Introdução à disciplina desenvolvimento de software para web

O professor inicia-se esta videoaula fazendo uma apresentação pessoal. Logo após, informa algumas informações referentes à disciplina, que foca no contexto de aplicação para web (abordagem cliente – servidor). As tecnologias citadas são a linguagem Java, servidor Tomcat e banco de dados MySQL. São mencionadas as tarefas que devem ser executadas pelos alunos de modo a dar continuidade à disciplina.

Desenvolvimento de software na Ad Infinitum Business

Este relatório tem como objetivo apresentar e descrever alguns projetos realizados, metodologias utilizadas e toda a experiência que adquiri durante o meu estágio curricular para finalizar o curso de Mestrado em Engenharia Informática da Universidade da Madeira. O principal objetivo deste estágio foi experienciar um ambiente empresarial e ganhar alguma experiência profissional, algo que é bastante requisitado no mercado de trabalho nos dias de hoje. Neste relatório estão referenciadas algumas das responsabilidades que me foram atribuídas, como a liderança de uma equipa e a apresentação de algumas soluções para certos problemas técnicos, bem como a implementação das mesmas. Serão também caracterizadas e criticadas algumas decisões, procedimentos e metodologias utilizadas pela empresa que afetaram de certa forma o desenvolvimento de software de um ponto de vista geral e o próprio sucesso da empresa. Este relatório poderá servir de exemplo, não só para soluções para um problema técnico semelhante aos que aqui apresentei, mas também demonstrar o resultado de certos procedimentos e metodologias utilizadas na empresa no desenvolvimento de software.

Desenvolvimento de um modelo de gestão do conhecimento para a melhoria do processo de desenvolvimento de produtos

The knowledge management has received major attention from product designers because many of the activities within this process have to be creative and, therefore, they depend basically on the knowledge of the people who are involved in the process. Moreover, Product Development Process (PDP) is one of the activities in which knowledge management manifests in the most critical form once it had the intense application of the knowledge. As a consequence, this thesis analyzes the knowledge management aiming to improve the PDP and it also proposes a theoretical model of knowledge management. This model uses five steps (creation, maintenance, dissemination, utilization and discard) through the verification of the occurrence of four types of knowledge conversion (socialization, externalization, combination and internalization) that it will improve the knowledge management in this process. The intellectual capital in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) managed efficiently and with the participation of all employees has become the mechanism of the creation and transference processes of knowledge, supporting and, consequently, improving the PDP. The expected results are an effective and efficient application of the proposed model for the creation of the knowledge base within an organization (organizational memory) aiming a better performance of the PDP. In this way, it was carried out an extensive analysis of the knowledge management (instrument of qualitative and subjective evaluation) within the Design department of a Brazilian company (SEBRAE/RN). This analysis aimed to know the state-of-the-art of the Design department regarding the use of knowledge management. This step was important in order to evaluate in the level of the evolution of the department related to the practical use of knowledge management before implementing the proposed theoretical model and its methodology. At the end of this work, based on the results of the diagnosis, a knowledge management system is suggested to facilitate the knowledge sharing within the organization, in order words, the Design department

Práticas discursivas de regulamentação e liberdade no processo de desenvolvimento profissional: a constituição de subjetividades de professores na Revista Nova Escola

This present thesis has the object to study the discursive constitution the teacher s subjectivities of practice permeating the sections of the magazine Nova Escola between the years 2000-2005. Problematizes how the teacher s subjectivities are produced facing the discourse of truth, which effects establishes a program for autonomist professional development in a perspective of neo-liberal governmentality. Then from this uneasiness arises some requisite questions: in the new century how teacher s subjectivities are discursively produced in magazine s sections Nova Escola during those five years of governmentality? In which perspective the discourses throughout government documents in related with professional development reflect in the linguistic-discursive repertories adopted by Nova Escola? How the experts belonging to the cadre from and/or guests from the magazine, seeking equip discursive the teacher s subjectivities for the XXI Century? Therefore, this paper objective is to examine the linguistics strategies used to produce these subjectivities at magazine s sections, what it admittedly teaches another method how to be teacher; and also it analyzes the discursive practices that compound and set boundaries to the autonomist professional development proposed by sections the magazine; describe technologies used by experts to equip and conduct of conduct the teacher to govern the self. This research is inserted theoretically in the field of Applied Linguistis, to the Cultural Studies and about the contribution of Michel Foucault s theories and methodologically in the perspective discursive interpretative. The results seek to show that the teacher s subjectivities are produced by many technologies of the self, traversed by government discourses and ratified by discursive practices of the magazine s experts. That discourse, without any oppressing or authoritarian connotation, opens space for practice of Freedom and self guiding to both constitute the subjectivity process of the teacher in the XXI Century s path
