According to the Informational Society of the twentieth century, man develops society of the spectacle, where life becomes virtual and the individual ceases to be a spectator becoming the protagonist of wikiciberepopéia and organizations seeking to gain the attention and time of its consumers through new communication strategies. If the great epics of mankind brought mythical heroes, divine, with powers (mostly above the mortals), in the era of new technologies, the common man is in the hands the opportunity to become the hero of his own ciberepopéia. Increasingly resistant to traditional advertising, the new model of media consumer, the prosumer, the storytelling is transforming into one of the main communication tools of contemporary organizations. Offer your audience a creative and relevant content across several media platforms is a major brand positioning strategies currently used, in addition to providing the transmission of values and organizational principles in a subjective manner. Storytelling where objects are extensions of the human body (eg, the cell can be treated as an extension of the ears) is a strong indication of a technocratic society, because we can consider the new technologies as extensions of the human brain (as new store technologies, create meanings, share information through a specific language) and the individual who is on the edge of new technology ends up being excluded from certain social events. This new world tends to put an end to separation between seemingly contrary ideas, such as reality/fiction, natural/cultural and the man who emerges from this medium is not the creator, but rather, transforming what already exists. Regiões competitivas agrícolas e vulnerabilidade territorial: o papel do Consórcio Pesquisa Café

This academic work presents the final results of the undergraduate research about new agricultural technical systems developed by “Consórcio Pesquisa Café” (CPC), which main objective was to analyze the impacts of scientific inputs in different coffee producing regions, particularly in South of Minas Gerais. The creation of the CPC meets the demands of a global scientific coffee-growing (SANTOS, 2000) under development in the current period technical-scientific-informational (SANTOS, 2009). On this period, also called globalization, the technoscience, the information and the finances guide the actions of companies and institutions submitted by imperative of competitiveness on international market. The Brazilian’s coffee-growing regions (South of Minas Gerais, Cerrado Mineiro, Espírito Santos Ridge’s, Western Bahia, among others) on search of higher productivities, begin gather technical, informational and communicational densities (SANTOS, 2009). Considering these facts, we detail in this research, the major agricultural technical systems developed by “Consórcio Pesquisa Café” (CPC), expressed in new management techniques, new cultivars and new chemicals, mechanical and biological inputs. Influência de parâmetros nutricionais e físicos sobre a produção de Lipase por Penicillium janthinellum

As lipases (triacilglicerol acil hidrolases, E.C. 3.1.1.3) constituem uma classe de enzimas que catalisam a hidrólise de ligações ésteres dos triacilgliceróis de cadeia longa, operando na interface óleo/água. Em meios orgânicos, dependendo da quantidade de água, essas enzimas podem catalisar reações de esterificação e transesterificação, atuando como biocatalisadores da síntese de óleos e gorduras. As lipases destacam-se em processos industriais, nos quais são utilizadas como aditivos na produção de detergentes, de papel e celulose, na indústria de laticínios, de cosméticos, entre outros. As lipases microbianas são de maior interesse para aplicação em biotecnologia e em química orgânica, sendo necessária a prospecção de novas fontes de lipases com propriedades distintas. O presente trabalho avaliou a influência de diferentes meios de cultura, do tempo de cultivo, de fontes de carbono e sua concentração, de fontes de nitrogênio, agitação, pH e temperatura sobre a produção de lipase extracelular pelo fungo filamentoso Penicillium janthinellum, isolado de solo de região de Mata Atlântica. A avaliação das melhores condições de cultivo foi realizada através da análise da atividade enzimática, acompanhada pela determinação do íon ρ-nitrofenol liberado na hidrólise do substrato sintético ρ- nitrofenil palmitato. Os experimentos foram realizados em frascos de Erlenmeyer de 125mL contendo 25mL de meio de cultivo, inoculados com 1mL de suspensão contendo 107 conídios, e incubados a 28°C com agitação de 160 rpm e pH 5,5. Entre os quatro meios de cultura testados, o melhor resultado (0,476 ± 0,04 U/mL), com 5 dias de cultivo, foi verificado com o meio 2 composto por (g/L): bacto-peptona 5,0, extrato de levedura 1,0, NaNO3 0,5, KCl 0,5, MgSO4·7H2O 0,5, KH2PO4 2,0 e azeite de oliva 10,0)... This article analyzes and discusses the experience of time in old age through the relations of the elderly with photography. We did photography workshops with a group of elders exploring with them the sense of the photographic act death, as an act of freezing and stopping time and also the sense of exploring the future to create, through the photographic act, an image that can symbolize moving on in life.
