Para quem não sabe amar, fica esperando alguém, que caiba no seu sonho: uma leitura psicanalítica da obra musical de Cazuza

Este trabalho consistiu em um exercício de interpretação psicanalítica da obra musical de Cazuza. Dividida em três períodos: Barão Vermelho, carreira solo e carreira solo sob o signo da AIDS. Buscou-se uma escuta, na qual o intérprete está implicado na produção de um novo sentido. Desse modo, utilizou-se a proposta metodológica da psicanálise implicada, buscando-se aproximações entre a psicanálise e a arte poética, explorando nesse entrelaçamento, a dimensão do desamparo (Hilflosigkeit), do excesso como soluções que reparam os efeitos da castração, como se se tratasse de um defeito na constituição narcísica e, finalmente, a finitude, que para Cazuza anunciou-se antecipadamente, impondo a ele um novo modo de pensar e lidar com o fim. Levou-se em conta que Freud, em seus textos sobre arte, admite que ela, tal qual os sonhos e chistes, é projeção do inconsciente e que posteriormente a concebe dentro dos limites da “compulsão à repetição” do “eterno retorno do mesmo” como uma subjetividade regida para além do principio do prazer. Por fim, encontra-se que o “Eu Lírico” do poeta aponta para a falta absoluta de solução para condição humana diante de sua fragilidade, para o lugar do vazio da significação do próprio ser e de sua existência.

Psicanálise, antropologia e alteridade: apontamentos para um debate

Este trabalho trata da temática da alteridade, tomando-a como mote para um diálogo entre a psicanálise e a antropologia. Neste sentido, a partir de uma incursão pela noção de estrangeiro na obra de Freud, enfatiza a ideia de que a diferença imposta pelo inconsciente é dona de uma narrativa e de uma temporalidade particulares que se recusam a obedecer aos ditames do pensamento representacional. Em decorrência disto, a estranheza e a negatividade do encontro analítico aparecem como lugares do possível, ampliando o conceito de alteridade e as capacidades da interpretação, agora um meio-termo entre a produção de sentido e a experiência do vazio. Eis a lição da não lição proposta por este inquietante outro do inconsciente à antropologia e, em maior escala, às ciências sociais: admitir a possibilidade do sentido, mas não necessariamente o seu encerramento, fornecendo assim uma expressão menos comprometida a um estrangeiro agora irredutível a códigos preestabelecidos.

O tratamento dado pelos manuais à questão do método torna ausentes caracterizações de natureza ontológica, gnoseológica, epistemológica e antropológica. Em concreto, isso significa um esvaziamento da Sociologia como empreendimento (científico) total. É algo cujo sinal mais evidente é dado pela redução da ciência ao método. Rigorosamente, tal redução implica uma sobrevaloração do método e acarreta uma verdadeira desvaloração da Sociologia como investimento com intencionalidade científica.

This article aims to follow the routes of this poetry in terms of its poetic and linguistic procedures, of giving shape to its critical point of view on poetry itself and on the fears and edges of humanity.

The dimensions of the emptiness, of the about and the nothing, are here under investigation as a style of expression that builds the structure of the poem. The utopian response to these themes could be in the deviation of the effortless by a refusal gesture of the language that mimetically works the paths of a style that refuses the easy way of making poetry itself.

Drug addictions and sexual violence in childhood and adolescence: analyzing life stories

The sexual abuse suffered in childhood and adolescence, in addition to damage to physical and psychological health of the victim, is considered as an important risk factor for alcohol and drugs addiction, development of psychopathology and psychosocial damage in adulthood. In addition to the pain and humiliation that are submitted by the abuse, children and adolescents also experience shame and guilt which require them to adopt coping strategies to endure those feelings. The use of psychoactive substances is a recognized way of dealing with the pains of living. This work, which is of narrative style, analyses and discusses, through five case reports, chemical dependency as a result of sexual abuse suffered in childhood and/or adolescence. The eight subjects in this study are male and have suffered sexual violence in this age period of life. Their ages range from 23 years to 39 years, and all are admitted to a therapeutic community in a city in the interior of Sao Paulo state, in Brazil, for treatment of chemical dependency, being met by the Department of Psychology. The reasons for the choice of the participants for treatment modality for patients are: difficult to stop using drugs, even unwilling to take it, they have easy access to it; the feeling of losing control over their lives; by successive losses as a result of drug use, and for fear that their lives had a tragic ending. With the exception of two participants, the others do not classify that as a child suffered sexual violence. However, all attribute that facilitated their entry into the world of drugs. Seven participants experienced such violence in childhood (between 7 years and 9 years) and adolescence (age 14). The attackers were people closed to the victims—in the case of two victims, their families, with the exception of one participant who was raped by a stranger. Six participants declared themselves as homosexual. Another participant does not claim to be homosexual, but presents difficulties in terms of sexuality. Two participants are HIV positive. The start of psychoactive substances use occurred during adolescence (12 years to 17 years). The participants see drugs as an anesthetic to the pain of the soul, a way to get pleasure, but they get charged expensively, as it increases the feeling of emptiness, guilt, helplessness, worthlessness and hopelessness. Although participants have sought help to deal with addiction, it is noted that throughout the life course the issue of sexual violence was not treated. It was noted that the patients have a double stigma in society: the issue of drugs addiction and the orientation of sexual desire, because the majority of participants are homosexual. The results reinforce the need for effective action geared to accommodate the victims of sexual violence and effective preventive measures to prevent children and adolescents from being abused.

Reflexões sobre o estabelecimento de vínculos afetivos interpessoais na atualidade

In studies about the subjectivation process in contemporaneity and the social context in which one is inserted nowadays, the contemporary world is often characterized by the ascension of the narcissism – or individualism – and consumerism as a baseline to all other recent changes. The excessive valorization of aesthetics; the influence of media and marketing and the culture of image; the loss of the “inner side” and inter-human interchanges; against the exacerbation of the superficial and external, appear as essential transformations to the new configuration of the so called “post-modern” subjectivation process, privileged and reinforced by capitalist society. Next to them, exists an individual discontent – a malaise in the individual’s life – usually associated to an interior emptiness and general dissatisfaction in face of idealizations and self-esteem fluctuations. This work tries to understand how individuals establish affective bonds and social relationships in this contemporary context, connecting the contemporary context and relevant concepts to this study, including the idea of romantic love, narcissism and the “state of helplessness” in psychoanalysis, subject’s development and a parallel discussion with social-historical texts. The study, of a theoretical character, is located in the intersection between "individual" and "society" – a subjectivity, therefore, formed internally, within the individual, and submitted directly to social influence – and analyzes the determinants and influences that they exert upon one and another, based on critical-reflective readings and textual analysis of works in the fields of sociology, psychosociology and psychoanalysis.
