Cette contribution s'intéresse à l'existence de lieux de sociabilité helvétiques entre hommes qualifiés comme étant homosexuels ou encore homoérotes selon le point de vue militant. Dans un pays resté neutre au cours de la Seconde Guerre mondiale et replié sur lui-même par « Défense nationale », fédéral depuis 1848 en unifiant trois cultures linguistiques, la capitale économique, Zürich, ressort sans conteste comme étant celle de l'homosexualité. Aussi cet article expose-t-il les conditions pénales expliquant l'existence dans cette ville de l'unique association homosexuelle qui va perdurer au-delà du conflit mondial. Il analyse aussi son mode de fonctionnement et revendicatif excluant progressivement les femmes de son sein. Toutefois, le monde associatif ne représente que la surface des événements, et cette étude s'attache à montrer les fortes différences existant selon les régions : la Zürich de la guerre ne s'est pas substituée au Berlin d'avant 1933, et les contrées latines, bien que profondément influencées par le code Napoléon, n'apparaissent pas comme des enclaves de liberté. Both methods are not reimbursed. The VV offers a cumulative pregnancy rate of 28-40%, depending on pre-, intra- and postoperative factors. The age of the female partner and the time after vasectomy are the most important factors. Pregnancy rates after ICSI are 29-41% per transfer. Cumulative pregnancy rates vary between 60-80%. Malformation rates after ICSI in this special collective are not investigated yet, the "general" ICSI-collective differs completely compared to the a priori fertile couples after vasectomy. Couples have to inform themselves about the experience of the doctors and their rate of success in order to minimize the risk of failure.

The time-lag between coronary occlusion and irreversible damage to the myocardium is ill-defined in man. In 10 patients the changes in left ventricular function have been studied after coronary occlusion during diagnostic or therapeutic cardiac catheterization of 1-2 hours' duration. Revascularization was achieved either surgically or through intracoronary streptokinase infusion. The interval between occlusion and onset of extracorporal circulation or reopening was 61 to 119 minutes. Despite enzyme elevation (CPK, CK-MB, SGOT) and appearance of Q-waves in 5 patients, no significant alteration of left ventricular function was noted on repeat cardiac catheterization 10 to 230 days after the accident. These observations, suggest that coronary occlusion of 1-2 hours' duration fails to produce significant irreversible damage to the myocardium despite electrocardiographic and enzymatic signs of myocardial infarction.
