Mapeamento das relações comerciais da América do Sul – Argentina, Bolívia, Brasil, Chile, Colômbia, Equador, Paraguai, Peru, Uruguai e Venezuela - para identificar oportunidades para o Brasil. Para estimar as oportunidades para o Brasil, foram selecionados os produtos importados pelo Brasil e parceiros, com participação igual ou maior que 1% em 2005, e relacionados os fornecedores – Brasil, demais da Região, terceiros países. O Brasil é um parceiro extremamente importante para a Argentina, Bolívia, Uruguai e Paraguai. Em 2005, a participação brasileira chegou a 36% do total exportado pela Bolívia e 18% do Paraguai. Contudo, é bastante reduzido o comércio intra-setorial, e as pautas de exportações de alguns parceiros se mostram muito concentradas em uns poucos produtos. É digno de destaque o fato de as indústrias de maior conteúdo tecnológico apresentarem uma participação maior nas exportações dos parceiros para o Brasil do que nas vendas para os demais parceiros. Na direção oposta, são na maioria provenientes de terceiros mercados as importações das indústrias de alta tecnologia realizadas pelos países da América do Sul. O grande desafio é buscar um aumento do intercâmbio, o que implica ampliar as importações brasileiras provenientes da América do Sul. Como foi apontado, entre 2000 e 2005, houve uma redução de mais de US$ 100 milhões no valor das compras externas do Brasil procedentes da América do Sul. A identificação de gargalos, de deficiências de infra-estrutura, sobretudo de transporte, além de itens com potencial de comércio, é fundamental para permitir um aumento do intercâmbio entre o Brasil e seus parceiros da América do Sul. A tarefa não é simples, mas um comércio mais equilibrado se mostra como a única via que leva, efetivamente, a uma maior integração da Região.

In this paper, we intend to contribute to the debate about the circulation of the discourses. To do that, we analyze aspects regarding the circulation of Amway's discourse, a North-American network sales company that has been working in Brazil for a while. Precisely, we analyze the conditions of this circulation at the time it was more intensively, ie, in the 90s, when there were thousands of people in several parts of the country selling the company's products or consuming them. This study has been based on French Discourse Analysis with focus on both Michel Foucault's insights on the control mechanisms of discourse and Maingueneau's reformulated notion of discursive practice. The analysis reveals that Amway's discourse displays features of a doctrine, and, as a discursive practice, it cannot be conceived of as separated from the subjects who convey it, nor from its hierarchical organization, nor from the events that the company promotes and those which are promoted under its name. In these terms, the analysis shows how the discourse is not only a set of texts, but also concerns to the institutional network related to the social group that the enunciation of discourse presupposes and makes it possible.

The Rouanet law is a tax incentive law that allows companies to invest up to 4% of their taxes - based on actual profit - in sponsoring cultural projects previously approved by the Ministry of Culture. By sponsoring these projects, companies can have their name attached to them and, consequently, strengthening their brand and increase its visibility in the market. Whereas this project is aligned to the company vision, its image will be strengthened and the sales will increase. Large companies use the Rouanet Law to sponsor cultural events and have very strong names in the Brazilian market, perhaps worldwide. Examples: Petrobras, Banco do Brasil, Banco Bradesco, BNDES, Usiminas, Vale, among others. The Public Relations professional, who’s responsible for internal and external communication of a company, can use it as a differential of his work, expanding the company's profits with minimum investments, aligning the company's vision to actual practices and using the sponsorship as an agent capable of strengthen its social responsibility and, due to that, to increase the trust of its target audience. This study will address the theoretical and practical aspects of the Rouanet Law and of the public relations professionals, beyond mentioning examples on the subject, with special attention to Petrobras, the largest sponsor of cultural projects in Brazil. The greatest problem of the Rouanet Law is the fact that its sponsored projects are mostly concentrated in the Southeast, specifically in the Rio - São Paulo region. The more popular the Act become, for most places it will spread and Brazil may, after some time, become a world reference in the Cultural point

In a highly competitive environment for manufacturers and retailers in the garment sector, flexible solutions for warehousing, distribution and exhibition of products directly influence the cost and responsiveness to market demands. This work refers to a Textile/Clothing, which undergoes a process of restructuring and growth, where we evaluated the need for professionalism in all its processes, so that the high demands were met in a sales perennial. Thus, this study aims to identify and analyze possible improvements in the process of transition from a logistics/manufacturing force in a Textile/Clothing in existence since 1998, located in São Paulo, a framework for a new logistics Center Distribution Logistics. The theoretical basis of the research literature addresses as Distribution Center and its basic functions, layout and performance indicators. As result it was mapped the current logistics processes, contributing directly to the development of the layout of the new Distribution Center. Have also been established KPI,s ( Key Performance Indicator) and Logistics Performance Indicators showing the actual process performance, helping professionals in make decisions

This work aims to reflect on organizational communication and integrated communication, focusing on the performance of professional Public Relations and Marketing. As a case of study, we evaluated the communication in the BOM DIA journal, especially with regard to the implementation of the Project 50k, dedicated to reviving the journal, with shares of advertising, editorial and structural as well as marketing and sales. The goal is to evaluate the reality of a company, which represents an integrated communication, in which all professionals in various areas and departments within the organization are able to develop a more concise and to seek a common goal, working and developing its workforce which reflects his image and therefore in your external audience

The performance analysis based on indicators is an important tool when you want to check the economic and financial situation of a company. From the information provided by the ratios and their analysis, we have a better base for a decision making In this context , this study aims to analyse the financial and economic performance of a service providing company in the cleaning area, in the period between 2011 and 2012 , based on selected financial indicators, and basically calculated from the financial statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) , beyond effectuated the vertical and horizontal analysis of them. For the methodological procedures it was used a descriptive case of study and combined (quantitative and qualitative). The results revealed that the economic and financial situation of the company is healthy , once the results are considered satisfactory

A preocupação ambiental é crescente em praticamente todas as áreas do conhecimento. A miríade de abordagens do tema “meio ambiente” dentro da Ciência Econômica revela a premência do assunto bem como a distância do consenso. Assim, apesar da complexidade intrínseca ao sistema capitalista quando da sua inter-relação com os recursos naturais, poluição e biodiversidade, o presente trabalho propõe a análise da obsolescência prematura deliberada dos produtos como estratégia para impulsionar as vendas e sua relação com o meio ambiente bem como a observação de estratégias para a inibição dessa prática que promove o aumento do consumo - nem sempre consciente - dos recursos naturais em nome do lucro imediatista e gera quantidades cada vez maiores de resíduos e poluentes
