A cultura corporal na mídia: possibilidades pedagógicas para a educação física escolar

The Physical education has as objective the students integration in the body movement culture, forming citizens to reframe different cultural aspects of the physical activity, enabling a more critical look. Currently selecting how the body movement culture has been widely approached by Mass Media it is detected a new pedagogical possibility. The several media equipment massively bomb (images, sounds and information) interfering on how the students interpret the reality, since they are exposed to these multiple information and at the same time are absent of a more critical look about what they receive. In this way, the objective of this work was to perform a research in the news/articles from the Jornal A Folha de São Paulo, that allows the development of classes based on the elements of body movement culture and apply them in a public school from Rio Claro-SP city, to detect possibilities and difficulties in the work with the media in the school environment. It employed a qualitative research. The data obtained in this study indicate that the media shows up as a good teaching tool for teaching physical education classes, since students found the classes to enriching the learning process, highlighting topics such as innovation and the closeness they had with the worked information. However, it is necessary to develop further studies to raise other possibilities as well as alternatives to deal with this new reality of the school context

A pesquisa sobre o ensino da relatividade especial e geral: implicações para a prática docente

Em nosso estudo, investigamos as contribuições das pesquisas sobre o Ensino da Teoria da Relatividade Especial e Geral (TREG) e suas implicações para a prática docente. Para tanto, revisamos atas de 03 congressos científicos realizados no Brasil. Mapeamos 44 estudos, os quais foram categorizados de acordo com seus propósitos. Identificamos uma grande quantidade de produções, com foco na análise de conteúdos em livros, na formação de conceitos e na implementação de propostas didáticas, o que permite-nos inferir que, a procura por alternativas para que o ensino da TREG seja realmente efetivado se faz necessária e o aumento de investigações no ambiente escolar parece o caminho mais acertado. Há, também, uma necessidade de investirmos esforços na formação inicial dos professores, para que eles sintam-se seguros para abordar a TREG, quando estiverem em atividade docente.

A (des) motivação extrínseca no contexto escolar: análise de um estudo de caso

The motivation of the pupils has been pointed as one of the factors that have influenced directly about what and as they learn. The boardings social-cognitivists of the motivation point two orientations: the intrinsic, that it is seen as natural trend of the individual, in which it executes an activity for considering it attractive, and the extrinsical, with the purpose to take care of to requests or pressures of other people, or to demonstrate to aptitudes and abilities. This research investigates the extrinsical motivation and its consequences in the pertaining to school performance of a pupil considered for the professors as having learning difficulties. The results of the research indicate the influence of the pertaining to school and familiar environment in the motivation and, this in the pertaining to school performance of the pupil, pointing the relevance of studies on the thematic one.

A pedagogia do jogo no contexto escolar

As the ludic taking the second place at school environment, on account of logical and rational activities and the excessive charge of a professional achievement of children by society and, also, the own family, the school doesn't become a pleasant ambient of frequenting. This study wants to understand, in a better way, the utilization of ludic activities as a pedagogic support into the learning and the development of the cognitive, emotional and creative potentiality of children in different education system (public and private) of Ibitinga-SP. It also investigates the docent attitude and practice during the ludic activities and its repercussion in the students' performances when introduced. The bibliographic researches present that the utilization of games, as a pedagogic resource, contributes to the learning process and to the human development of the students from the first cycle of the Elementary School. The School has to rescue the desire of learning, which is playing, the most natural way. The research's target audience are teachers from the Ciclo I of the elementary school and the focus is the utilization of the ludic into the different areas of teaching, considering the context that the schools are embedded. The reality observation, which enables a straight contact with the researcher and the study object, helped out with the issue comprehension. It was possible to identify that the utilization of ludic activities as a pedagogic strategy does not happen just because of knowledge absent, but also because of the submission to many goals imposed by the education system and/or by the didactic materials used, which don't have any worry to valorize the period of develop that the students are living, filtering out some characteristics from the phase that contributed to the learning. Inovações tecnológicas e contexto escolar: reflexões necessárias

In modern society technologies have played an important space exerting influences in different spheres. Today's young people are born immersed in the digital and virtual reality, which has changed the ways of learning, as well as to relate to the world. All this context has intensified the debate on the potential of ICT in education and training means. In this study, we sought to investigate the teachers' vision of ICT in the school environment, how they are being incorporated into the school and the limits and possibilities of the use of ICT in the learning process. Questionnaires were administered to 150 teachers who teach in high school in the state network of São Paulo teaching, but specifically in Piracicaba. Continuing, semi-structured interviews with a group of 8 directors were carried out so that there was a deepening on the issues raised by teachers in the questionnaire. The research brought to light important issues for discussion and referral measures striving to support public policies of integration of ICT in schools. Teachers spoke about the advantages and disadvantages of their use and the process of integration. This study aims to analyze the implementation of mediation in the school environment of São Paulo State Education Network through the figure of Teacher School and Community Mediator (PMEC). Mediation arises, as an alternative and effective method for conflict resolution from existing interpersonal relationships at school. The methodology used was the exploratory and empirical research literature on the subject mediation and the analysis of the resolutions of the Secretariat of São Paulo State Education establishing the School Protection System (SPE) and made possible the performance of the PMEC within that environment. Authors like Bonafé-Schmitt (2010); Caetano, Freire and Ferreira (2009); Calcaterra (2002); Freire (2010); Jares (2002); Lederach (1996); Littlejohn and Domenici (1999); Morgado and Oliveira (2009); Torremorell (2008) and Vecchi and Greco (1999) were selected in order to provide greater familiarity with the subject mediation and conflict mediation later in the school environment. The concept of mediation, mediation templates and profiles of mediators will be explained as well as PMEC function features as regards the selection methods training main assisted cases, assignments that are stipulated by the guiding documents and what actually happens in daily practice verified the reports obtained through a semi-structured interview. Finally, we present the PMEC situation regarding the review by the leaders and attended school community and the acceptance of their work within that environment

Este trabalho relata a observaçao realizada com os artistas circenses de um circo que se instalou no município de Santa Maria (RS) durante o mês de agosto de 2011, e se deu como parte de estudos já realizados pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM) com o projeto de extensao ?Circo na Escola?. Buscamos nesse estudo reconhecer as relaçoes sociais no âmbito do circo, buscando aproximaçoes e possíveis contribuiçoes a Educaçao Física Escolar. Foi utilizada para o estudo a pesquisa exploratória, realizada a partir de entrevistas com os artistas. Com isso, foi possível constatarmos que as atividades circenses podem ser entendidas como elementos que tragam alegria para ao ambiente escolar, isto porque o brincar e o aprender serao uma coisa só, colaborando para o contexto da aprendizagem. Podemos relacionar este aprendizado dos alunos com os saberes dos artistas circenses, pois quando estes relatam seus processos de aprendizagem também nao conseguem distinguir os momentos formais de aquisiçao de conhecimentos
