2008年7月,在湖南省莽山自然保护区内(24°58′N,112°52′E,1000m)采集到蛇类标本1号,经鉴定,该蛇为龙胜小头蛇Oligodon lungshenensis,是湖南省蛇类新纪录。标本保存于西华师范大学生命科学学院标本室。标本为雄性成体,头体长390mm,尾长58mm。头较短小,与颈部区分不明显;背面棕褐色,有4条深色纵纹,中间2条较粗,各约占2枚背鳞,两边的2条较细,各约占半枚背鳞;从头至尾,有9条枣红色镶黑边的波状横纹,体背8条,尾背1条;每个横纹由4个波峰状斑相连而成;头部有3个黑色倒“V”字形纹,最后一个与颈背中间两条黑纵纹相连。腹面正中为一条桔红色纵纹,腹鳞和尾下鳞两侧或一侧有黑色正方块斑。吻鳞较大,显露于头部背面;前额鳞2枚,与鼻间鳞愈合;额鳞1枚呈六角形,长超过宽,长超过与其吻端的距离,稍短于顶鳞;顶鳞1枚,鼻鳞1枚,无颊鳞,眶前鳞1枚,眶后鳞2枚,眶上鳞1枚;前颞鳞2枚,后颞鳞2枚;上唇鳞6枚,2-2-2式,第一枚最小;下唇鳞7枚,前4枚切颔片,第4枚最大;前、后颔片各2枚。背鳞光滑无棱,通身15行;腹鳞167,肛鳞2枚,尾下鳞34对;尾端部最后一枚鳞片形成一个尖角。根据标本...

As these results indicate, photo-CVD coating is a robust process that allows for the creation of core-shell nanoparticles. In the present work we demonstrated that photo-CVD can effectively coat Fe2O3 particles with silica for purposes of biological applications. TDMA results combined with TEM images indicate that all particles are effectively coated and that particle coating thicknesses can be tuned to desired thickness depending on the application. In addition, the ability to vary coating properties and to coat high concentrations of particles makes this technique of interest for industrial production where uniform properties are needed for large quantities of particles [2]. This paper reports some results from a major research project on the integration of environmental issues into design in the electrical and electronic industry. Product development practice and ecodesign methods were examined along with qualitative data from 19 manufacturers, using interviews and an action research methodology. A four-stage framework for ecodesign practice resulted: first, to make an environmental assessment from a life cycle viewpoint; then to communicate the analysis and collect feedback; thirdly to prioritize the environmental issues and finally to complete the design using relevant tools and methods. This 'ARPI' framework (analyse, report, prioritize, improve) applies to both strategic and operational levels. Initial testing of the framework in collaborating companies highlighted difficulties with communication with design teams; the role of 'ecodesign champions' is explained. Other challenges are the development of customized tools and the training of designers. The study concludes that the prioritization step is critical, as it simplifies and clarifies the tasks in design that take place after formulation of the specification. 细胞膜流动性通常是指膜脂质的流动性。神经细胞膜功能的正常进行要求膜脂质保持适宜的流动状 态。膜流动性改变将导致膜电位、离子通透性、跨膜物质运输、信号转导等一系列改变。老年动物及阿尔茨海 默氏病(AD) 患者脑神经细胞膜流动性显著降低, 主要与自由基增多引起的脂质过氧化反应、神经细胞钙平衡 失调有关, 此外, 还与其脑内神经元上的受体密度、β- 淀粉样蛋白沉积有关。促智药(吡咯烷酮类、人参皂 甙、银杏叶提取物EGb761) 能明显增强老年动物及AD 患者脑神经细胞膜的流动性。

:本文以野生猕猴为实验对象,以血清皮质 醇含量为指标,研究了野生猕猴 被捕获与给予氯丙嗪、Vc等药物后上述指标的变化。结果 表明:(1)野生猕猴在被捕获 后的1~2周内,血清皮质醇一直维持在一个高水平状态(24.7 8±0.20μg/dl,24.88 ±0.58μg/dl);(2)氯丙嗪可使动物行为处于一种安静状态, 但 并不降低血清皮质醇水 平(28.73±6.16μg/dl),(3)Vc可改善动物的精神状态,使血清 皮质醇略低(21.00 ±2.90μg/dl)(P>0.05),(4)氯丙嗪和Vc合用后,血清皮质 醇与单独使用氯丙嗪无明显 差异(28.07±4.45μg/dl)。

Automated Identification and in particular, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) promises to assist with the automation of mass customised production processes. RFID has long been used to gather a history or trace of part movements, but the use of it as an integral part of the control process is yet to be fully exploited. Such use places stringent demands on the quality of the sensor data and the method used to interpret that data. in particular, this paper focuses on the issue of correctly identifying, tracking and dealing with aggregated objects with the use of RFID. The presented approach is evaluated in the context of a laboratory manufacturing system that produces customised gift boxes. Copyright © 2005 IFAC.
