Análise de um processo de estudo de semelhança

Trata de uma investigação de um processo de estudo de semelhança de figuras realizado por uma comunidade de estudo, em uma turma do ensino médio de uma escola da rede pública estadual da periferia de Belém, buscando responder se as atividades desenvolvidas pelos alunos em sala de aula caracterizam uma atividade matemática a luz da teoria da transposição didática de Yves Chevallard. Isso é realizado por meio de atividades colaborativas, em que busca identificar os movimentos dos saberes matemáticos evocados pelos alunos na construção do conceito de semelhança. A pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa, numa abordagem etnográfica adaptada à educação, segundo Lüdke e André. As análises mostram que as atividades realizadas promovem um fazer matemático e, portanto, uma atividade matemática, por meio dos saberes evocados e as articulações estabelecidas na construção de modelos para a compreensão pelos alunos do conceito de semelhança. São destacadas as dificuldades como elementos importantes na identificação de saberes e articulações destes, bem como a comunidade de estudo colaborativo como facilitador do processo de estudo.

A matemática do sensível pelas mãos do artesão: marcas da aprendizagem matemática e da cultura material dos ceramistas de Icoaraci

Esta tese aborda a discussão a respeito do raciocínio matemático manifestado no saber/ fazer dos artesãos ceramistas do Distrito Municipal de Icoaraci (Belém/ PA), visando o entendimento cognitivo e cultural desta prática, para abstrair contribuições à educação matemática – área de conhecimento na qual se inscreve, especialmente no âmbito da educação matemática. Trabalhado essa última, a tese analisa a realidade dos sujeitos mediante a Teoria dos Campos Conceituais, do educador matemático Gérard Vergnaud, que desenvolve estudos na linha construtivista, do psicólogo da educação Jean Piaget, possibilitando abordar na prática cotidiana do artesão, seus Campos Conceituais, a possibilidade ou não da existência de teoremas e conceitos-em-ato, fato esse que irá constatar ou não a essência ou „matematicidade‟ dos estudos educacionais matemáticos trabalhados por etnomatemáticos, pedagogos, especialistas de modelagem matemática, sociólogos e arqueólogos matemáticos. A epistemologia da educação matemática, disciplina filosófica, surge norteando esse entendimento sobre o raciocínio matemático, através da matemática do sensível, que acha origens na antiguidade grega, através dos ideários pitagórico, platônico e aristotélico, estendendo essa visão à matemática do mundo presente. Assim, a tese procura explicitar a manifestação de um raciocínio matemático por parte do artesão, que no seu fazer predominantemente não conhece e/ ou não utiliza a matemática acadêmica ou formal, como comprovado em outros estudos. Essa presença ou não de entendimentos matemáticos será constatada através de abordagem etnográfica e qualitativa, sob o enfoque fenomenológico, utilizando técnicas de observação, anotações de campo, inventário cultural e entrevistas, no intuito de analisar as representações existentes em suas obras e o fazer/ pensar manifestados nessa produção.

A dimensão pulsional do sensível: elaborações acerca da percepção em Renaud Barbaras

In this paper, we analyze the theoretical work of Renaud Barbaras, departing from his proposal to highlight and develop the potential of Husserl's theory of perception, based on the doctrine of perceptive donation according to profiles. We mainly focused on his work entitled Desire and distance: introduction to a phenomenology of perception. We underline the description, operated by the author, about the vital movement as desire and the characterization of the subject of the perception as living. In this condition, the formulation about the priority of a dimension emerges, qualified by Barbaras as pulsion towards the objectifying dimension of classical epistemology in the subject-object relation. We indicate that, according to the author, these rearrangements entail the need to consider the body, perception and movement based on the category of life.

Análise preliminar para a estimativa da perda de calor sensível de um fluido homogêneo térmico em um reservatório de geometria cilindrica

This work analyzed the loss of sensible heat from one fluid to be considered homogeneous heat distribution on a thermal reservoir with cylindrical geometries composite insulating layers. We studied two thermal reservoirs with a volume of 20 liters, and the first has a layer thickness of 75 mm of expanding polyurethane foam wrapped in the polycarbonate container and the second container has only layer thickness of 5 mm of polycarbonate, as insulation of fluid of the external environment. The experimental results are compared with theoretical results obtained through a calculation script, displayed and detailed during the work development, from the theory of energy balance. The maximum error introduced between the theoretical and experimental results were 3.5% and 1.4% respectively for the Boilers with or without a polyurethane coating

Percepção e impercepção: a experiência sensível na tradição fenomenológica

In this paper, we circumscribe a domain of theoretical research on the combination dynamics between the dimensions of presence and absence, visibility and invisibility, which emerges in the phenomenology of perception as an essential trait which marks both our experience of the perceived world and our subjective and intersubjective experience. We prioritize a theoretical axis that integrates Edmund Husserl and Maurice Merleau-Ponty’s thinking into Renaud Barbaras’ recent contributions. To this philosophical framework, we link contributions especially of psychology, outlining the circular movement observed between the phenomenology of perception and phenomenological psychology, Gestalt psychology, psychoanalysis, cognitive sciences and neurosciences.
