S'explica el que preveu a la Llei 30/2007 de Contractes del Sector Públic en matèria de control del serveis externalitzats. La poca exigència de la llei fa concloure que a Espanya es produeix el fenomen conegut com captura o segrest del regulador.

Educational rights of the minorities under article 30 of the Indian Constitution

This thesis entitled “ Educational rights of the minorities under article 30 of the indian constitution.The study is divided into nine chapters.The object of the present study is to explore whether the judiciary has been successful in balancing the conflicting rights of the minorities and the state. The study also seeks to bring forth those judicial principles which have governed the operation of these rights and determined the limits of their application. Article 30 confers a special right on minorities to establish educational institutions of their own choice.This is an expression of the liberal and tolerent culture of our nation which is reflected in the Constitution. The idea is to foster unity' in diversity, ea unique characteristic of the Indian way of life.This study suggested that where a minority is a minority’ in the historical or national context and its claim is based on religion it must be defined and ascertained in terms of the population of the whole country irrespective of its being a numerical majority' in any particular State and the minority status. of linguistic group has to be ascertained in terms of the population of any particular State irrespective of its being a numerical minority in terms of the population of the whole country.A religious denomination also can be treated as a religion within the meaning of Article 30(1) provided it is having a separate organisation with doctrines and tenets and rites and practices of its own.

Drainage, salt leaching and physico-chemical properties of irrigated man-made terrace soils in a mountain oasis of northern Oman

Little is known about the sustainability of irrigated oasis agriculture in northern Oman. The objective of this study therefore was to examine which factors allowed agricultural productivity to be apparently maintained during the two millenia of a mountain oasis’ existence. Soil moisture and physico-chemical properties were measured in a typical flood-irrigated field sown to alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.). Particle size, organic (C_org) and inorganic carbon content, pH and electrical conductivity (EC)of the soil profile were analyzed at 0.15, 0.45 and 1.00 m. Saturated hydraulic conductivity and the soil’s apparent bulk density and water potential were determined from undisturbed samples at 0.05, 0.25 and 0.60 m. During irrigation cycles of 6–9 days, volumetric water contents ranged from 30% to 13%. A tracer experiment with potassium bromide revealed that 52–56% of the irrigation water was stored in the upper 0.4 m of the soil. The rest of the water moved further down the profile, thus providing the necessary drainage to avoid the build-up of toxic salt concentrations. Due to differences in pore size, plant-available water in the topsoil amounted to 18.7% compared to 13% and 13.5% at 0.25- and 0.60-m depth, respectively. The aggregate structure in the upper 1.0 m of the profile is likely preserved by concentrations of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) from 379 to 434 mg kg^-1 and C_org from 157 to 368 mg kg^-1 soil. The data indicate that the sustainability of this irrigated landuse system is due to high water quality with low sodium but high CaCO3 concentration, the elaborate terrace structure and water management which allows adequate drainage.

Double photoionization of argon into the {3s3p^5} {^1P}- and {^3P}-states

Double photoionization of argon was studied by photon induced fluorescence spectroscopy (PIFS). Cross sections for the double photoionization into the {3s3p^5} {^1P}, {^3P} states of Ar^{+ +} are presented for exciting photon energies between threshold and 120 eV. In the threshold range the energy dependencies of these cross sections were determined for the first time. Singlet and triplet states are populated with comparable probabilities at equal excess energies, in contrast to predictions of the extended Wannier theory. At hv = 100eV the spin-or-bit splitting of the 3s3p^5 ^3P state was resolved, and a cross section for the production of Ar^{+ +} {3s^0}{3p^6 } {^1S_0} was determined for the first time.

Absolute Kr 4s-electron photoionization cross sections between 30 and 90 eV measured by photon-induced fluorescence spectroscopy (PIFS)

Absolute Kr 4s-electron photoionization cross sections as a function of the exciting-photon energy between 30 and 90 eV were measured by photon-induced fluorescence spectroscopy (PIFS). The measurements were compared with available experimental data and theoretical calculations.

El Plan exportador para la empresa Villa K´nina creadora de moda para mascotas, se inicia con la inteligencia de mercados, la cual permite identificar los mercados potenciales que en el continente Americano podrán atender a la oferta nacional; dentro de los mercados potenciales se encontró a Estados Unidos, Perú y Canadá; especialmente se enfatiza en la ciudad de New York, catalogada como la capital mundial de la moda. Luego de identificar el mercado potencial, se analiza al interior de la empresa para contemplar el nivel organizacional, comercial y financiero, para establecer el alcance y las estrategias indicadas para penetrar en cada mercado. Finalmente se desarrolla el análisis del precio y logística internacional para iniciar la ejecución del plan exportador.

Análisis de la dinámica estratégica del Grupo Empresarial Antioqueño en los últimos 30 años (1978-2008)

La perdurabilidad empresarial es un tema complejo y de vital importancia para las empresas, dado que todos los esfuerzos administrativos y operativos tienen como fin la trascendencia en el tiempo. En la historia empresarial Colombiana, pocas empresas han logrado superar los cambios del entorno a través del tiempo. El GEA (Grupo Empresarial Antioqueño), es uno de los grupos económicos colombianos que ha logrado sortear los cambios del tiempo con éxito. Con más de treinta años de trayectoria, el grupo económico ha logrado consolidar cada una de sus compañías, tanto en el mercado nacional como internacional. Sin embargo éste ha sido un proceso largo de 30 años, en el cual ha tenido que enfrentar sucesos importantes como crisis económica, conflictos sociales, apertura económica, deterioro de relaciones internacionales, etc. De tal forma resulta interesante conocer la dinámica estratégica llevada a cabo, y que permitió dar forma a lo que hoy se conoce como Grupo empresarial Antioqueño.
