O estágio supervisionado na formação docente

The aim of this article is to study the supervised apprenticeship in a bachelor degree, more specifically the Literature and Language degree in São Paulo State University (UNESP), in Araraquara. Many students conclude their courses with no idea about what they’ll face in public schools. The reality has shown us that our bachelor degrees aren’t reaching their objectives. Looking for a theoretical support, it’s possible to infer this is not a recent problem, but an ancient one that has been discussed for a long time. In a wide context that involves the depreciation of bachelor degree, the aim of this article is to study the supervised apprenticeship in a bachelor degree, considering the opinion of the undergraduates, teachers from public school, who receive the undergraduates in their classroom and professors who are responsible for training them at the university. The supervised apprenticeship will receive more emphasis in the context it’s insert, with the intent of centralize the study in a very important part of the teacher training. Meanwhile, it’s the only responsible for the faults on pedagogical training of the teacher. It’s necessary to rethink the bachelor degree, not only as a project in the pedagogical area, but as responsibility of all the professors involved. Undergraduate a Language teacher is a project that must involve every area.

Educação para a sexualidade na formação de professores na modalidade de ensino a distância: a utilização de um objeto educacional

In inclusive school there are many students and some with disabilities. One of the dimensions of human development of all people's is the sexuality, although there are erroneous beliefs about the relationship sexuality and disability. Teachers must be prepared to deal with the sexuality of their students with disabilities in school, and proposals of education in the form of distance education has been an alternative to the training. This article relate an educational proposal for teachers, linked to a part of the activities undertaken in the discipline "Human Development and Family" on a course of specialization in Special Education in Distance Education mode. Describes an educational object named "Game: challenges and actions in school" , that presented four situations on behaviors involving sexuality of students: question about sexuality, masturbation in the classroom, dating from students and discrimination an obese colleague. In each one, there was potential actions to the teachers choose and, consequently, its unfolding. The choice of actions would lead to the end of a "teacher profile", offering reflections. Teachers reported positive unsolicited comments about the content of the game. It is concluded that the proposal is an important educational tool used in the Virtual Learning Environment that can assist in teacher training courses in sexuality education.

A formação do cidadão moderno: a seleção cultural para a escola primária nos manuais de Pedagogia (Brasil e Portugal, 1870–1920)

This article seeks to understand the production of the modern school in Brazil and Portugal at the turn of the 20th century. The analysis falls on the pedagogical knowledge constituted around school programs disseminated in pedagogical manuals at the Normal Schools in Brazil and Portugal. The study uses three teacher training manuals as source of information: Curso pratico de pedagogia destinado aos alunos-mestres das escholas normaes primarias e aos instituidores em exercício (1874), by Mr. Daligault; Elementos de Pedagogia para servirem de guia aos candidatos ao magistério primário (1870), by José Maria da Graça Affreixo and Henrique Freire; and Lições de metodologia (1920), by Bernardino da Fonseca Lage.

Introdução à pesquisa com sequências didáticas na formação continuada online de professores de ciências

The integration of research in teaching practices assumes increasing importance and complexity in education. One aspect involved in this issue and poorly investigated is the training of teachers for the development of research linked with their practices. In this context, we present a training for research developed on a distance-learning course in the Science Teaching, which involves the design, implementation and analysis of didactic sequences: the Study Guide to the Initiation of the Term Paper (SGITP). Our research goal is to present a training proposal produced from the results collected from a survey of the literature of the area, and to investigate its application and its results in the teachers' continuing education program. Using data extracted from the production of students and tutors, we concluded that SGITP had a good acceptance among them and it was positively evaluated by teachers, in addition to promoting a greater understanding of research.

This research aimed to investigate, to describe and to reflect on the initial and continuous training playful preschool teachers and their applicability in daily practice. Through a literature search on the official documents and playfulness in the formation of the pedagogue, we see the importance of the uses of games and toys in kindergarten. Therefore, a retrospective of early childhood education and teacher training were conducted by analyzing the knowledge necessary to professor of playing in kindergarten. In order to collect data in the field were used as instruments to direct observation of everyday practice of the teacher and a questionnaire to see if the teachers' planning the use of toys and games, times and spaces intended for recreational actions are recorded and are ensured. With these investigative actions, from the descriptive and interpretative analysis of the data can be verified as occurred playful teacher education early childhood education and its importance in recreational use in the classroom every day

A educação ambiental na formação de pedagogos de uma universidade publicado Estado de São Paulo

This study aimed to understand environmental education in the training of teachers of one pedagogy course at a public university in the state of São Paulo. To answer this question, an exploratory research was conducted, in which a study field, by the techniques of semistructured interviews and documentary analysis, provided the data for analysis. Important to highlight theoretical and methodological foundations of Historical-Dialectical Materialism and Historical-Critical Pedagogy that guided the study. With the results analyzed, we say that environmental education in the studied pedagogy course is minimal and, when it appears, enhances conservation and care with the environment perspectives, without considering the causes of environmental degradation: the way to produce life in capitalist society. In this sense, it is necessary for a consistent formation of the teacher in environmental education to advance the knowledge of this field directly related to education. For the inclusion of environmental education in school education, it is necessary that their knowledge to be considered in education, especially in the training of teachers. Therefore, the data collected and analyzed in this study may contribute to the formation of teachers to understand that environmental education in their training has not been established with the importance and the quality that the social and environmental problems require, with no place along the undergraduation, a condition that needs to be changed to teacher develop a transformative environmental educational practice at school

Implicações de um programa de formação continuada na formação e atuação de professores de educação física atuantes no ciclo I

This work focused on research a course of continuing education for teachers of Physical Education, offered in a city of São Paulo in 2013. Adopting as a benchmark analysis of models of continuing education in teaching, investigative question that guided this study was: what are the implications of this formative process in the formation and performance of the participating teachers?. With this guiding question, four were the objectives we seek to respond to this analysis: first identify the profile of teachers as well as the participation and involvement of the same course developed; 2 map and analyze the manifestations of teachers throughout the course; 3 reflect on the role of teachers in relation to approaches and/or distances with the common physical education curriculum proposed by the municipality; 4 identify and analyze the reflections on the course conducted. The methodological approach was qualitative and eighteen participants were teachers of a school system in a city of São Paulo, active in cycle I (1 to 5 years) of primary school. Data collection was carried out in two phases, with the participants in the first stage seventeen teachers and three teachers in the second stage that in addition to acting in the cycle I also actively participated in the course. Data were obtained in phase one using a diagnostic interview recorded on voice recorder and transcripts of observations and recorded in video and voice recorder from sixteen meetings of the continuing education course conducted in 2013 and phase two included the observation of classes teachers in the 2nd half of 2013, ending with a final interview. Demonstrations of physical education teachers in the course, as well as the situations observed and interviews indicated that on the profile of teachers are in the age range 30-58 years to serve at least five years in schools and most (10) does not work elsewhere. Indústria de base: um olhar humano sobre a formação do jogador de futebol

O presente trabalho busca trazer um olhar mais humano para a formação de jovens jogadores de futebol. A carreira é uma das mais almejadas pelas crianças em um país onde a educação primária ainda é deficitária. Soma-se isso à cultura enraizada na parte massiva da população de que estudar não é substancial. Deslumbrados pela fama e a importância dos jogadores profissionais, evidenciadas pela mídia esportiva e presentes na sociedade brasileira, estes garotos passam a buscar o mesmo para si, sem saber dos riscos e dificuldades que a carreira pode oferecer. Muitos deles esquecem-se da vida escolar e, caso não tenham sucesso na carreira profissional futebolística - o que acontece com a maioria, correm sérios riscos de ficarem marginalizados perante a sociedade. Este trabalho busca mostrar a visão de jovens que já estiveram envolvidos no universo das categorias de base do futebol e não prosseguiram no esporte, mas souberam priorizar os estudos e ter uma profissão alternativa. Formação inicial docente: o estágio como espaço de aprendizagens

The study presented here aimed to understand how the traineeship supervisor can act for this moment to be a valuable learning for future teachers, with a view to her operations to expand the knowledge of students. For this, we analyzed the pedagogical actions that occurred during the supervised training of a pedagogy course at a public university situated in the state of Paraná, Brazil. Supported in qualitative research this investigation shows that the supervisory actions, in the view of interns, favored teacher education: respect for the supervisor to people; her orientation to the importance of reflecting on aspects recognized as negative, her help in the preparation of interdisciplinary lesson plan and the need for a flexible lesson plan; her presence in moments of interventions; feedback given and appreciation of the role of the educator in the teaching / learning.

Análise das matrizes sobre associativismo civil norteadoras da formação de trabalhadores para Ongs

This article presents research that aimed to discuss the theoretical frameworks about civil associativism prescribed by the trainers of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) workers. The requirements for civil associations made by trainers were analyzed based on two data and reference categories, named empirical and analytical. The empirical categories emerged from the data collected by means of interviews with trainers and also examining the documents that guided the course. The analytical categories were constructed from the literature review on the approaches of civil associations, which are: North American Third Sector Approach; Critical Approach to the Third Sector and Social Local Development (DSL in the Portuguese acronym). The study presents indications that could support the development of other research on the topic and, mainly academic knowledge for further development of new training processes for NGO workers.
