Origem da vida na terra: um estudo à luz da teoria piagetiana

Ao longo de nosso desenvolvimento, estamos constantemente em contato com temas relacionados ao funcionamento dos sistemas sociais. Sob o enfoque psicogenético piagetiano, observamos, em inúmeras pesquisas, que essas informações são compreendidas por meio de um longo trabalho individual, ou seja, não são incorporadas nas mentes dos sujeitos por absorção passiva. Um destes temas refere-se à origem da vida. O objetivo deste trabalho foi investigar as ideias de crianças e adolescentes a respeito da origem dos seres vivos. Para tanto, utilizou-se uma entrevista clínica sobre a temática e os dados foram analisados conforme os níveis de compreensão da realidade social. Os resultados apontam que grande parte dos estudantes recorre à explicação criacionista, mesmo tendo contato, no ambiente escolar e nas aulas de ciências, com a abordagem científica acerca da origem da vida. À medida que conhecer os processos cognitivos que perpassam a mente dos alunos é fundamental para embasar intervenções pedagógicas, favorecendo o processo de ensino aprendizagem, pretendeu-se, com este estudo, fornecer informações acerca da construção do conhecimento social, bem como contribuições ao ensino de ciências.

Dinâmicas de segregação sócio-espacial no meio urbano

In this study we discuss a range of topics related to urban development from the perspective of connection points between the existence of the individual subjects’ lives. In this connection we identified the signs that express an articulation among subjectivity processes and conditions for interference in the real world, relying on circumscribed remarks about spatial configurations and its uses. This way, the substance of our research is structured upon the concept of fashion brands operating new dynamics of urban lifestyles, a strengthened reliance on the physical body’s appearance and the profusion of a supposed “I”, presented as a spectacle. Taking these assertions as new “trends” on building view-points and contemporary cities, we discuss the implications of these currents on how people gather and organize themselves in the urban landscape, making an effort to comprehend how these vogues reverberate on the (re)production of increasingly segregated cities

Projeto de Escola Infantil Sustentável em Bauru

The inclusion of sustainability practices in the construction is a growing trend. This propensity to sustainability takes place from the 1980’s due to the concern about the scarcity of natural resources and damages caused by the men to the environment. Another upward sector in the architecture business is the environmental psychology. The understanding of the environment and it’s planning and adaptation to meet the real user’s needs are essential factors to build an widely used and comfortable environment. An environment can only be considered complete when it meets the real user’s needs. Sustainability related themes as well as environmental psychology are highlighted in the discussions about the projects as fundamental factors to the environment’s quality. This work seeks the development of an kindergarten school, conceptually grounded in researches and analysis of school environments, playful projects and sustainability in the built environment, aiming its use in the city of Bauru. Mudanças climáticas: o discurso da mídia sobre o aquecimento global

This research is aimed at discussing the ways in which social agents influence global warming, analyzing the discourse of social actors involved in the debate on climate change, since there is a wide divergence in the scientific community about how man is able to modify the climate on a global scale. In fact the debate that permeates the issues beyond the limits of science and enter into a political-economic framework that takes extraordinary proportions. This emphasis can be very unscientific in the fundamental design concepts, or even creating a trivialization of the media. The main way to convey these concepts is to disclose them in the media, but the media has enormous power to transform the concepts and often manipulate the news by creating a common sense goes against the interests of the scientific community. Thus was conducted extensive research in major newspapers and magazines that move in the country. We surveyed the first two papers which were: “Folha de S. Paulo” and “O Estado de S. Paulo”, during the period from January 2000 to December 2008, totaling 3285 units for the newspaper Folha and 2555 for the newspaper Estadão. Subsequently a survey was made of data published in two journals that move at the national level, and these are the magazines VEJA and ÉPOCA for the same period. By performing these steps, it was concluded that several factors involving the media and climate change, such as topic relevance, types of approaches, perspectives of analysis, the staff development, supplies, among other factors of utmost importance for building news. As a result we can say that the media in fulfilling its role of mediator scientific, disclosing only a vision that permeates the scientific debate. Interação humano-tv digital (IHTVD) e interatividade

With the development of Digital TV, the equipments are becoming more and more modernized in order to popular- ize the information that soon might reach all Brazilian families. That way, we open a space for discussion about the many directions that the usability applied on ISDB-Tb interactivity (Brazilian System of Digital Television) can take. This paper approaches the questions connected to the concept of usability and also the subjects related to the life cycle of some technologies (existence time, obsolescence) Also talks with the definition of interactivityon Digital Television since it is responsible for the emergence of a new contingent of interacting people which goes from the computer and portable equipments users to the passive TV viewers. It’s possible to conclude that the Human-Digital TV Interaction (HDTVI) comprehends the synergy between three actants on Digital TV: the col- lective (or not) TV viewer; the interface and the issuer who can be represented by an Artificial Intelligence (AI) service.

A temática afro brasileira no contexto da Educação Física escolar

The choice Brazilian african study theme in the general education, and particularly in physical education has not advanced as to be themed with the subject matter. Even open to this issue, in 2003 a law was passed introducing an obligation of racial ethnic correlations in Brazil. Law 10.639, changed the LDB (Guidelines and Framework Act, 1996) and establishing the obligation both in elementary school as high school, public and private, the teaching of history and African Culture and African Brazilian. As the main objective of disseminating the importance of valuing the African culture and its legacy, expanding the looks and the knowledge about the culture and history of a people who often are discriminated against and excluded by society. The questions that arise are the following: The physical education teacher know that prerogative? Incorporates the Brazilian african discussion in their classes? Discusses with students these subjects related to corporal practices? Have difficulty in dealing with this issue? What? Thus the aim of this study was to detect whether and how a group of physical education teachers is the Brazilian african theme in their classes, for the fulfillment of the Law 10.639 / 03. The methodology of this study was qualitative descriptive type. Were used for data collection semi-structured interviews and non-participant observation. The data obtained through interviews with teachers were transcribed, reviewed and classified according to the content analysis. Conscientizar para o bem-estar animal: posse responsável

The community awareness on responsible ownership associated with public policies is key to the promotion of animal welfare. Most cities have a large population of dogs and cats wandering causing serious health problems and abuse. This project aimed to guide and inform the population aimed at animal welfare with the simple and direct approach to issues related to responsible ownership, management, nature conservation and zoonoses. The methodology developed to approach the project in two modules: the I and II, along public and private Elementary and High Schools in Araçatuba. Module I (Mod.I) is basedon the use of puppet theater and musicals, considering the target audience children 3-10 years and the second module (Mod 2) consists of presentations of lectures by undergraduate and graduate course of Veterinary Medicine FMVA UNESP campus Araçatuba, being the target audience of High School teenagers. Data collection proceeded by questionnaires, with questions regarding the care and practices to pets. The results revealed that there is a lack of information about animal welfare practice.

Intervenção em habilidades sociais com uma criança com síndrome de Down

Studies show that children with Down’s syndrome have deficits in social skills, which can interfere in their social interactions and also in their academic performance. The aim of this study was to analyze the clinical significance and reliable change in repertory of social skills of a child with Down’s syndrome, from interventions in the clinic, at home and at school. A seven year old girl with Down’s Syndrome who had frequented the first year of regular school, her parents and her teacher participated in this study. They were attending in a Center of Applied Psychology, of a public university in São Paulo State. Before and after the intervention parents and teacher answered the Rating System Social Skills (SSRS). The intervention with the child had been conducted for six months, through playful activities in weekly meetings. It was discussed various topics related to social skills with parents and teacher in biweekly and monthly meetings. The results were analyzed using JT method. With parents, comparing the two assessments conducted, the data pointed to positive change reliable for four of the six skills assessed. Of the five skills assessed by the teacher, one of them was not in the clinical level since the first application. The other two went from clinical to non-clinical level, featuring reliable positive change. The study showed the importance of pre and post measures in case study, enabling the assessment of the effects of the intervention performed on the various factors of social skills. Further studies with larger populations may ratify the data obtained.

Professores de arquitetura diante da questão do desenvolvimento humano e da inclusão social das pessoas com deficiência

Professors of Architecture on the Subject of Human Development and Social Inclusion of People With Disabilities Historical-Cultural Psychology believes that the people appropriate the culture and develop themselves by social interactions. The architect acts indirectly on human development by producing spaces that allow varying levels of interaction between individuals. To know if the Brazilian Architecture courses are graduating professionals who facilitate the social inclusion of people with disabilities, this research aimed to investigate the concepts of Architecture teachers of a public university about this theme. After the interviews, the reports obtained were submitted to the categorical-content analysis method. Technical concepts predominated over reflective ones, except for the architecture concept, classified as a knowledge area which brings gains to human life.

O resgate cultural por meio do desenvolvimento de uma coleção de brinquedos

Toys are undoubtedly an important tool for healthy child development. Designers, as toys creators need to get theoretical bases of multidisciplinary to be able to define the issues around them with clarity and certainty. To analyze what makes the toy be efficient and present on child's routine is crucial to define this problem. To this end we need to probe his universe and find ways to turn the products more attractive to him. This paper discusses issues about the toy's world and describes a project developed in its bases that must value the national culture.

O uso das TIC para ensinar a temática da saúde nas aulas de educação física

Os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (BRASIL, 1997) é um documento que procura auxiliar o professor na execução de seu trabalho na escola, e dentre os temas contemplados neste documento encontramos a temática da saúde. Desde a origem deste documento, a saúde é um tema considerado importante de ser ensinado na escola, mas atualmente tem recebido destaque nas mídias, chamando a atenção de toda população para o desenvolvimento de um estilo de vida saudável, ao mesmo tempo em que, existe uma crescente preocupação quanto à saúde das crianças relacionada à obesidade e sedentarismo. Desta forma, o presente estudo procurou organizar materiais didáticos em forma de tecnologias da informação e comunicação que fiquem a disposição dos professores para ensinar alguns temas relacionados à saúde. Para a organização desses materiais, foi necessária uma revisão da literatura e em especial uma revisão documental dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais no que diz respeito à saúde, que resultaram em quatro eixos de conteúdos a serem desenvolvidos, sendo eles: higiene pessoal, alimentação, atividade física e padrões de saúde e beleza apresentados pelas mídias. A tecnologia de informação e comunicação foi escolhida como ferramenta para o desenvolvimento das aulas, pois é utilizada com prazer pelos estudantes. Conclui-se que este material é importante, principalmente para os professores de Educação Física escolar, que encontram uma escassez de materiais didáticos na área e sobre as possibilidades de utilização da tecnologia de informação e comunicação em ambiente escolar, e principalmente, que mais estudos sobre a saúde são necessários, pois o mesmo proporciona muitas possibilidades e formas de abordagens
