PIBID e ensino de línguas estrangeiras: o impacto no projeto Luz, câmera... action!

PIBID's subproject from the Letras course at a public university from the interior of Sao Paulo has, as a vision, the teaching of languages in a different way, where the culture is something to be known, not only mentioned, and, because of that, students feel close to the language learning process, for the language is not something to be learned just as grammar, it is, in fact, to be learned as something more complex than that, making the connection between student and language and its values. The students have, as an objective the knowledge and formation in teaching, by participation in public schools where they could put the theory learned during the Letras course in the university in practice with students that could benefit from learning new languages. The public school, mentioned in this research, offered the opportunity for the PIBID students to participate in a project that already existed in this school, where the students were supposed to produce a script based in a tale, and with the script, they were supposed to produce a short movie and a trailer. In 2014, in the first year of the participation of PIBID in the project, PIBID students were asked to choose a tale in the languages that are currently part of the subproject, for the students could use as a base to the production of the short movie. This project is called Luz, Câmera… Action! and the main objective of this research was to verify the participation of PIBID in the project. For such, it was used a semi-structured open questionnaire, which sought to investigate how students and supervisors from the school understood and analyzed PIBID's participation in the project

Análise de misturas solo-agregado reciclados de resíduos sólidos da construção civil, para fins de pavimentação de vias urbanas de baixo volume de tráfego

This work deals with the continuation of Scientific Initiation research initiated by Tamura (2012), which draws up a mixture of soil and recycled aggregate analysis for paving of low traffic volume roads using local materials from the Vale do Paraíba region. The main steps of the process were the soil and recycled aggregate characterization, along with grading tests and California Bearing Ratio (CBR) applied to the soil, the recycled aggregate and the mixture of soil and recycled aggregate; aiming their use as base and sub-base in paving urban roads. The results are discussed, emphasizing the mechanical behavior. The current results are compared with the results of IC Tamura research, taking decisions over this job to the final product best result. For a greater understanding of the work in general were described paving, its structure, its components and its physical behavior. It has been intended to emphasize the importance of the mixture of soil and recycled aggregate to meet the quality requirements and compliance with the specifications of current technical standards, in the context of durability, natural materials economy, decreases volume in landfills and cost reduction

Revisão dos procedimentos operacionais padrão da farmácia-escola Prof. Dr. Antonio Alonso Martinez conforme RDC 67/07

O Projeto de Iniciação Científica foi desenvolvido na Farmácia-Escola Prof. Dr. Antônio Alonso Martinez, uma unidade auxiliar da Faculdade de Ciências Farmacêuticas da UNESP-Araraquara e que é parte integrante do NAC (Núcleo de Atendimento à Comunidade). Por ser vinculada à uma instituição pública ela serve como modelo para toda a comunidade, além de ser um estabelecimento de ensino, pesquisa e extensão. Por isso, ela tem o compromisso de cumprir com todas as exigências legais de maneira exemplar, garantindo a qualidade dos produtos manipulados. Realizou-se a revisão e adequação dos Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs) presente no Manual de Boas Práticas de Manipulação da Farmácia-Escola, baseando-se nas diretrizes da RDC 67/07 (Anexo I - Boas Práticas de Manipulação em Farmácia) e também uma inspeção na rotina dos processos envolvidos na manipulação e dispensação dos produtos manipulados. Fez-se a aplicação do Roteiro de Inspeção para Farmácia - Anexo VII da RDC 67/07 com a finalidade de constatar e avaliar o cumprimento das Boas Práticas de Manipulação em Farmácias (BPMF). Verificou-se que a Farmácia-Escola ainda não está em conformidade com todos os critérios estabelecidos pela RDC 67/07, mas que mesmo com as dificuldades enfrentadas para se adequar ela atende à quase todos os itens considerados imprescindíveis. Segundo as farmacêuticas responsáveis, medidas corretivas vêm sendo estudadas para que aos poucos todos os itens constantes na Resolução em questão sejam cumpridos.

Síntese, caracterização e avaliação biológica de quelatos metálicos contendo ligantes de origem natural

O trabalho que será aqui apresentado teve como finalidade reunir os resultados obtidos dentro do Laboratório de Organometálicos II em relação aos estudos realizados acerca da interação de íons metálicos com ligantes orgânicos naturais. Os dados apresentados foram obtidos pela autora deste trabalho, e também pelos professores Francisco Otávio Cintra Ferrarini, José Roberto Stefanelli Junior e pela aluna de Iniciação Científica Angélica Romão Carvalho. Hidrolisado proteico de soro de leite bovino e torta de linhaça foram os materiais obtidos, após uma série de operações que envolveram filtração com caulim, diálise, hidrólise enzimática, liofilização, etc., após as quais foram utilizados neste trabalho como ligantes de origem natural. Os metais de transição cobre, ferro, cobalto, zinco, paládio, platina e prata foram utilizados nas reações de complexação com os hidrolisados para obtenção de complexos metálicos, através do uso de diferentes rotas sintéticas (convencional, micro-ondas, hidrotérmica, difusão) e parâmetros experimentais (pH, solvente, natureza do precursor, etc.). A escolha dos íons metálicos baseou-se no interesse em preparar compostos que apresentassem ao mesmo tempo alta biodisponibilidade, baixa citotoxicidade e diversas aplicações biológicas. O uso do cobalto deveu-se à reconhecida propriedade que os micro-organismos do sistema digestório dos ruminantes apresenta de sintetizar a vitamina B12 e, portanto, os compostos desse metal podem ser usados em rações visando um melhor desenvolvimento do animal. O ferro, conhecidamente, é um importante metal para os seres humanos, estando presente na hemoglobina, sendo assim, também consiste em uma substância nutracêutica de relevado interesse. This monograph is part of the works developed in the Scientific Initiation aimed at updating and improving the Atlas of Brazilian Agrarian Question - AQAB. For pioneering and scope of work-matrix, the objective this first part focused on the development of issues related to agricultural production, being drawn maps with data from the Municipal Agricultural Production-PAM 2012; Municipal Livestock Research-PPM 2012; Production of Vegetable Extraction and Forestry-2012, all analyzed from bibliographic review and joint interpretation of tables and graphs. Pari passu, this topic allowed the development of studies on peasant farms, because they are correlated subjects. Peasant farmers produce large portion of the food served to the population. Its features are its mode of production in the field, the way in which the activities take place within the family, the struggle for their social reproduction and by the earth, the practice of polyculture, preservation of the environment and the genetic diversity of species. The surplus production is sold on the market to meet other family demands unmet by production on their properties.
