Diante das transformações econômicas e políticas que marcaram os anos 1990 no Brasil, em especial o Governo de Fernando Henrique Cardoso, o presente estudo busca abordar os principais fatores que levaram à mudança do papel do Estado na economia, à evolução da malha rodoviária como um dos principais avanços do período, bem como às concessões de rodovias realizadas, as quais se tornaram essenciais ao desenvolvimento da infraestrutura brasileira e ao escoamento da produção nacional, inseridos no contexto das privatizações

Controlador PID utilizando microcontrolador PIC

This monograph proposes the implementation of a low cost PID controller utilizing a PIC microcontroller, and its application in a positioning system previously controlled by a dedicated integrated circuit for a positioning system. Applying the closed-loop PID control, the system instability was reduced, and its response was smoother, eliminating vibrations and mechanical wear compared to its response with the dedicated integrated circuit, which has a very limited control action. The actuator of the system is a DC motor, whose speed is controlled by the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technique, using a Full-Bridge circuit, allowing the shift of direction of rotation. The utilized microcontroller was the PIC16F684, which has an enhanced PWM module, with its analog converters used as reference and position feedback. The positioning sensor is a multiturn potentiometer coupled to the motor axis by gears. The possibility of programming the PID coefficients in the microcontroller, as well as the adjustment of the sampling rate, allows the implemented system achieving high level of versatility

Ichthyofaunistic studies aims to broad the knowledge of composition, abundance and distribution of species in certain areas, and when possible, to infer patterns of distribution, as well as extrinsic factors that affect these patterns in space and time. The Paranapanema River suffers the impact of the construction of hydroelectric power plants in cascade system along its main channel, changing the characteristics of lotic to lentic and semi-lentic. These changes affect the entire biocenosis and the surroundings of the reservoir and, in particular, the fish fauna. In this context, the aim of this study was to characterize the fish assemblage in two lakes and stretches of the main channel, located near the outfall of the Paranapanema River, Jurumirim reservoir area, comparing them to their composition and structure, using ecological indices as tools. Fish were caught every three months from April 2011 to January 2013, using gill nets of various mesh openings in four stretches: Environment 1 - Calha Sete Ilhas, Environment 2 - Calha Poço da Pedra, Environment 3 - Lagoa Sete Ilhas and Environment 4 - Lagoa Poço de Pedra. After the capture, the specimens were identified and biometric analysis was performed (total and standard length weight). We captured 4,006 individuals belonging to four orders and 34 species, 31 native species and three non-native species. In abundance (n) and number of species (S), there was a predominance of Characiformes (57 %) followed by Siluriformes (31%). Overall, most of the species was constant concerning the frequency of capture. The five most representative species in abundance were Schizodon intermedius, Cyphocarax modestus, Pimelodus maculatus, Hoplosternum littorale and Serrasalmus maculatus, contributing with 60% of total individuals captured. Projeto mecânico de um modelo para túnel de vento e validação de seus componentes à partir de simulações em software de elementos finitos

The objective of this study was to develop a model that allows testing in the wind tunnel at high angles of attack and validates its most critical components by analyzing the results of simulations in finite element software. During the project this structure suffered major loads identified during the flight conditions and, from these, we calculated the stresses in critical regions defined as the parts of the model that have higher failure probabilities. All aspects associated with Load methods, mesh refining and stress analysis were taken into account in this approach. The selection of the analysis software was based on project needs, seeking greater ease of modeling and simulation. We opted for the software ANSYS® since the entire project is being developed in CAD platforms enabling a friendly integration between software's modeling and analysis

A formulação de uma corrente urbanística: uma (re)visita às teses de Anhaia Mello para São Paulo

The present article aims to elaborate an objective analytical panel, initially from the 1920- 1930 when Luiz Ignácio Romeiro de Anhaia Mello, cathedratic in the urban question, started to quote a series of authors and American plans as references to their reflections, mainly when the point was the verticalization or not at São Paulo City. From a broad bibliographic research with the systematization of the register from the debate between Anhaia Mello, this article intends to point out how the transposition of the urbanistic conceptions to the academic environment happened and, at the same time, the legal normatization of the São Paulo City that resulted in the creation of a draft of the regulations for use and occupation of the soil. The systematizations and analysis were based in a broad reading of the bibliography and documental sources that refer to the proposed theme. The books of the library of FAU-USP, specifically the one from SAGMACS – Sociedade de Análises Gráficas e Mecanográficas Aplicadas aos Complexos Sociais ( Society of Graphical Mechanical-Graphic Analysis Applied to Social Complexes) -, aiming to select papers and the collection of Anhaia Mello´s family, so that a reconstruction of the intellectual and professional journey of the Urbanism Professor. The systematization of the collected data and posterior comparison with the bibliographical study was fundamental for the reconstruction of the reflection of Anhaia Mello about the ways of the urban streets and roads at Sao Paulo City should be lead to on the middle of the XX century having as a guideline the debate between Anhaia Mello – very common on the 1950s for less important countries when dealing with the organization of the size of industrial metropolis. It was possible to identify the crystallization of one urbanistic proposal for the city: the from Anhaia Mello, that bet on the reversion of the metropolitan cycle by stopping the urban growth by the application of the theoretical conception of the garden city.

Lugar do imaginário do ver: diálogos a partir do espelho lacaniano

Lacan’s conception of the mirror stage involves a rich network of theoretical dialogues. Amidst this network, an idea of subject is drawn. The aim of this paper is to examine that idea, not inside Lacan’s work, but in the theoretical framework related to the theme under analysis. We are interested in situating certain methodological and anthropological aspects of the mirror stage in relation to its mediating theories. Our observations are focused on three authors: Wallon, Sartre and Merleau-Ponty. As early as in 1931, the first underlined the importance of the child’s experience in front of the mirror to study his/her psychogenesis. The second is considered a representative of a Cogito philosophy and, therefore, seems to serve as a counter-reference for the psychoanalyst. The third established a relation of mutual dialogue with Lacan, reinforcing the heuristic nature of confrontations between psychoanalysis and phenomenology.

Variabilidade de atributos físicos de um latossolo vermelho sob cultivo de cana-de-açúcar

The goal of this paper was to select among the attributes surveyed soil, one with better representation to explain the variability of the technological components of sugar cane. The study was conducted at ETH Eldorado Plant in Rio Brilhante, MS, in the agricultural year 2011/2012, in a Oxisol, which was installed a geostatistical grid for data collection of soil and plant, with 80 sampling points, a 80 ha area. From the standpoint of linear and spatial TCH has been explained as a function of volumetric moisture. The volumetric moisture collected at a depth of 0.00 to 0.20 m, which had values between 0,24 to 0,270 m(3) m(-3), resulted in sites with the highest productivity of sugar cane per hectare from 64 to 70 t ha(-1). To aid future studies aimed at precision agriculture, which will use the same attributes as those of the future works, the values of ranges of spatial dependence to be used should be between 81 and 487 meters.
