Sorôco, sua mãe, sua filha, entre memórias

Este trabalho, ao analisar Sorôco, sua mãe, sua filha, conto de João Guimarães Rosa, procura demarcar, nos limites da leitura que realiza dessa narrativa de Rosa, o percurso das investigações semióticas nos últimos vinte anos, com o intuito de avaliar como essa metodologia transferiu suas preocupações, antes, atentas ao nívelnarrativo, à ação de uma narrativa, para as paixões que envolvem e movimentam, no nível discursivo, essa mesma ação narrativa. Palavras-chave: Semiótica; narrativa; narrador; ação; paixão; discurso.   

A paideia machadiana nas Memórias póstumas: de Aquiles a Brás Cubas

No presente estudo, são analisadas as alusões ao herói mitológico Aquiles, da Ilíada, de Homero, enfocando o diálogo intertextual construído por Machado com a epopéia clássica, em Memórias póstumas de Brás Cubas, a fim de realizar uma desautomatização do processo de leitura, como um processo de educação, chamado pelos gregos de Paidéia.

História da educação e literatura: possibilidades de relações

In the last decades of the 20th Century, the History of the Education, as well as that of Mathematical Education have used the background of the New History and Cultural History. It has changed its objects, methods and sources. Despite the diversification of sources, some of them have still not been used systematically in research. This is the situation with regard to fiction texts. According to Lajolo (1997), literature is the radar and mirror of the values, emotions, feelings and point of view of societies. Therefore we can pose questions to literary texts to seek historical narratives. In this paper, parts of the literary texts Novelas Paulistanas and Memórias de um Sargento de Milícias have led us to historical research in secondary sources. We aim to contribute to understanding of the Brazilian Empire's process of school education, in Rio de Janeiro, and of the FirstRepublic's educational process, in São Paulo.

A imagem do professor na literatura brasileira: uma análise histórica

O presente trabalho constitui uma tentativa de traçar os caminhos do magistério no plano real/histórico através do resgate da imagem dos docentes retratados na literatura brasileira, além de auxiliar alunos e professores de cursos de licenciatura a entender melhor os processos históricos. Ao longo de nossa história diversos escritores se propuseram a retratar o professor em suas obras, tais como: Machado de Assis (1840), com Conto de Escola, Raul Dávila Pompéia (1888) em O Ateneu, Oswald de Andrade (1926) em Memórias Sentimentais de João Miramar, Sylvia Orthof (1980) com a crônica Bicho Carpinteiro, Ziraldo (1995) em Uma professora muito Maluquinha e Thalita Rebouças (2006), em Fala sério, Professor! E é a partir dessas obras que ocorre uma reflexão sobre a imagem que os profissionais da educação transmitem/transmitiram para a sociedade, através do olhar dos artistas literários. Além de influenciar a visão daqueles que lêem suas obras, os escritores transpõem em seus textos elementos que nos permitem reviver o paradigma por eles vivenciado, fazendo da literatura um instrumento para o resgate da história.

Julia Franck: tradução de contos da escritora alemã e o uso de memórias de tradução

The objective of this project is to present a literary translation from three short stories of German contemporary writer Julia Franck into Portuguese. The selected short stories are “Bäuchlings”, “Zugfahrt” e “Streuselschnecke” from the book Bauchlandung: Geschichten zum Anfassen (2008). In this project, I present also a small overview about assisted translation tools, including the Translation Memories, and their use by some translators and my experience as a novice user of this tool and the creation of a German-Portuguese glossary based on the translated short stories

A relação professor-aluno: uma discussão a partir das memórias, da configuração da escola e das teorias pedagógicas

Para iniciar a escrita do TCC, foi elaborado um memorial onde resgato memórias de minha infância, meu ingresso na escola, até os dias de hoje, no intuito de falar da influência que a relação professor-aluno teve em minha formação. Dessa forma, observei a força dessas memórias. No diálogo com Benjamin, discuto a importância da escrita do memorial e do registro de nossa história. Num segundo momento investigo a configuração da escola e as diferentes tendências pedagógicas para, a partir de diferentes teóricos, compreender como é concebida a relação professoraluno na escola. Valendo-me da literatura analiso alguns contos onde autores consagrados falam de suas lembranças na relação com seus mestres ou professores. Assim, procurei estabelecer um diálogo entre minha história pessoal com autores teóricos que tratam da configuração da escola e das tendências pedagógicas e, outros do campo da literatura. Por fim, apresento conclusões e sugestões para se pensar na relação professor-aluno, na sala de aula, a partir da reciprocidade.

Cristo si è fermato a Eboli, de Carlo Levi e Francesco Rosi: memórias da cor de olhos tristes

As a hybrid genre, the narrative of Carlo Levi is an objective account and subjective elaboration that are equalized in a literary form. Written between 1943 and 1944, the book evokes with an atmosphere of memoir the period of 1935 and 1936, the writer’s exile. The film based on the narration fragmentizes the daily life of the problematic region and highlights the truth aimed by the discourses composed in times of crises, reinforced by action and expression without provincialism and also without a compensating aristocratic pose. It is possible to see some incapacity of the film by Rosi, natural to a certain degree, to translate the synthesis of literary treatment and socio-historical reflection. For this reason it is necessary to read the adaptation as an attitude about the literary matter and the result of historical experience. The memoir character relies on the artifice that makes good use of the book’s opening, the author’s short monologue, its narrative frame. A relação afetiva com a leitura: memórias de professores

In the area of humanities, especially in Literature, can cause estrangement that perform research related to the creation of the database. It can imagine at first that tries to bring complex concepts such as "literature", "reading" and "literacy" to quantifications. However, it should be noted that the formation of these banks can contribute to the consolidation of research networks, with consequent exchange of information and references, including researchers from different and distant regions of country. Precisely because of this diverse spatiality, providing that the Federation units realize their research capacities and performance in certain areas brings significant elements for the advancement of scientific and cultural. In the case of this research aimed to briefly describe some clues about memories of reading teachers in the Literature, the region known as Norte Pioneiro, of Paraná State and the neighboring region with that, demarcated by the counties between Assis and Ourinhos from São Paulo State, enrolled in a specialized course, to contemplate works of juvenile literature.
