Cristhiane Falchetti trata nesta obra, especificamente, dos Conselhos Gestores de Políticas Públicas, que representariam uma novidade institucional na relação entre estado e sociedade e uma forma de democratizar as decisões sobre políticas públicas e assegurar os direitos de cidadania. A autora parte do contexto do processo de transformações por que passaram as sociedades no final do século XX, o qual tornou a democracia um valor universal, amparado no modelo liberal. No entanto, o modelo liberal democrático tem sido questionado por se mostrar incapaz de absorver demandas sociais cada vez mais abrangentes e diferenciadas. É no interior desta contradição que Falchetti conduz seu trabalho. Araraquara, cidade paulista rica e próspera, mas com resistentes traços de coronelismo em sua cultura política, foi o campo escolhido pela autora para verificar, na prática, em que medida a participação popular se efetiva por meio dos novos canais e influencia o processo de formulação e implantação de políticas públicas. As conclusões, porém, não são muito animadoras. Para Falchetti a participação existe, mas se dá ainda de maneira bastante imperfeita e insatisfatória do ponto de vista da democracia.

This paper will examine the experience of serenaders in the city of Rio Claro – SP. The trajectory of this cultural expression will be described, reconstructed, interpreted and mapped and mapped from the late 1940s to the present day via the oral history of the memories of the musicians who have experienced the practice and experience. The changes occurring in this cultural expression will be analysed form marks of the displacement of culture in time and space in the city of Rio Claro, taking into account the different socio-cultural contexts that characterized Brazil over this period and will track the path of identity serenade over time and among the different spaces that allowed the continuation of practice of romantic songs in Rio Claro

Análisis organizacional del partido de la democracia social brasileña en el estado de San Pablo (1988-2006)

The article represents a theoretical and methodological approach to the analysis of organizational dynamics of political parties today, based on a study of the Party of Brazilian Social Democracy (PSDB) in the State of Sao Pãulo (period between 1988 to 2006). It is hypothesized that the structure and the institutional rules of a particular party, or even their election results, are insufficient to explain the inner workings, such as the role of party organization in the electoral system. An approach that articulates the relationship patterns, election results and posts held in the party, identified the factors that explain the political capital that circulated within the party and ensured its organizational dynamics over the period analyzed.

As políticas públicas ambientais e a dinâmica do espaço rural no município de Araras (SP)

Historically the evolution of the occupation of ararense territory was due to the expansion of agricultural activities. Such activities were intensified with the transformations engendered by the Green Revolution, increasing the exploitation, the area occupied by agriculture and the deforestation and consequent environmental degradation. Therefore the current reality of rural areas in Araras/SP has shown that part of agricultural practices made it does not guarantee the effectiveness of environmental legislation and the sustainability of farms. Considering the recently implemented environmental policies, such as Law nº 12.651 / 2012, better known as New Forest Code and Decree nº 8.235 / 2014 establishing a period of one year to rural property registered with the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR), as tools targeting to reduce environmental degradation and contribute to building a sustainable rural development. This work aims to analyze the dynamics of the rural municipality of Araras on the environmental situation in some rural properties and actions to be taken by the owners to the full compliance of its properties before the environmental public policy
