Pictured here from left to right are the first 4 presidents (and one of the former acting presidents) of Brock University: Dr. James Gibson (President, 1964 - 1973), Dr. Alan Earp (President, 1974 - 1987), Dr. Terry White (President, 1988 - 1996), Dr. Susan Clark (Acting President, ca. 1996 - 1997), and Dr. David Atkinson (President, 1997 - 2005). Together they have served Brock for over 40 years from 1964 - 2005.

Dr. Moriyama, an architect, can be credited with designing many of the buildings around the Brock campus, including the one he and his son are pictured with here - the Mackenzie Chown Complex. Dr. Moriyama was the sixth Chancellor of Brock University. He was Chancellor from 2001 - 2007.

Pictured here from left to right are: Premier John Robarts, Mrs. Grover Egertor of the Allanburg Women's Institute, the woman who first came up with the idea of forming a University in the Niagara Region, Mrs. Bearss, the former chairwoman of the Women's Institute when the project was proposed, and Dr. Arthur A. Schmon, chairman of the Founder's Committee. This photo was taken at a dinner in Niagara Falls in 1963 that marked the official launch of the Brock University Project.

In 1969, Sir William Arnold, Bailiff of Guernsey - the birthplace of Sir Isaac Brock - was invited by Dr. Gibson to come to Canada and visit Brock University on the 200th anniversary of Sir Isaac Brock's birth. Following his visit in October of that year, the Bailiff presented Brock University with this miniature silver milk can. This milk can is of the traditional Guernsey style.
