These loads could affect the payload and other rocket internal equipment. A descentralização político-administrativa no Brasil: um estudo sobre a disputa entre os municípios de Caiuá e Marabá Paulista pela Decasa Açúcar e Álcool a partir das escalas geográficas de análise

This work has as main objetive to analyze fiscal/tax collection of municipalities after the political-administrative decentralization in Brazil and its new role in this scenario, bringing up the competition for Decasa Sugar and Alcohol between the municipalities of Caiuá and Maraba Paulista in the context of expansion sugarcane cultivation in the Presidente Prudente Geographic Micro Region. The analysis has considered the geographic scales, in order to highlight the power relations on local/regional territory, determined by the Agroenergy Policy Guidelines in Brazil (2006-2011). The two municipalities have from the point of view economic dynamics, irrelevence, proven through the São Paulo Index of Social Responsibility (IPRS), maximizing the importance of the constitutional transfers, such as Participation Fund of Municipalities (FPM). Given this situation, we analyze the four taxes raised by the experts as the most impactful for municipal tax collection before the presence of sugarcane activity: the Territorial Urban Property Tax (IPTU), the Tax on Services of any Nature (ISSQN), the Tax Vehicles owned Motor (IPVA) and the Operations tax on the Circulation of Goods and on Transport Services Rendered Interstate and Intermunicipal (ICMS). A geografia agrária brasileira: dinâmica, variada e complexa

This paper is a contribution to the debate on the methodological issues surrounding the Land Geography, demonstrating why the Brazilian Agrarian Geography is dynamic, varied and complex. It was chosen as the theme of Research Groups in Geography Agrarian present in Directory Groups CNPq and they held on a characterization considering: home institution, location, year of training, Group name, words and lines of research. The survey allowed the treatment of 70 groups in 2009 had the agrarian geography, agriculture, rural development, rural, rural areas, organization of space and rural development as guiding their research and performances. The analysis of the research lines identifi ed groups concerned with economic, political, ecological, demographic and cultural, and also found concerns with farmers, with their production and the functioning of the agricultural system, being thus, the set of raised lines one can say that there is signifi cant diversity in themes, which reinforces the hypothesis of dynamism, variety and complexity of studies on agriculture today.

Redes Sociais e capital político: uma proposta teórico-metodológica para análise das organizações partidárias brasileiras

As questões que motivaram o desenvolvimento deste trabalho foram decorrentes do debate permanente acerca do significado dos partidos políticos na atualidade. Partiu-se da hipótese de que a dinâmica organizacional do partido político poderia ser explicada por meio da análise das relações entre os seus filiados, substancialmente dos vínculos estabelecidos com os líderes partidários, com vistas a atenderem os objetivos políticos dos respectivos atores e, ao mesmo tempo, do partido. Assim, foi adotada uma abordagem e uma metodologia de análise que compreende a dinâmica organizacional a partir do capital político que circula no interior do partido, considerando os elementos orientadores das estratégias políticas: as relações entre os atores políticos, os aspectos institucionais e os resultados eleitorais. Para demonstrar o potencial teórico- metodológico da análise de redes sociais na compreensão do capital político, intra-organizacional, dos partidos políticos brasileiros, o texto apresenta resultados referentes a um estudo de caso: o Partido da Social Democracia Brasileria no estado de São Paulo (PSDB-SP), período entre 1988 e 2006.

Inclusão escolar com apoio: uma análise do serviço do ensino itinerante

We investigated the process of inclusion in the school common areas, tracking the performance of a traveling school teacher (teaching support service specialist), type of service in Special Education, as a support to the school's educational proposal. Objectives: To identify, describe and analyze the performance of itinerant school teacher in a school of mainstream school, with students and their teachers, to analyze the perception of two teachers of the common teaching about the process of integration of pupils with special educational needs in their classes; examine the roles and responsibilities of itinerant school teacher through an exploratory qualitative approach. Participants: an itinerant school teacher, two teachers and two of the common teaching students with special educational needs included in mainstream school. Observations were made weekly at the school over a period of six months, semi-structured interviews with teachers and document analysis. The results showed different facets of roaming at the intersection with the common teaching among them may be noted that acts as a parallel system in the common school, creating a gap between them which may compromise or disadvantage of the dynamic performance of service support, but this gap is overcome at critical times facing the mainstream school, where this service benefit the child's learning process and promotes their inclusive education policy.

Análise do crescimento das empresas de base tecnológica no Brasil

Technology-Based Firms (TBFs) are companies with intensive innovation dynamics based on technical competences, and for which high growth rates are expected. Nevertheless, even in developed countries, the evidence suggests that significantly high growth rates are more the exception than the rule. In Brazil, most studies on TBFs focus on factors that limit their success, such as managerial experience and capital availability. Based on extensive field research and on a reliable enterprise growth rate indicator, this article aims to evaluate the expansion of those firms, analyzing its relation to key elements such as degree of consolidation, market insertion, and public policy support. We found a growth rate which, although widely varied amongst firms, was significant and was not directly related to the amount of public policy support.
