He is now foreman for McArthur Bros. and used to be the foreman for Burton Bros. He says that he will be in St. Catharines and will call and see Mr. Woodruff, Feb. 19, 1880.

He says he will send 2 men and pay their expenses. He also says that he would not like to appear in court against Burton, but if Mr. Woodruff cannot prove his claim, then Mr. Thompson will appear, July 26, 1880.
