O projeto em questão trata-se da tentativa de criar um outro tipo de cidade dentro da cidade já estabelecida. Uma cidade em maior sintonia com a escala humana, que possibilite outras formas de vivência no espaço urbano. Uma cidade que valorize o meio ambiente e as relações humanas possíveis com ele, excluindo as possibiidades de degradação mútua. Um projeto de cidade que num primeiro momento pode dar a impressão parecer-se com uma ilha no oceano ou um oásis no deserto, mas que tem a possíbilidade de se expandir por suas características físicas e pelos próprios vetores que o ambiente e a antiga cidade proporcionam.No caso deste projeto seus vetores são a princípio o rio, as áreas industriais vazias ou subutilizadas e também seus equipamentos de mobilidade urbana

In this study we discuss a range of topics related to urban development from the perspective of connection points between the existence of the individual subjects’ lives. In this connection we identified the signs that express an articulation among subjectivity processes and conditions for interference in the real world, relying on circumscribed remarks about spatial configurations and its uses. This way, the substance of our research is structured upon the concept of fashion brands operating new dynamics of urban lifestyles, a strengthened reliance on the physical body’s appearance and the profusion of a supposed “I”, presented as a spectacle. Taking these assertions as new “trends” on building view-points and contemporary cities, we discuss the implications of these currents on how people gather and organize themselves in the urban landscape, making an effort to comprehend how these vogues reverberate on the (re)production of increasingly segregated cities

O projeto busca intervir em uma região da cidade de Osasco (Região Metropolitana de Grande São Paulo), que é cortada pelo Rio Tietê, onde o rio acaba por criar uma grande barreira física. Esta barreira, apesar da existência de pontes no local, até hoje não conseguiu ser vencida urbanisticamente, ou seja, a cidade não conseguiu se integrar ao rio. O fato de essa região ser reduto de indústrias, em boa parte abandonadas, somados a poluição do rio, gera um cenário urbano degradado e faz com que a barreira que divide a cidade em duas partes seja maior. O Plano Diretor da cidade já aponta a necessidade de uma revitalização nessa área. A prefeitura da cidade vem desenvolvendo um projeto de revitalização de parte dessa área e ligando os dois lados. Porém essa ligação ainda dá traços de privilegiar mais o automóvel do que o pedestre, até mesmo pela largura considerável do rio nessa região. Nesse ponto, a proposta deste trabalho está em criar um elo de ligação entre as duas margens do rio, de maneira a integrá-lo a cidade e aos cidadãos. Essa integração deve ser segura, pois assaltos são freqüentes nas passarelas dessa região. Também deve apresentar um caráter estético satisfatório e que se encaixe na paisagem. Busca-se também a revitalização da área, com substituição das fábricas e galpões abandonados, por residências, serviços e comércio, assim criando uma nova dinâmica. Então, este trabalho aponta para a criação de um EDIFICIO-PONTE, como tentativa de solucionar o problema dessa ligação (ou falta dela), com segurança, qualidade urbanística, ampliação da dinâmica local, fluxo de pessoas, além de ser um desafio projetual de arquitetura, já que não são tão comuns os edifícios-ponte

This project is about a book-report, which will discuss the Augusta Street in São Paulo, a place emblematic of the city, one of its biggest and most famous streets and that has been the scene of several transformations of the country. From the heady days of Jovem Guarda to the decadence of the inferninhos locus of prostitution and drugs. Currently the route passes through a dubious process of revitalization. Then comes the question of when life ceased to exist in Augusta and the desire to capture in words the transitory moment what is happening in this street. When you scroll through 3 km of the street you want to be seen as a flaneur, the two Augusta, one which lives on day and another whose life begins at night. Down the hills, draw a profile of one extraordinary street and lay bare the contradictions that make Augusta a two-way street

There are obvious changes that occur within the cities, experienced in synthesis for the degradation of the environment and especially the worsening quality of life. Even small cities, began to exhibit characteristics typical of an atmospheric climate. Thus, it becomes natural to analyze the characteristics of these spaces, unlike the medium and large cities, provide a detailed analysis of the peculiarities of intra-urban space in order to highlight what factors enhance or soften the formations of a typical urban climate distinct patterns of land use. The aim of this research from a geoenvironmental mapping of attributes (uses and land cover, vegetation and tree characteristics of buildings) while representing the dynamic City entertainment. Thus, we seek to inter-relate these indicators to analysis climate urban-rural and intra-urban applied to the city of Alfredo Marcondes / SP, a small town in order to identify a potential compromise climate conditions point to generate a specific climate. From this detailed analysis, we intend to give suggestions with the government to improve the comfort of that environment. For the data collection was organized a specific methodology for its collection, organization and representation and for the record of climatic data (temperature, wind speed and direction and cloud cover) were used mini-shelters weather with temperature sensors in fixed locations, and a temperature sensor attached on the side of a vehicle, 1.5 meters in height from the floor for 42 points perpassando selected in different intra-urban spaces... It is known that the process of capitalist restructuring resulted in socio-spatial transformations in various geographical scales. Space is continually diversifying and redefining their roles, driven mostly by external agents. This search analyzes how and intensities are consolidating these new refunctionalisation the District of Gardenia city of Rancharia-SP.The study brings some concepts in the definition of small town, which are fundamental to the definition of the area that is the object of our study. Some features are explained in the District, such as location, history of economic activities preterit in a record that cover the 1950s to the present day. From this record ,it will be exposed and analyzed the services (private and collective goods) offered to the population in order to highlight their importance for better social equity. The information for your preparation of this work were supported mostly on reports and records historical and contextualized with specific bibliography. In developing the search is portrayed as the district Gardenia was modifying its economic activities, physical space and how it is currently being structured with tourist activity. There is also intended to show that even though the district with urban core urban functions simple in content space is consolidating complex processes in its various dimensions

A necessidade de se pensar o futuro, bem como a necessidade em atender uma demanda em questão, foram os pontos de partida deste trabalho, que aborda as questões teóricas e práticas do projeto de um Apart-hotel em São João da Boa Vista, utilizando técnicas de eficiência energética. Para alcançar o resultado final, foram abordadas questões como a utilização de cartas bioclimáticas, carta solar, entre outros fatores empregados para se entender e estudar as questões climáticas, bem como o estudo da cidade no que se refere à contextualização do projeto

This academic report presents results of the research developed between 2012 and 2015, and it had as main goal the development of new mapping possibilities of the central areas of the cities of Marília/SP, São Carlos/SP and São José do Rio Preto/SP. We developed this research using mostly the database from Cadastro Nacional de Endereços Para Fins Estatísticos (CNEFE), and after processing the information, it was added the typology established in the Cadastro Nacional de Atividades Econômicas (CNAE). This database, after the final treatment process, provided us information that made possible the production of thematic maps which are used to study central areas, allowing the analysis of spatial logics of companies, the identification of concentration and dispersion of economic activities, arrangement of specialized axis, expansion of the central area, reorganization of the city, among other process and phenomena

This papper aims to discuss Ribeirão Preto as a switched-over intermediate city classification, contrastating with the concept of Metropolitan Region of Ribeirão Preto. The agribusiness sector will be analysed as the main responsible for the representation of Ribeirão Preto city as an Agribusiness Center. Due to this fact, Sertãozinho city example will be presented as Agribusiness City, where acctually concentrates the agro-industrial complex of sugarcane production, while Ribeirão Preto is in fact centralizes management activities. According to the balance of trade analysis, other elements showed up and fortifies the role of this cities. These elements unfolded the analysis of higher education guideline and shopping malls. We also analyzed the urban network of Ribeirão Preto under the concept of the Região de Influência das Cidades (REGIC) and the creation of the project Metropolitan Region of Ribeirão Preto in order to strengthen the central hypothesis as a switched-over medium sized city. We aim to contribute to studies on the restructuring of the city with a focus on consumption. In the context where cities become the main place of action of man, a deep set of transformations has occurred. We are interested in understanding the redefinition of the logical production and appropriation of urban spaces for consumption of materials and services. For the analysis of delimitation of those commercial and service areas was made to compare the reality observed on the ground and indirectly through data acquisition and mapping obtained from the National Address List for Statistical Purposes, with the boundaries established by zoning and / or by municipal director plans of the cities studied, together with the classification of commercial establishments and in accordance with the standards of the National Classification of Economic Activities Services. We believe the importance of analyzing the process of concentration and dispersion of stores and / or services of Londrina (PR), Presidente Prudente (SP) and Ribeirão Preto (SP)...
