This work approaches the main methods of plastic deformation of metals, with a focus on the deep drawing process. The mechanical properties were evaluated with the tension tests. It is presented the aluminum alloys designation, followed by applying heat treatments and the designation of tempers. The manufacture of aluminum beverage cans is described step by step, in general terms. The main objective is to analyze how different cans background geometries have great influence on the dome reversal. To be able to achieve the goal it was necessary to use cans of different manufacturers, which were used in buckle tests to obtain the reversal pressures, tensile tests and geometric analysis. Finally empirical equations were obtained correlating these variables, and it was observed that the conformation of reforming change significantly it's behavior

Interpretação conforme a constituição e declaração de inconstitucionalidade sem redução de texto: problemas da aplicação judicial do direito constitucional

O texto apresenta as principais características e controvérsias jurídicas sobre a declaração de inconstitucionalidade sem redução de texto e a interpretação conforme a Constituição. São analisadas as hipóteses de cabimento, seus efeitos processuais, assim como casos de sua aplicação jurisprudencial. Em paralelo, são analisadas criticamente divergências doutrinárias sobre a natureza desses institutos e seus efeitos processuais. O texto apresenta esclarecimentos conceituais acerca dos limites impostos na aplicação dessas técnicas e indica sua relevância para o exercício do controle judicial de constitucionalidade.

Relatos sobre o cotidiano da população pobre e o princípio constitucional da dignidade da pessoa humana

The paper demonstrates the magnitude of the constitutional statement of the dignity of the human person subscribed to the Federal Constitution of 1988 as a fundamental principle. Next, it brings reports on quality of life of residents of Vila Esperança, in the municipality of Cubatão (SP), from an ethnographic approach, descriptive and photographic documentation. We could conclude that the Brazilian legal system is organized hierarchically, so the Principle of Human Dignity cannot be disregard. The vital guarantee of a minimum vital floor is essential for poor people to expand the possibilities for the full exercise of human dignity.

Fundo Nacional do Idoso e as políticas de gestão do envelhecimento da população brasileira

Demographic census from the last decades of the twentieth century began to reveal a tendency concerning the increasing average age of the population. The Brazilian government began introducing ways to manage the effects and consequences of this trend, the most recent being the creation of the "Fundos do Idoso" (Funds for seniors) in the Federal, state and municipal spheres. That law allows transferring federal taxes from common citizens and companies to the funds. This article is specifically written as a critical examination of this governmental initiative towards the problem of an ageing population from the point of view as to how the law has been implemented. With the creation of the funds there will be the enlargement and improvement of services destined for seniors. However, the law mentioned above does not predict an active participation of the seniors in the management of this funds and policies that will come as result.

The media received from Brazilian Constitution an extensive regulatory role, however, despite the constitutional requirement, until these days, over twenty years after its promulgation, the Brazilian Congress hasn’t regulated all constitutional rules for the sector. In addition, some rules related to the media that were produced before and after the Constitution were expurgated by Brazilian Supreme Court decisions. This text is part of ongoing research that aims to present the constitutional regulation of the media and the development/implementation of these legal standards through decisions of the Supreme Court.

A regulação jurídica constitucional dos meios e a monopolização das transmissões esportivas

It is this presentation of search results undergraduates, which had the purpose to analyze the legal regulation constitutional produced during the constituent process of 87/88 on the right of ownership of the media, in order to investigate the ban constitutional monopoly and oligopoly in the appropriation of the means. A research proposal considers that this prohibition is also, as a consequence, the seal of the oligopoly and monopoly in the transmission of information, assuming a market plural and diverse. Further considers that, notwithstanding the statutory prohibition on the plane of reality some media companies monopolize certain sectors of the economy, controlling the flow of information, as can be seen in the recent issue about the monopoly rights to broadcast games of the Championship Football Serie A, by the Globo Television Network, a theme that will be used to justify the illegality pointed to the sector. In this sense, the research revisited the constitutional process in order to analyze the projects and legislative debates that led to the current constitutional regulation of ownership of the media, as well as reviewed the decision of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) in against the monopoly of the Globo broadcasts Brasileirão, series A.

Geoquímica das águas da bacia hidrográfica do Rio Descoberto, Brasília/DF - Brasil

The objective of this paper is to investigate the physical and chemical quality of the water of the Descoberto River during the dry and rainy seasons by measuring pH, temperature, electric conductivity, total dissolved solids, turbidity, color, alkalinity and NO₃^-, SO₄^2-, PO₄^3-, NH₄⁺, Cl^- and HCO₃^-, and the elements Sr, Mo, Cd, Y, Ti, Ca, V, Mg, Fe, Si, Ni, Zr, Cu, Al, Cr, Mn, Ba, Co, Zn, P, Na and K. The results showed high concentrations in both seasons, with dilution along the course of the river, minimizing for a while problems that compromise the quality of the water of this source. However, a progressive deterioration can occur due to an increase in the discharge of pollutants, resulting from population growth, agricultural activities and other factors.

Distribuição e assinatura isotópica de Pb em sedimentos de fundo da Foz do Rio Guamá e da Baía do Guajará (Belém - Pará)

Lead analyses in bottom sediments from the hydrographic system of Belem (Para) indicated low contents of this metal for the sediments from the Guama river, with no significant anthropogenic contribution. A concentration of 18.1 ± 1.5 mg kg-1 and 206Pb/207Pb isotopic signature of 1.196 ± 0.002 are assigned for Pb from natural sources. On the other hand, the significant increase of Pb contents in the sediments from the Guajará bay, together with the decrease of 206Pb/207Pb ratios (1.172 < 206Pb/207Pb < 1.188) point to an anthropogenic lead contribution, originated by the industrial and urban activities of the city of Belem.

Pluralidade das ordens jurídicas: uma nova perspectiva na relação entre o Direito Internacional e o Direito Constitucional

O presente artigo visa analisar o novo fenômeno da pluralidade das ordens jurídicas, enfocando os aspectos de convergência e divergência entre o Direito Internacional e o Direito Nacional. Por fim, o artigo defende a possibilidade de harmonia entre as ordens jurídicas plurais, com base uma nova perspectiva na relação entre o Direito Internacional e o Direito Interno.
