and Ne-20 excited states. The two-protons momentum correlation functions have been obtained for Mg-22 and Ne-20, respectively. The trajectories of the Mg-22 decayed products (Ne-20 + p + p) were also measured to get the angular correlations between the two protons in Center of Mass of decaying system by relativistic-kinematics reconstruction. The results exhibit that Mg-22 has the features of He-2 cluster decay mechanism.

一直以来黄波罗(Phellodendron amurense)被认为是不耐阴树种,然而引入美国纽约后,发现它具有一定的耐阴性,在全光和林下均能更新,在纽约已经成为生物入侵种。为了探讨黄波罗的耐阴性问题,通过设置自然光与遮阴(15%自然光)两种光环境,观测了三年生黄波罗幼苗(遮阴1a后)光合生理参数、光能利用效率、叶绿素和比叶重的变化。结果表明,与自然光处理相比,遮阴处理的黄波罗幼苗最大光合速率、表观量子效率和暗呼吸速率略有下降,但差异不显著(p>0.05),光补偿点下降显著(p<0.05);同时,单位面积叶绿素含量无显著差异(p>0.05),而单位干重叶绿素含量显著升高,比叶重显著下降,叶面积显著增大(p<0.05)。上述结果说明:遮阴的黄波罗幼苗通过降低光补偿点和暗呼吸速率利用环境中的弱光,同时通过减小比叶重、增大叶面积和提高叶绿素b相对含量来增强对光的捕获,使其在弱光时的光能利用效率提高。由此推断,黄波罗幼苗能适应一定程度的遮阴。

本发明涉及一种鱇白鱼的池塘人工驯养方法,属鱼产品养殖技术领域。鱇白鱼的池塘人工驯养方法为先用消毒剂对池塘进行清塘,随后放入清水,其水深为0.8米,此时将鱼苗放入池中,驯养期间水温在8-25℃,鱼苗投喂时间为每日二次,投喂的饲料分别为:一个月前喂蛋黄或轮虫,随后喂蛋黄、豆浆和混合饲料,5个月后投喂混合饲料,饲料的喂量为蛋黄每次5个,豆浆每天0.5公斤黄豆研磨成浆,混合饲料早期每次1公斤,随着鱼体长大酌情增量。采用本鱇白鱼的池塘人工驯养方法,具有操作简便,成本低廉,鱼苗成活率高,并将在自然状况下,生长到5厘米左右时便进入40-50米的深水区生长发育,直到性成熟后才洄游到浅水区的砾石砂滩和溶洞出水口处产卵的抚仙湖特有鱼类——鱇白鱼驯化成为一种池塘人工养殖品种等优点。

Carbon modified by the reduction of aromatic diazonium derivatives was first used as electrode for the electrochemical stripping analysis of heavy metals. As a model, the glassy carbon electrode was modified with benzoic acid by electrochemical reduction of diazobenzoic acid, and the resulting modified electrodes were used for determination of Cd2+ and Pb2+. The anodic peak currents of cadmium and lead at the benzoic acid-modified glassy carbon electrode are 7.2 and 6 times of that at the bare glassy carbon electrode. A linear response was observed for Pb2+ and Cd2+ in the range of 0.5-50 mu g/l.

Non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100 was used as a stabilizer to prepare PtRu/C catalysts for methanol oxidation reaction (MOR). The cyclic voltammogram was used to investigate the catalytic activity for MOR of different PtRu/C catalysts. TG-DTA, EDX, XRD, XPS and TEM were Used to characterize the composition, structure and morphology of the as-prepared PtRu/C catalysts. It is found that the heat treatment plays a crucial role in the particles size, particles distribution of the PtRu/C catalysts and the oxidation state of platinum. The results show that 350 degrees C is an optimum heat treatment temperature. The as-synthesized catalyst heat-treated at this temperature exhibits the best catalytic performance for MOR.

Facilitated proton transfer across the water/1,2-dichloroethane (DCE) interface supported on the tips of micro- and nano-pipets by o-phenanthroline (Phen) was studied by using cyclic voltammetry. The formed micro- and nano-liquid/liquid interfaces functioned as micro- and nano-electrodes under certain experimental conditions. The dependence of the half-wave potentials on the aqueous solutions acidities was studied and the ratio of association constants between Phen and proton in the aqueous and DCE phases was calculated by the method proposed by Matsuda et al.. The standard rate constant (k(0)) and the transfer coefficient (alpha) evaluated by using nano-pipets were equal to 0.183 +/- 0.054 cm/s and 0.70 +/- 0.09, respectively.

利用循环伏安法研究了玻璃微米 /纳米管支持的水 / 1 ,2 -二氯乙烷 ( DCE)界面上邻菲咯啉加速质子的转移过程 .将装有水溶液的微米 /纳米管插入到 DCE溶液中 ,可以形成微米 /纳米级 -液 /液界面 ,在选定的实验条件下 ,其作用类似于微米 /纳米电极 .用微米管考察了此加速转移过程的半波电位与 p H值 ( 1 .1~7.5 )的关系 ,利用 Matsuda等提出的理论公式计算了邻菲咯啉与质子在有机相和水相中的络合常数比 .并用纳米管计算得到邻菲咯啉加速质子在水 / DCE界面转移过程中的标准速率常数 ( k0 )和转移系数 (α)分别为( 0 .1 83± 0 .0 5 4 ) cm/ s和 0 .70± 0 .0

Macrocyclic arylene ether ketone dimer was isolated from a mixture of cyclic oligomers obtained by the nucleophilic substitution reaction of bisphenol A and 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone and easily polymerized to high molecular weight linear poly(ether ketone). The cyclic compound was characterized by FTIR, H-1- and C-13-NMR, and single-crystal x-ray diffraction. Analysis of the spectral and crystal structure reveals extreme distortions of he phenyl rings attached to the isopropylidene center and of the turning points of the molecular polygons. The release of the ring strain on ring-opening combined with entropical difference between the linear polymer chain and the more rigid macrocycle at temperatures of polymerization may be the proposed motivating factors in the polymerization of this precursor to high molecular weight poly(ether ketone). 合成了八-4-(四氢糠氧基)酞菁钕(Ⅲ)(A)、八-4-(β-萘氧基)酞菁钕(Ⅲ)(B)、八-4-(2,4-二叔戊基苯氧基)酞菁钕(Ⅲ)(C)和八-4-(2,4-二叔戊基苯氧基)酞菁镨(Ⅲ)(D)4种新的稀土(Nd、Pr)(Ⅲ)双酞菁衍生物,经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱表征.紫外可见光谱表明,它们在氯仿(10 ̄(-6)mol/L)溶液中以单分子形式存在.热重分析证明配合物的热稳定性:B>C~D>A.4种配合物成膜性好,Z型沉积形成的单层LB膜材料对氨气有响应,特别是八-4-(四氢糠氧基)酞菁钕(Ⅲ)的膜材料对氨气很敏感,可与铜酞菁LB膜气敏性相比.

The ecological characteristics of the deep-sea amoA-encoding archaea (AEA) are largely unsolved. Our aim was to study the diversity, structure and distribution of the AEA community in the sediments of the tropical West Pacific Continental Margin, to develop a general view of the AEA biogeography in the deep-sea extreme environment. Archaeal amoA clone libraries were constructed. Diverse and novel amoA sequences were identified, with the Bohol Sea, Bashi Strait and Sibuyan Sea harbouring the highest and the Bicol Shelf the lowest AEA diversity. Phylogenetic and statistical analyses illustrate a heterogeneous distribution of the AEA community, probably caused by the differential distribution of the terrestrial or estuarine AEA in the various sampling sites. The deep-sea sedimentary environments potentially harbour diverse and novel AEA in the tropical West Pacific Continental Margin. The stations in the Philippine inland seas (including station 3043) may represent AEA assemblages with various terrestrial influences and the stations connected directly to the open Philippine Sea may represent marine environment-dominant AEA assemblages. Our study indicates the potential importance of geological and climatic events in the transport of terrestrial micro-organisms to the deep-sea sedimentary environments, almost totally neglected previously.
