基于香溪河及其三大支流古夫河、高岚河与九冲河的8年监测数据,对该流域水体的环境因子及其时空动态进行了比较分析。结果显示,香溪河流域的水体呈中性偏弱碱性,属于中等硬度水,水体溶解氧丰富,还原性物质以及氯化物水平不高,具有较强的缓冲能力。多数环境因子具有明显的季节变化,而年际变化规律不显著。香溪河流域水体的主要营养元素氮含量较高,并以有城镇影响的古夫河为最;高岚河由于受到生活污水与农业活动的影响,水质相对较差;香溪河的磷污染严重;森林覆盖率较高的九冲河的水质最佳。在香溪河流域,氮主要以面源污染的方式进入河道,

柱状黄杆菌(Flavobacterium columnare)是一种世界范围的水产动物致病菌,是中国重要养殖鱼类草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)、鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)等烂鳃病的病原。本研究以1972年从患"烂鳃病"草鱼上分离的两株冻干柱状黄杆菌G4和G18菌株为研究对象,并将G4株再次分离纯化得纯化菌株,命名为G4R3。对草鱼鱼苗浸泡攻毒结果显示,G4R3的LD50至少比G18的高3个数量级,因此G4R3为"强毒株",G18为"弱毒株"。利用蛋白质组学方法分析柱

利用筛选的12条10 bp的随机引物对采自武汉市东湖(3个样点)、南湖(3个样点)、月湖(1个样点)和关桥(1个样点)四个水体的天蓝喇叭虫(Stentor coeruleus)种群进行了随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)研究,所得清晰条带显示不同样点样本之间存在着一定的变异,其遗传距离在0.076-0.416之间.用Rapdistance 1.04构建聚类图并探讨不同样点之间的遗传距离远近.结果显示南湖的3样点的遗传距离较近,在聚类图上聚成一枝,应该为同一个种群;而东湖的3个样点可能是由于地理隔离原因,在聚类

采用形态度量学和主成分分析的方法,通过对雅鲁藏布江、伊洛瓦底江、怒江和澜沧江4个水系标本的比较,研究了扁头鮡各地理种群间的形态变异及大鳍鮡的物种有效性。结果表明4个水系的标本相互之间的差异还没有达到亚种水平,应是扁头鮡的地理种群;扁头鮡不同地理种群之间的形态特征,如眼间距、背鳍基长、肛门位置和脂鳍起点位置等性状随海拔高度的下降,自西向东呈梯度变化;前人将腹鳍前长比体长、脂鳍基长比背鳍基长和眼间距比头长等作为大鳍鮡区别于扁头鮡的鉴别特征,并不能将标本区分为大鳍鮡和扁头鮡两个物种,因此大鳍鮡是一个无效的物种,

利用藻类生物膜去除水体氮磷为富营养化的防治提供了1种新途径,实验室条件下研究了以巨颤藻(Oscillatoria princeps)占优势的藻类生物膜对人工合成污水、污水处理厂二级污水和富营养化湖水氮(N)、磷(P)的去除效果.结果表明,通过5 d的处理,藻类生物膜对人工合成污水、污水处理厂二级污水和富营养化湖水总氮(TN)去除率分别为57.1%、94.5%和93.8%,对总磷(TP)去除率分别为93%、73%和79%.藻类产量达到3.7~7.2 g.(m2.d)-1;收获藻体总凯氏氮(TKN)达5.7%

种系细胞始自胚胎发育早期,是动物生殖及生殖工程的基础。为研究鱼类的种系细胞提供标记分子,我们克隆并鉴定了银鲫的vasacDNA即Cagvasa。CagvasacDNA全长2771碱基(nt),编码的蛋白为银鲫Vasa即CagVasa,全长701个氨基酸(aa)。CagVasa蛋白与已知Vasa蛋白的结构特征一致:在N端有14个RGG重复序列,在C端Vasa所特有的8个功能域俱全。银鲫Vasa与鲤鱼、斑马鱼、陆生脊椎动物和果蝇的Vasa蛋白分别有95%,89%,61%-66%和50%的同源性。卵巢切片的RN

BGCore is a software package for comprehensive computer simulation of nuclear reactor systems and their fuel cycles. The BGCore interfaces Monte Carlo particles transport code MCNP4C with a SARAF module - an independently developed code for calculating in-core fuel composition and spent fuel emissions following discharge. In BGCore system, depletion coupling methodology is based on the multi-group approach that significantly reduces computation time and allows tracking of large number of nuclides during calculations. In this study, burnup calculation capabilities of BGCore system were validated against well established and verified, computer codes for thermal and fast spectrum lattices. Very good agreement in k eigenvalue and nuclide densities prediction was observed for all cases under consideration. In addition, decay heat prediction capabilities of the BGCore system were benchmarked against the most recent edition of ANS Standard methodology for UO2 fuel decay power prediction in LWRs. It was found that the difference between ANS standard data and that predicted by the BGCore does not exceed 5%.

Liquefaction-induced lateral spreading has been responsible for widespread damage to pile foundations in many large earthquakes. The specification of inertial and kinematic pile and pile cap demands is a particularly challenging aspect of the analysis of pile foundations in laterally spreading soils. This paper presents and examines the results from a pair of dynamic centrifuge tests focusing on pile and pile cap demands for small pile groups with different pile spacings. Inertial and kinematic pile cap forces and lateral pile group interaction are examined with regard to the overturning mechanism that dominated the pile group response. © 2014 Taylor & Francis Group.

The concepts of reliability, robustness, adaptability, versatility, resilience and flexibility have been used to describe how a system design can mitigate the likely impact of uncertainties without removing their sources. With the increasing number of publications on designing systems to have such ilities, there is a need to clarify the relationships between the different ideas. This short article introduces a framework to compare these different ways in which a system can be insensitive to uncertainty, clarifying their meaning in the context of complex system design. We focus on relationships between the ilities listed above and do not discuss in detail methods to design-for-ilities. © 2013 The Author(s). Published by Taylor & Francis.

The diagnostic applicability of the Clonorchis sinensis recombinant 7-kDa protein was evaluated. In enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays and immunoblots, the protein showed high sensitivities (81.3 and 71.9%, respectively) and specificities (92.6 and 89.7%, respectively) for sera obtained from various helminthic infections. Some paragonimiasis sera showed cross-reactions. The antigen might be valuable in the serodiagnosis of human clonorchiasis.

AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) structures were grown on 2 inch sapphire substrates by MOCVD, and 0.8-mu m gate length devices were fabricated and measured. It is shown by resistance mapping that the HEMT structures have an average sheet resistance of approximately 380 Omega/sq with a uniformity of more than 96%. The 1-mm gate width devices using the materials yielded a pulsed drain current of 784 mA/mm at V-gs=0.5 V and V-ds=7 V with an extrinsic transconductance of 200 mS/mm. A 20-GHz unity current gain cutoff frequency (f(T)) and a 28-GHz maximum oscillation frequency (f(max)) were obtained. The device with a 0.6-mm gate width yielded a total output power of 2.0 W/mm (power density of 3.33 W/mm) with 41% power added efficiency (PAE) at 4 GHz.

The GaNAs alloys have been grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) using dimethylhydrazine (DMHv) as the nitrogen precursor, triethylgallium (TEGa) and trimethylgallium (TMGa) as the gallium precursors, respectively. Both symmetric (004) and asymmetric (1 1 5) high-resolution X-ray diffraction (HRXRD) were used to determine the nitrogen content in GaNAs layers. Secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) was used to obtain the impurity content. T e influence of different Ga precursors on GaNAs quality has been investigated. Phase separation is observed in the < 1 1 5 > direction when using TMGa as the Ga precursor but not observed when using TEGa. This phenomenon should originate from the parasitic reaction between the Ga and N precursors. Furthermore. samples grown with TEGa have better quality and less impurity contamination than those with TMGa. Nitrogen content of 5.742% has been achieved using TEGa and no phase separation observed in the sample. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
