Diseño de un sistema de control de la satisfacción a partir de las valoraciones a distintas empresas de restauración emitidas por clientes, inspectores y recopiladas de otras aplicaciones externas, que calcula una puntuación mensual a partir de una fórmula matemática que puede ir variando. Permite realizar consultas estadísticas relacionadas con las distintas valoraciones emitidas y las puntuaciones mensuales.

The effects of chloride and nitrate anions and their respective concentrations, as well as urea presence, on solid phase morphologies were investigated. Zinc hydroxide carbonate was prepared by aging diluted zinc salt solution in presence of urea at 90ºC. Samples were identified by X-ray powder diffractograms showing the characteristic patterns of hydrozincite. The crystallinity was correlated with the concentrations of reagents. Spherulitic-type aggregates and single acicular particles were obtained from diluted chloride and nitrate solutions while porous aggregates of uniform size were formed from solutions with high chloride and urea concentrations.

This article presents the results of a study of the efficiency of silanation process of calcium phosphate glasses particles and its effect on the bioactivity behavior of glasspoly( methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) composites. Two different calcium phosphate glasses: 44.5CaO-44.5P2O5-11Na2O (BV11) and 44.5CaO-44.5P2O5-6Na2O-5TiO2 (G5) were synthesized and treated with silane coupling agent. The glasses obtained were characterized by Microprobe and BET while the efficiency of silanation process was determined using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and Thermal Analysis (DTA and TG)techniques. The content of coupling agent chemically tightly bond to the silanated glasses ascended to 1.69 6 0.02 wt % for BV11sil glass and 0.93 6 0.01 wt % for G5sil glass. The in vitro bioactivity test carried out in Simulated Body Fluid (SBF) revealed certain bioactive performance with the use of both silanated glasses in a 30% (by weight) as filler of the PMMA composites because of a superficial deposition of an apatite-like layer with low content of CO3 22 and HPO4 22 in its structure after soaking for 30 days occurred. Biodegradable polymer blends were obtained using collagen and chitosan. Membranes of collagen and chitosan in different proportions (3:1, 1:1 and 1:3) were prepared by mixing their acetate solutions (pH 3.5) at room temperature. The blends were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier Transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, specific viscosity, water absorption and stress-strain assays. The results showed that chitosan did not interfere in the structural arrangement of the collagen triple helix and the properties of the blends can be controlled by varing the proportion of the collagen and the chitosan.

The parameters which affect the degradation and stabilization of diclofenac in suspensions of nanocapsules and of the corresponding spray-dried powders were investigated. Formulations were subjected to 14 months of storage at room temperature. In addition, a study of the degradation of diclofenac was carried out by exposing the formulations or mixtures (drug and adjuvants) to UVC wavelengths. The presence of Epikuron 170® in a concentration higher than 3.06 mg/mL stabilizes the drug, avoiding its reduction or degradation. The degradation products were isolated, analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and identified as 2-(2',6'-dichlorophenyl)aminobenzyl alcohol and N-(2',6'-dichlorophenyl)anthranilylaldehyde.

This article gives an overview of polymer materials used for lead separation and preconcentration. Different kinds of polymer resins, commercial or not, are cited as well as the most used functional groups attached to polymer backbones. The synthesis of these resins and conditions of lead adsorption and elution are remarked. The influence of the porous structure of the polymer on the resines performance is described as well as the use of spacer arms.

This paper presents the study of the oxidation of three textile dyes (Remazol black B, Remazol Brilliant Orange 3R and Remazol Golden Yellow RNL) using electrochemical and photoelectrochemical methods. In both methods, electrolysis experiments were performed at a current density of 50 mA cm-2 in an aqueous solution of each dye (30 mg L-1), using a photoelectrochemical flow-cell. For all the dyes studied, the photoelectrochemical method was demonstrated to be more efficient than the electrochemical one. Photoelectrochemical oxidation resulted in complete decoloration after 90 min of electrolysis and total organic carbon (TOC) removal reached up to 36%. It was observed that the dyes presenting chromophores at higher wavelengths are removed the quickest, which indicates that photosensitised (photoassisted) oxidation occurs. The level of color was reduced to levels below the standards presented in the literature, which indicates the viability of the photoelectrochemical process as part of the treatment of textile effluents.

The objective of this work was to investigate if producers of sugar cane spirits in Minas Gerais, Brazil, have improved the copper content of their products and also if they have adjusted to the new standards of identity for 'cachaça' and 'aguardente'. Seventy-one samples, obtained from May 2003 until March 2004, were analyzed. Mean copper content was 2.30 mg/L, which indicates a significant reduction in levels. The mean alcohol content was 45.6 % v/v. All of the 'aguardente' but only 79% of the 'cachaça' attended to the standard of identity for alcohol content for these products.

Durante el curso 2010-2011, en la asignatura Iniciació al Treball de Laboratori (ITL) del grado de Farmacia, se recopilaron datos de encuestas incluídas en las libretas de laboratorio de los alumnos, para comparar el nivel de conocimientos previos adquiridos durante el Bachillerato sobre el contenido de la práctica “Microscopía y estereomicroscopía ópticas” con el nivel de esta unidad de enseñanza universitaria. Se procesaron datos de 200 estudiantes. A partir de las respuestas se ha definido un total de 20 ítems: 19 desglosan los contenidos adquiridos en la sesión (no adquiridos previamente en Bachillerato) y 1 es para los estudiantes con todos los contenidos adquiridos antes de ingresar en la UB.

This work deals with the biodegradation of blends of poly(beta-hydroxybutyrate)/starch and poly(beta-hydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyvalerate)/starch. The blends were obtained by evaporation of the solvent in the mixture of the polymers in chloroform. Tests were carried out in presence of micro-organisms which acted as biodegradation agents. The blends were consumed as carbon substrate and the production of CO2 was evaluated in the process. In addition, the polyesters' mechanical properties were reduced by the incorporation of starch in its structure. (¹H) NMR and infrared spectroscopy detected some characteristic polyester degradation groups in the polyesters' chemical structure, thus confirming the alteration suffered by it.

This work studied the pretreatment of sugarcane molasses (CM) and corn steep liquor (CS) for the production of carotenoids by Sporidiobolus salmonicolor (CBS 2636). The acid pretreatment removed less micronutrients than that with activated carbon and led to high removals of Cu and Mn. Reduction in optical density of the prepared medium and removal of glucose from it were 22% and 7% for CM and 95% and 38% for CS, respectively. Total carotenoids obtained with substrates pretreated with acids (541 mg/L) were higher than the results obtained when the medium was treated with activated carbon (208 mg/L).

Aquesta comunicació sintetitza el treball que hem realitzat durant el Màster d’Educació Inclusiva de la Universitat de Vic en el curs 2010-2011 tant pel que fa a les pràctiques com pel que fa als continguts dels Mòduls. Els objectius són els següents: aprofundir en el coneixement de la inclusió en l’àmbit educatiu; adquirir estratègies per a l’atenció de la diversitat dels alumnes i dissenyar propostes inclusives en l’àmbit educatiu. Per aconseguir els objectius hem seguit el següent procés: Per una banda, realitzar les pràctiques de caire professionalitzador en el centre educatiu on treballo i analitzar el grau d’inclusivitat de 3 grups de 1r d’ESO d’aquest centre. Paral·lelament, anar seguint les classes de les assignatures i realitzar els treballs proposats, ampliant continguts amb les lectures i les síntesis realitzades. Això ens ha permès dissenyar i fonamentar una proposta de millora per augmentar la inclusió de tots els alumnes. Les pràctiques han estat realitzades en un centre educatiu d’ESO, Batxillerat i Cicles Formatius de la comarca d’Osona en el qual el grau d’inclusivitat detectat en els grups de 1r d’ESO és mitjà-baix, sobretot en algunes àrees, ja que hi ha un grup de deu alumnes que passa el 78,2 % del temps escolar en aula separada de la resta dels companys. La proposta de millora es fonamenta en les “nou regles d’or” de la UNESCO (2001), en els criteris de la European Agency for Development in Special Needs Education (2003)(2008), en la LEC (2009) i en la Resolució del Departament d’Educació (2010). Així mateix, es citen autors de referència i es corrobora l’eficàcia del treball cooperatiu amb els resultats de les investigacions del GRAD. Aquest treball ens permet presentar amb solidesa una proposta de millora a l’equip de professorat que ha de facilitar i atendre la diversitat de tots els alumnes en les aules ordinàries el màxim temps possible
