研究了整形激光脉冲对冰冻氘氚靶的压缩。通过数值分析,发现利用分步激光产生的系列激波压缩氘氚靶可以获得较高密度和较低温度的等离子体靶。初始激光强度的选取将影响到压缩后的等离子体密度,继而影响到产生中子的数量。通过调节初始激光强度可以使压缩后的氘氚靶温度处在反应率比较高的范围内,从而得到优化结果。当初始归一化激光振幅为0.5,最终为32时,压缩后的氘氚靶密度可达到18416倍的临界密度,温度达到16keV,每焦耳入射激光能量可得到10。个中子,这个中子产额比现有其他方法所得到的中子产额大4个数量级。

We employ the variational method to study the optical guiding of an intense laser beam in a preformed plasma channel without using the weakly relativistic approximation. Apart from the dependence on the laser power and the nonlinear channel strength parameter, the beam focusing properties is shown also to be governed by the laser intensity. Relativistic channel-coupling focusing, arising from the coupling between relativistic self-focusing and linear channel focusing, can enhance relativistic self-focusing but its strength is weaker than that of linear channel focusing. A presente tese tem por objetivo defender, sob a visão do direito civil-constitucional e da função promocional do direito, a inter-relação entre os direitos de posse, propriedade e do meio ambiente e a possibilidade de uma ponderação harmoniosa em caso de desequilíbrio entre esses direitos. Utiliza-se para tanto a dimensão analítica, empírica e normativa. A dimensão analítica tem por objetivo investigar os conceitos jurídicos envolvidos na pesquisa, especialmente em relação à propriedade e à sua função socioambiental. A relação entre tais conceitos sobressai através da análise da função socioambiental da propriedade, da posse enfatizando-se os aspectos da legislação ambiental. O direito fundamental ao meio ambiente é estudado como direito e dever de todos conforme disposto no art. 225 da Constituição de 1988, e, nesse ponto, diretamente eficaz nas relações interprivadas. Aborda-se, na dimensão empírica e normativa essencialmente aspectos práticos, com foco na jurisprudência, especialmente do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) e do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ). A ponderação harmoniosa entre a propriedade, a posse e o meio ambiente, busca o equilíbrio na efetivação desses direitos, inclusive mediante a aplicação dos princípios do direito econômico. Por meio da ponderação, é possível alcançar, de forma mais eficiente do que o modelo tradicional de subsunção, uma resposta adequada e fundamentada para os casos difíceis, especialmente na efetivação e na restauração do equilíbrio entre a posse, a propriedade e o meio ambiente quando esses princípios, no caso concreto, colidem uns com os outros. Sobretudo, pretende-se concretizar os direitos fundamentais segundo exigências do pós-positivismo, por meio da aproximação entre o Direito e a Ética, com o fim de se alcançar a Justiça para o caso concreto.

The work reported here results from material collected by the author made during 12 years residence in the East Usambaras in the 1950s and early 1960s, as well as a more recent visit. The faunal list the author has compiled comprises 45 species. As well as named species known to occur in the torrential section of the River Sigi, it includes those that are distinct but insufficiently well defined at present to have been formally described. For the sake of completeness, five species of Cloeon and one of Procloeon known to occur in ponds and pools formed by the damming of end-streams in forest clearings, have been included.

Climate change is amongst the most dreaded problems of the new millennium. Bangladesh is a coastal country bounded by Bay of Bengal on its southern part and here natural disasters are an ongoing part of human life. This paper discusses about the possible impact of climate change through tropical cyclones, storm surges, coastal erosion and sea level rise in the coastal community of Bangladesh and how they cope with these extreme events by the help of mangrove ecosystem. Both qualitative and quantitative discussions are made by collected data from different research work those are conducted in Bangladesh. Mangrove ecosystem provides both goods and services for coastal community, helps to improve livelihood options and protect them from natural disaster by providing variety of environmental support

As distinct from coated photonic crystals, in this paper we propose a novel one that is made of dielectric tubes arranged in a close-packet square lattice. Without metallic cores, this structure is low-loss and convenient to fabricate. A left-handed frequency region is found in the second band by dispersion characteristic analysis. Without inactive modes for the transverse electric mode, negative refraction and subwavelength imaging are demonstrated by the finite-difference time-domain simulations with two symmetrical interfaces, i.e. Gamma X and Gamma M.

高平均功率固体激光器的增益介质由于受热而容易发生畸变,如常用材料YAG,波前畸变和去偏振现象会同时发生,高热负载固体激光介质的热效应已成为制约激光器输出功率进一步提高的严重障碍。给出一种计算热容型板条激光器热感生折射率的方法。把YAG晶体的四阶压光张量从晶胞坐标系转换到实验室坐标系,采用经过坐标转换后的新的张量,可以分析在YAG激光器中任意应力分布引起的热感应双折射。进一步的计算表明,在zigzag板条激光器中,应力双折射率与板条从晶体毛胚上切割成材的角度有关。同时也对热容板条激光器的热效应和应力特性进行了二维的理论性概述。

报道了激光二极管泵浦的被动传导冷却的Q开关Nd:YAG zigzag 板条激光器,谐振腔采用平平腔和非稳腔。在20Hz运转时,得到脉宽均为10ns的150 mJ,光光效率19%的多模输出和100 mJ、13%光学效率的单模输出,并进行了相关的热效应测试,结果表明该激光器具有效率高、结构紧凑、光束质量好,在空间环境应用具有很好的发展潜力。

研究了Yb2O3浓度对Tm^3+/Yb^3+共掺氧卤碲酸盐玻璃的上转换发光的影响,分析了上转换发光机理。结果发现,通过980nm的激光二极管激发,在室温下同时观察到强烈的蓝光(475nm)和微弱的红光(649nm),分别是由于Tm^3+离子^1G4→^3H6和^1G4→^3F4跃迁产生的;上转换机理分析表明,上转换蓝光和红光都是由于双光子吸收过程。随Yb2O3浓度增加,Yb^3+离子寿命降低,Yb^3+到Tm^3+的能量转移效率增加,上转换蓝光和红光强度先增加,在Yb2O3摩尔比为3时达到最大,然后降低。
