This study with qualitative nature aims to analyze the impact of external factors on mood states, considering physical activity as an important factor to improve not only the physical, but also psychological factors, especially when we think of the activities performed in-group. Thus, a literature review was conducted in order to investigate in books, journals, scientific papers published in magazines, newspapers and electronic platforms the influence of exercise on emotional states of elderly people. The terms used across the curriculum contributed to the conformity of ideas on the subject. By checking some researches, it can be seen that external factors such as music, local infrastructure, professional relationship with the elderly people and other factors have been suggested as possible influencers of humor in physical activity. Knowing the preferences beyond the close contact with the elderly student, is the best way to affect possible aspects of the activity beyond just preventing circumvention of activity, avoiding sedentary lifestyle that will bring risks to the health of the elderly people

Esse trabalho objetiva o estudo da sexualidade na Idade Mdia, a fim de analisar as marcas construdas pela histria que contriburam para a formao dos pensamentos fortemente presentes na sociedade contempornea relacionados homofobia. A Idade Mdia foi um perodo de grandes mudanas na sociedade, onde houve a disseminao de pensamentos relacionados sexualidade que prejudicaram a vida de muitas pessoas, inclusive dos homossexuais. Portanto, para a realizao dessa pesquisa sero considerados os acontecimentos marcantes sobre a sexualidade nessa poca. Desse modo, considerando as concepes construdas e passadas de gerao em gerao, presenciamos atualmente grande ocorrncia de episdios de preconceito e violncia contra homossexuais, justificadas com argumentos fundamentados em ideias de tempos remotos. Assim, por meio de uma pesquisa bibliogrfica, buscaremos compreender essas marcas deixadas pelo tempo utilizadas at hoje como instrumentos de preconceito e violncia e geradoras de um fator contemporneo, a homofobia

The sports psychology today is increasingly inserted in the day-to-day of sports teams, and it happens because the technical, tactical and physical levels are too equal. Through sports psychology we try to understand the behavior of each athlete and the group itself to achieve a better performance in training and competition. Thus, within the sports psychology we have the leadership phenomenon that has been constantly studied in order to understand the relationship between coach and athlete in the sports context. The objective of this study is to verify in the literature issues related to leadership in sports groups, as well as analyze how leadership is treated by coaches and seen by the athletes and also see how the leadership is specifically manifested in the football environment. As a methodological procedure was performed an analytical research in which a bibliographic review was developed. We conclude that in sports in general, there is a preference by part of the athletes for coaches with a training-education behavior, in what he cares about the development of the technical and tactical aspects of your team or athlete. And in the context of football that the most dominant style of leadership behavior of coaches is the autocratic and by the athletes, they considered most important the education-training dimension as ideal behavior of their coaches leadership

Modern society is characterized by the advance of technologies, the emergence and constant development of the technological field is responsible for a series of population adjustments, that being practically molded and daily transformed by media, which usually has the power of manipulating opinions and public approaches in every capacity and extensions of our lives, being a significantly and important tool, which most part of individuals in contemporary society can't work and live without, therefore most part of individuals depend on the use of many technological means, including social means, which have great relationship with the development and emergence of many psychological problems that completely impact on the social life of affected individuals, thus Physical Education is an area with the goal of verifying the level of influence that media reflects on the lifestyle choice to be followed and the relation of this influence with the presence and development of a series of psychological disorders that affect directly the health of those individuals. It has been gathered data about the subject according to scientific basis, more specifically, on Academic Google, Scielo and Pubmed, where it has been researched scientific articles that could contribute with the data and information to complete the text. The psychology of sports is an area of studies and knowledge that investigates and develops insight about these questions, making available scientifically tested and proven materials that supports the P.E. professional, that is connected in the practical field to visualize possible chained symptoms of these psychopathologies according to the development of these psychic disorders, that are usually common in current days, more precisely, disorders such as Anorexia, Vigorexia, self-dependence to physical exercise and selfcorporal dissapproval. The sports activities occupy a growing space in people's lives, especially children and youth. Taking into consideration that this practice is of paramount importance, especially in childhood, where the acquired habits influence in adulthood, this work aims to investigate the role of physical education classes in adherence of children to the practice of some activity sports. These are a dynamic process, and to realize it is necessary planning, making the practice is a pleasurable activity. Thus, an important point to note is the motivation, which depends on extrinsic and intrinsic factors. Another factor that may interfere in the sporting practices is the influence of parents on children. In this context, the contact sports can be used to gain the approval of parents and not for self-gratification, this being a way to get closer to distant parents. A point worth mentioning is the physical education, as this introduces and integrates the child's body / movement culture. Often child's first contact with the sport happens at school, leading us to the assumption that the physical education teachers at the school are responsible for the athletic student motivation, and we emphasize that the school motivational factors are very dependent on students' aspirations for that a particular motivational element can take effect. The technical and / or professional outside of school physical education also influence the child, as these can provide pleasure for the sport, being a connoisseur of motivational strategies. An important motivational aspect is friendship, as children use sports activities to make new friends and find your friends. Ergogenic substances are all nutritional or pharmacological additional devices which physiologically influence on the individual's performance. Currently, the practice of physical exercises that modern gyms have is growing and embracing a new recreational space for the population. In particular, for the male audience, weight training; and for the female audience, aerobic gymnastics. This study has the objective of explaining the importance of ergogenic resources in the physiological and psychological planes, emphasizing the point that supplementation is really valid and beneficial. To achieve the objective of the study, a literature review will be carried out, searching for scientific articles published in books, magazines and online newspapers that address some issues that cut across the thematic proposed in this work. From the point of view of Sport Psychology, the issues discussed on body image and emotional changes have concerns professionals of this area, but the literature suggests it is unnecessary the use of ergogenic substances to the concreteness of that purpose. Supplements of any kind will not be enough to transform the psychological and physiological aspects, the way the media assume conclusively. Thus, with our documentary research, we started a provocation that feeds new studies in the area. We conclude that supplementation is a resource that should be used in the final occasion, that is, if the bodybuilders (non-athletes) have time to be nourished from the normal diet, the use of supplements like whey and creatine, are not needed. Used appropriately supplements do not result in physiological damage, however, can contribute beneficially to the individual's nutrition, thus the abusing dosages, in addition to financial loss, can cause damage to the body

Soccer is one of the most practiced sports in the world, and for many years, some areas of physical education has been doing studies related to the improvement of their income from these areas if this sport psychology. The psychological aspects are very influential and involved in the daily life of an athlete, especially for basic categories of athletes who see in soccer a dream to come true or only a source of income for his family, where such aspects act beneficially or evil for the athlete. Stress, in particular, can appear in various situations and in various ways, and different influences and reactions athlete to athlete, also resulting in physiological changes and variations in performance. Stress, and especially stressful situations, like any psychological aspect should be identified in order to train your athlete to know how to deal with stressful situations. Know what are the stressors, which carries the stress load for the athlete, how to handle the stressful situations, using psychological training in the preseason, know how to use stress management techniques, and be able to manage it all so your athlete reaches an optimal level of income is described in the present work, in order to provide a theoretical and updated reference for professionals of Physical Education, so that they stay up to date on sports psychology and also understand a little more on this subject, which is still little discussed within soccer and often overlooked by many professionals who are already in the context of competitive soccer

A proposta deste trabalho consistiu em compartilhar um servio de pronto-atendimento psicolgico s pessoas que vivenciam uma perda significativa, seja por morte de uma pessoa de vinculao importante, como a de um familiar ou amigo, bito de um paciente ou perda da sade quando do adoecimento e/ou hospitalizao, entre outros, e discutiu os resultados de tal servio. O enfoque metodolgico baseou-se na anlise do processo de estruturao e implantao de um servio dessa especificidade em um hospital pblico universitrio, onde os autores desenvolvem a assistncia aos que vivenciam esses processos de perda. Os resultados apontaram a importncia da oferta desse servio, que foi demandado tanto por aqueles que vivenciam o luto pela perda de sade ou pela morte de uma pessoa significativa como por profissionais de educao e sade.

Foram avaliados efeitos de instrues, treino de relato verbal (TRV) e treino de automonitorao (TA), com e sem a presena do cuidador principal, sobre o seguimento de regras nutricionais em crianas com excesso de peso. Participaram duas crianas (P1: menino de 9 anos; P2: menina de 11 anos) e suas cuidadoras, por meio de entrevistas em ambulatrio. Aps instrues, P1 manteve e P2 melhorou o conhecimento das orientaes nutricionais. Os ndices de adeso dieta obtidos por P2 foram mais elevados do que os obtidos por P1 em todas as fases. Houve mudana com significncia clnica aps introduo de TRV em ambos os participantes. Discute-se a eficcia dos procedimentos de interveno utilizados e a importncia da presena do cuidador.

OBJECTIVE: To understand the typical actions of the mother during the pregnancy of her teenage daughter. METHODS: Qualitative study, based on the theoretical-methodological framework of social phenomenology of Alfred Schtz. The data were collected in 2009, and the subjects were nine mothers of adolescent primigravidae. RESULTS: The mother of the pregnant adolescent is typified as one that reacts with surprise and disappointment to being notified of the pregnancy and who, subsequently, conforms to the new reality. In reflecting on her own experience of an adolescent mother, she has expectations to support her daughter during the pregnancy and to offer support, so that the course of her life is not impaired as a result of pregnancy. CONCLUSION: Considering the experience and expectations of the mother of the pregnant adolescent, this study could give subsidies to the planning and execution of the care for this binomial, decreasing the distance between the demands made by it and the practice of health professionals.

INTRODUO: O Centro de Orientao ao Adolescente de Campinas mantm um programa para capacitar adolescentes de 15 a 18 anos, desfavorecidos economicamente, estudantes, para a entrada no mercado de trabalho. OBJETIVO: Compreender projetos de vida de adolescentes, que se tornaram mes, enquanto participavam do programa, no perodo de 2003 a 2008, buscando desvelar o lugar da vida profissional na trajetria de vida, antes e depois da maternidade. MTODO: Oito jovens mes foram entrevistadas, sendo aplicada metodologia qualitativa para a anlise das entrevistas. RESULTADOS: As trajetrias de estudo e trabalho foram descontinuadas, ou sofreram adaptaes, com a maternidade. Quatro jovens finalizaram o segundo grau e nenhuma havia ingressado na faculdade. Trs no voltaram a trabalhar e as demais tiveram experincias diversificadas de trabalho. As dificuldades relatadas para a insero no mercado de trabalho foram: insuficincia de instrumentos de apoio no cuidado das crianas, baixo ganho salarial, falta de experincia de trabalho, filhos pequenos e pouca formao educacional. CONSIDERAES FINAIS: A maternidade na adolescência no indicou a excluso dos projetos de formao educacional ou de trabalho, mas adaptaes e necessidade de uma rede de apoio familiar e social. Constatou-se a necessidade de polticas pblicas para a insero do jovem no mercado de trabalho e para servios de apoio, como creches. Demonstra-se a necessidade de uma mudana nas relaes de gnero, com maior igualdade de direitos, como pr-condio insero da mulher no mercado de trabalho, em especial, daquelas que so mes.

Obesidad: una de las enfermedades que se puede detectar a temprana edad, de mejor pronstico si se logra mantener "controlado" el problema y de peor panorama en cuanto a factores de riesgo y aspectos psicológicos de perpetuarse en la adultez. En adultos, es ms sencillo obtener bibliografa, estadsticas, datos y elementos para comprender la fisiologa, la fisiopatologa y desde all prescribir la actividad fsica sobre bases slidas y establecer los planes de trabajo. En nios en cambios esos elementos son escasos. Resulta ms claro el "qu" modificar en promocin de salud pero no est tan claro el "cmo" hacerlo, desarticulacin entre el conocimiento de las causas y su efecto y el conocimiento de la solucin y sus ventajas. Este trabajo, combina datos fisiolgicos, psicológicos y fisiopatolgicos que ponen en contexto parte de sta enfermedad y datos de programas llevados a cabo, haciendo as una mera aproximacin en este terreno donde falta integrar los saberes tcnicos con aquellos saberes y habilidades en el trabajo de campo que nos da nuestra Profesin como docentes y promotores de la salud. Adherencia a los programas, modificaciones de hbitos, tanto en la Educacin Fsica escolar como en el abordaje de un tratamiento especfico. Si tenemos en cuenta a la obesidad cmo una enfermedad crnica, los resultados en los tratamientos planteados, como los objetivos de la Educacin Fsica escolar tambin deben tender a perpetuarse
