Valoración de Empresas-ARES Bilbao SLU

En el presente trabajo se va a proceder al análisis del valor de la empresa ARES BILBAO S.LU., empresa vasca del sector transporte. Primero se presentará la empresa, el equipo valorador, el enfoque utilizado y la fecha del informe de la valoración. A continuación, se analizará el entorno de la empresa, tanto el general como el específico. Los factores externos y su evolución son decisivos para el devenir de la empresa. Una vez analizado el entorno de la empresa, a través del análisis interno se dará a conocer cómo opera la empresa en dicho entorno. Se detallará el modelo de negocio y la estructura de la empresa a través del análisis patrimonial y económico-financiero. Se analizarán las políticas estratégicas de la empresa para el corto plazo, para poder estimar resultados futuros. Estas políticas decidirán las previsiones realizadas. Con toda la información analizada y bajo las hipótesis planteadas, se procederá al cálculo del valor de la empresa a través de varios métodos, contrastando los resultados obtenidos. Por último, se expondrán las conclusiones obtenidas en cada uno de los apartados del análisis de valoración.

The patents in the introduction of reinforced concrete in Spain: "Alhondiga de Bilbao" case study

Reinforced concrete structures are introduced in Spain mainly by French influence. This happens in the late nineteenth century, following the scheme operating through proprietary systems prevailing in Europe. Systems initially have poor scientific support reaching, even early twentieth century, an impediment to the development of concrete structures, due to the lack of knowledge shown, as well as due to a series of accidents. Therefore, from the end of the first decade of the past century are enacted a series of regulations in many countries, that will change the design and calculation of reinforced concrete structure. The knowledge of the environment of the patent systems, its beginnings and the circumstances of their application allow us to understand the constraints of the early concrete structures, as presented in the Bilbao wine store (1906).

Análisis económico-financiero del sector hotelero en el País Vasco: comparativa entre San Sebastián y Bilbao.

El siguiente trabajo recoge el estudio del sector hotelero en España, País Vasco, San Sebastián y Bilbao, así como un análisis económico-financiero de 6 hoteles de entre 4 y 5 estrellas, la mitad de los hoteles se sitúan en la ciudad donostiarra y la otra mitad están en Bilbao.

The scientific legacy of the "Instituto Eduardo Torroja" in Bilbao (1960-1980)

By means of this analysis, we have endeavored to evaluate and understand both the influence that the IETcc started to bear on scientific progress in Bilbao, mainly during the 1960s and the 1970s, as well as the determined efforts of the local financial and industrial elite of the time to transform Bilbao into the great metropolis of the north, i.e. the economic capital of that part of Spain, using as a model, among other metropolises, New York, the financial capital of America, and Pittsburg, the industrial capital. The various means to accomplish this have been studied: from the institutions of investigation, exposition and information which would initiate the longed for scientific progress, to the pathways for reproducing the fascinating American way.

Poblaciones urbanas de anfibios y reptiles de Bilbao: inventario y estudio del estado de salud de Podarcis muralis

Se realizó un inventariado de las poblaciones urbanas de reptiles y anfibios de la ciudad de Bilbao. Posteriormente, se eligió una especie adecuada ("Podarcis muralis") para analizar su estado de salud y compararlo con el de poblaciones no urbanas. El trabajo está escrito en castellano.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo conhecer os efeitos da ingestão de lagartas da soja infectadas com B. anticarsia pelo predador Podisus nigrispinus, avaliando-se os parâmetros biológicos de cada inseto.

Women's contribution to literature is no arbitrary or artificial distinction. However much the reformer may welcome, or the conservative lament, the growth of a harmonious sharing of ideals between men and women, that growth has been a hard-fought struggle. It has been an escape from a prison, which, when it did not entirely shut out the greater world, at least enclosed a little world of education meant for women, literature adapted to the supposed limitations of their intellect, and a course of action prescribed by the other sex. To show how the literary efforts of women developed and justified their claims to free activity is the purpose of this thesis.
